Burger was super awesome! I love the build-your-own choices. Both Andy & I did that with the burger cooked medium. I got mine in the lettuce wrap with jack, cheddar, and KGB sauce. He had boursin, pickles, KGB sauce and egg. Too bad the roasted red peppers were $1 more or I would've added that. The burgers were both cooked perfectly. Neither of us liked the coleslaw though. Service was terrible, the bartender that worked there was disrespectful and never came to serve us while we visibly watched other groups of individuals being served. He continued to ignore us for 30 minutes and proceeded to say that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour of a wait. He then proceeded to come over to us once again and say that the fryer was turned off already and that they couldn't serve us, ultimately resulting in us not getting served at all. We had a great experience at Burger Theory. I wish I had taken note of our servers name, because she did an excellent job! (This was on 1/24/20). I ordered the Cobb Salad - and I would go again to have it. Husband ordered a burger with BBQ sauce, bacon, and onion rings on it and we both enjoyed the food. We both requested that the bacon be crispy on our entrees and our sever made sure it was. She was quick to keep our drinks refilled too! We will definitely go back! read more

I took my two little boys with me to check out this place. It's very clean and the boys liked their was a TV at the table. Great burgers, the fries were seasoned really well too! The haters on Yelp can hate. However the service is always great. I travel for a living, and honestly I wish I was staying at the holiday inn instead of the Hyatt place first based on their service. Just had lunch at burger Theory my waitress was very Busy and was running everywhere she had quite a few tables and a few of those tables were big parties! She was doing her best, but I wasn't impressed that two appeared managers came out and criticized her and couldn't understand why she didn't ask for help at having this conversation on the floor surrounded by her customers! I have ate here before and it was really good... So I decided I'd go ahead and write them a note and let them know what my thought was! Burgers made to order and delicious! You can either build your own burger or order of the menu. Here's the cool part... You can get beef, chicken or veggie, single, double or triple.. and if you don't want a bun, they will wrap it in lettuce. ( Which is what they did for me). Seriously a very cool hidden little burger joint gem! Page, our server handled the whole place like a rock star, and managed to make every table feel like they were her only one! The kitchen had everything out quick and hot and at the correctly requested temperature.. I'm not impressed very often, and this place hit the Jack pot! Wow..............what a hidden gem! This place is like in the lobby of the new Holiday Inn at the edge of Saint George. We sauntered in starving, and hoping not to be disappointed. We were not! Our server was very sweet, and once we ordered, we got great attention regarding our drinks and needs. The burgers arrived and were AWESOME!! The fries were also nice and crisp on the outside, and very fresh. The fry sauce and the salad dressing were both made from scratch and everything was delicious!!! I would recommend the burgers here, and appreciate the wonderful service. Way to go!!!!! read more

Went to St. George for a getaway weekend with my GF. After a couple short hikes on Saturday I was in the mood for a burger. Found Burger Theory on Yelp and what a great find! My GF had the portabello burger and I had the BT Boss. Both were excellent. Would definitely go back if we are in St. George again. read more

The food is good and decent beer list. If you're staying at the Holiday Inn where the restaurant is located it's convenient. It seems like they've tried to do things to set the restaurant apart from the hotel but it still feels like you're eating in a hotel lobby. If I wasn't staying at the hotel I probably wouldn't go out of the way to get to the restaurant. read more

We definitely got food poisoning from this place, and when we spoke to the manager about it, she wrote it off as the flu, saying it takes 24 hours for food poisoning to set in, which is completely false. It takes 30 minutes to 6 hours for food poisoning to set in. If she isn't responsible enough to take our comment seriously, and look at her produce and food, I would definitely avoid eating here. read more

Me and my husband ate at Burger Theory for dinner and I must say it was delightful! We have eaten take out before and have always been satisfied. My husband said that he thinks they have the best burger in town. I enjoy their steak salad. The restaurant is spacey and they do practice social distancing. read more

We ordered this as room service while staying in the holiday inn. We were worried at first because of the $4 delivery charge and 18% gratuity tax since we were ordering within the hotel. We also expected small portions with it being room service. In the end, we had enough food to feed an army and it was $37 (after tax and fees). The quality was great and I'd recommend it. read more

I really enjoyed this restaurant and their delicious fries. The only thing I have to say is to have more vegetarian options, in this day and time there shouldn't be a reason not to have it. The other thing was my veggie burger wasn't all too thrilling, I've definitely had better which is a bummer because I really wanted to enjoy this. The two meals I ate here left a lot to be desired. The breakfast that I had this morning was served fairly quickly (a plus); however, the eggs were lukewarm and the sausage I was served tasted like it had gone bad. I tried all three sausage links (benefit of the doubt) and each had a rancid taste to it. The waiter was very accommodating, though. He offered another side and brought bacon which tasted fine. The service was very slow and felt at times even forgotten. 20-25 minutes pass by and finally get my food. The onion rings were ok but felt like they've been sat out long enough for them to get harder than desirable. I ordered the 'On the Border' burger, with fries. The burger was thick and flavorful. A delicious meal. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The lighting was subdued, and it was a great place for conversation. I brought my 3 year old. Even though the atmosphere was more of an adult aesthetic, they were so great with my daughter. Went there tonight and had high hopes for a restaurant that might know a thing or two about burgers. We walk in and seated ourselves like the sign said. We were the only ones ordering at the time. It had a bar theme but lacked a bar atmosphere. Sounds confusing I know but there was no music. Although there were TVs all around, they were all muted. It was so quiet in the restaurant we could hear other patrons eating. I ordered the suggested burger the Lone Star and I made it a double. When my food finally came out, the burger kind of sucked. A burger should have some flavor and the toppings should compliment that flavor. I guess at the burger theory you should eat a bland frozen burger in silence and really think of other places you should've gone to. The server if you can call her that was pretty unfriendly and impolite. She was young but no excuse for her lack of manners, my 3 year old nephew says please and thank you. Needless to say there is a lack of customer service in this establishment as well. Culver's is just around the corner and you have a better chance of seeing a great customer service and a fresh flavorful burger. read more
