All the food was fantastic! I ordered the Tennessee burger with tots, my wife got the Black n' Bleu burger with truffle tots and our daughter got the kids grilled chicken tenders with tots. We also got the Philly egg rolls, Apple Pie shake, and the Dark and Smokey. It was all FANTASTIC! Yes, ordering is a little different than what we're all used to but it's not that big of a deal like some people stated. There was someone immediately available to take our order. All the servers were friendly and checked up on us throughout our meal. There were only a few other parties eating and it wasn't busy at all. They played some pretty awesome music also! read more

Granted, I went there and got wings so I wasn't expecting the best from a burger joint. The menu calls their wings 1lb of Jumbo wings with a 13 in parenthesis. I took this to mean you get 13. The woman who took my order and told me it was 10. I was fine with that. When I got my order it was actually 8 small to medium wings. I realize inflation is affecting all of us, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't affected weights and measures yet. read more

The staff were ok and my husband's food was good, not great. But my chicken sandwich was so salty that I really couldn't eat it. I tried very hard and got a third down. I drank five glasses of water and was still super thirsty. I spoke to the manager on duty and he said it was because they soak the chicken in brine and must have used too much salt. Terrible service. Multiple families standing in line to order while cashier steps away for at least 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment or communication. The purpose was because they were running behind. The place is nowhere near capacity and staff refused to allow anyone to sit at open tables during this period. So no seating available and raining. Kids getting frustrated and upset after a day at the aquarium. Stood in line for 45 minutes. Guy just came back, took two orders, and said an additional 10-15 minutes and disappeared. Curt attitude. Sooo, we made a mistake with this place. The reviews said it was good. It was NOT. I got the Tennessean burger, the bacon was burned. When I told someone they told me it is smoked so it is suppose to be "burned". Yea, NO. We smoke things at home and it doesn't have to be burned. The person taking our order had not clue about the beers offered. He asked f we wanted the pretzel bun so we ordered one only later to find out it was a dollar more (cost was not the issue). My husband got the black and blue burger which was also underwhelming. The ice machine had green slime running down the ice chute. When I told them about it, they didn't offer to give a complementary anything. Because of the ice, I bought a hard cider which came in a glass with lipstick marks on the rim. Our ketchup bottle was almost empty, so we asked for another one. Unfortunately, I don't have good things to say. The atmosphere seemed nice. However, I spent 45 minutes in line waiting to place my order and gave up. The person at the register to take orders would take one order and then disappear in the back for five minutes. He would come back take one more order then disappear in the back for five more minutes the restaurant was not extremely busy, but a lot of us were getting frustrated with the time it took just to place your order when you came in the door. unfortunately I don't have any recommendations on the food. You will go in and immediately order when you walk in. Then sit down and they will bring it out to you. We sat outside on a really nice day out. The beverage machine is in an inconvenient spot making you have to wait a while to get your drink. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got 2 burgers and a shake and it was $40. Would not recommend. Place is empty for a reason. Sat at the bar. Gentleman beside me asked what the chef's vegetable was for the day. Woman bartender told him that she wouldn't recommend the chefs vegetable. He asked again what it was and she said it was fried green tomatoes but to trust her as they weren't good. She took my order and I ordered a bourbon on the rocks, she asked if I wanted a single or double. Asked for double and got a single straight. She then asked if I wanted it on ice and had to tell her yes. A waited a few to see how the gentleman's order came out so then I placed an order for an impossible burger and she was hesitant and tried to talk me out of it saying it was made with red beans and mushrooms, which I was fine with as I'm trying more of a vegetarian diet. When she brought it out, she seemed very hesitant and even repeated my order, impossible burger. What I'm not fine with was them trying to pass off a beef burger as an impossible burger. Took one bite of the burger and sure enough it was beef. Never even got a napkin. Service was lacking and needs a more confident & competent waitress/bartender. Lady at the front taking orders didn't want to be there and was so impolite we almost left before we finished ordering. We paid for extra cheese on the burgers which wasn't provided. Two kids ordered chicken fingers and when we asked for sauce they gave them one tiny cup to share- about the size of two thimbles. Bring your own cheese and bring your own sauce and you'll be fine. I know we are supposed to accept poor service now, but it's just better to eat at home these days. read more

No smile from server (light brown dread-type braided hair), while ordering at the "window" she was in her phone talking to someone (and being vulgar on top of this). Drops condiments on table with no form of a pleasantry like "enjoy you're meal". Staff is unprofessional. She dropped off my burger and didn't ask "is there anything else I can get you?". Burger was decent, the upside to my visit was the gentleman (he was in cowboy boots, didn't catch his name though) that went to EVERY table, asked how everything was, if he could get you anything. Side items are not included during burger week, so we each ordered Nashville hot tater tots - which on the menu were $2. We also ordered drinks. The jalapeño margarita we were told wasn't available because they ran out of jalepenos. So I ordered a regular margarita. It arrived with no lime because they didn't have time to cut a lime, we were told. Ok. It tasted like lime ish sugar water and probably had no alcohol in it. . The burgers were not bad. The tater tots had so much salt that they were practically inedible. When we received the bill, they had charged us $5 each for the tater tot sides! It should have been obvious to us that we shouldn't have eaten there when we arrived and the bar had not been cleaned in some time. Finger prints all over the place... While this is not a bad place by any means - it's just not great. I got the 98 with bacon, blue cheese, garlic aioli and mushrooms & topped with thin fries and tons of onions. My side was the Tater tots . They ask how you want your burger but seriously it was thin- the choice should be cooked or barely cooked. My bacon was burnt beyond recognition and there were so many onions - I love onions but it was way too many. I think I had 1 mushroom. The tater tots were your basic frozen tater tots- nothing special. The milkshake my daughter had was delicious- ABC - chocolate on chocolate. Service was not good. I was told we could order a shake from our server when we were done but I never saw our server again. The atmosphere is nice and the location is great being right next to the aquarium.
