After coming to the restaurant I was still excited. Everything in here is so new and fresh and updated. I like coming to places that have just been built and are so clean. The burger was just as good as I can remember it and I really look forward to finding out how everything else on the menu tastes. The large fry is definitely enough for 3 people and the burgers are a perfect size. They have a secret menu that is only on the printed to go menus. It has such things as "the hippie burger." This place has just opened, and a friend and I decided to try it out. I had the BurgerFi Cheeseburger, and we also split an order an order of fries. The burger was one of the best I've ever had. Everything was very reasonably priced, and I was impressed with despite how crowded they were or food came out very quickly. The only this that I can really complain about is the fact that the fries weren't evenly salted. Some of them were salt free and tasted pretty bland, and other's were almost too salty. Given how new this place is I'm willing to chalk it up to being new. I love the fact that they utulize their outdoor space. Very disappointed in the service and quality at this location. I travel for work and have eaten at Burgerfi in several other cities. This is the first time I've been disappointed. First they have one person running the cash register and the food but 5 people in the kitchen. I watched food get cold because the one person can't keep up with it. Ordering online is pointless at this location as they don't honor the pick up line. I stood in line with folks ordering to watch my food get cold in the window. And then after waiting and with 5 people in the kitchen it wasn't right - missing sides, and the it was a burger fi burger but they failed to put burger fi sauce on it. The employees clearly don't get along as they are yelling at each other in front of the customers non stop. It's too bad they are doing such a poor job at this location. read more

Sometimes you just need a burger, and while they aren't particularly unique or gourmet, BurgerFi is a great quick-fix with a fun atmosphere. They have a significant variety of menu options, but I've only had the BurgerFi double burger and fries thus far. Burger Fi is in our family's opinion the best burger joints in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. It has a great atmosphere, especially for families. It's modern, clean and the service is excellent. As a side note, my son is diabetic and the servicer gladly sought out the nutrition information we needed. We enjoy dining both inside and outside on the patio area which has modern family friendly music playing. The burgers, like the service are definitely above average as our the hot dogs. Usually go for the CEO and fries and usually the quality of the burger with relish is top notch. However on this occasion I couldn't taste the relish and every one of the fries was over cooked. Saw another customer complain and get another plate of replacement fries. Finally, a guy in the kitchen greeted me and he seemed friendly. The cashier finally came and did not have the greatest attitude. Update: I'm so very sad to leave such a bad review. BurgerFi has been our number one favorite casual restaurant since the day it opened. But sadly, the quality has gone downhill, and the food has been consistently bad. After this last visit, we agreed we would not be back. Something on my lettuce-wrapped Beyond burger was SO salty. (And that's coming from someone who enjoys liberally adding salt to just about everything.) I only had cheese, BurgerFi sauce, and grilled onions, so I think it was the onions. The buns are just not the same as they always used to be. Again this time, the bun on my husband's burger was dry, and he said it's been that way at this restaurant for months now. On this visit, we had to return the fries because they were totally limp, greasy, and soggy. The second batch was the same way, even though they said they would cook them well done. It was almost as if the oil was not hot enough. Everything we ordered was a disappointment, and it's been that way the past ten visits or so. We kept trying because we were such HUGE fans of BurgerFi, and we are so sad to have to move on and find somewhere else. read more

This is my favorite burger place in Alpharetta. The burgers are larger now so much more filling. Their toppings are great. My favorites are the grilled onions and the garlic aioli. Their fries are always hot, crispy, soft on the inside. Their dipping sauces, and selection of fry flavors is overwhelming in the best way possible. Their milk shakes are on the money. read more

I am a steak type of guy, but after leaving Burger Fi hamburgers are my new favorite food. They are doing for burgers what Chikfil'a did for chicken. Burger Fi lives up to its name. Awesome burgers. Made fresh with natural ingredients. You can taste the difference. My wife and I ate at Burger Fi twice during our three day stay. The regular fries are fine, but the parmesan topping makes it delicious. A regular fry is large enough for two people, but make it a large if you are starving. Our orders were made exactly to our specification with no extra wait and were piping hot. My wife also enjoyed their fresh milk shake which was delicious. Burger Fi is just AWESOME. The only negative I have is the music is a tad bit to loud when customers are trying to order, which can be intimidating for new Burger Fi customers talking to a cashier with a low voice. read more

I am in town for a week on business. First day I had dinner at a competitors (starts with 5). The next day it was recommended that I go to Burgerfi for lunch. Holy crap! Best burgers I have ever had. It was also recommended that I get the onion rings and.....Beat onion rings I have ever had! Burger was super juicy but did not turn the bottom of the bun into a soggy mess like the 5 place down the street. Went back for dinner and going for dinner again tonight. I will go home a couple pounds heavier but I don't care. There is no Burgerfi in WA state so I may never experience this bliss again. I hope that changes. Expensive but worth every penny. My regular haunt since its within walking distance to work. Love their burgers since they are consistently juicy, well seasoned and delicious. I've eaten here easily over 20 times and it's consistently good. BurgerFi cheeseburger with original toppings is my staple. I've had the CEO once for the $3.00 extra premium prince and it is excellent too. read more

One of my favorite places in the area, along with The Counter. Double cheeseburger with bacon is droll worthy and the fries remind me of boardwalk fries from Ocean City MD. Huge amount of fries for a single order. Love the freestyle machines (I'm beginning to go to places that I know have these wonderful Star Trek type soda machines - big fan of Diet Cherry Coke). Folks behind the counter are friendly - wish the Manager would walk around a bit more and talk to the customers like the Counter folks do. That's a nice touch. This might be my new favorite hamburger joint. I had the "conflicted burger." I was hesitant because I am not a fan of veggie burgers. This hamburger has a veggie patty AND a beef patty and was recommended by the cashier. Wow! It was amazing. It literally melted in my mouth, and I couldn't believe how delicious the veggie patty was. It was very similar to crab cake consistency and flavor (with out the crab taste... We've all had that crab cake that was lacking crab... Lol). The fries are hand cut and very similar to 5 guys. If you like real fries, you will like the ones here. The manger brought out custard samples and that topped off the meal. Cleansing the pallet with rich creamy deliciousness. This place is great! Everything from the atmosphere to the food and dessert. It can be a little bit on the expensive side for a burger place but I still walk out of there feeling like I had a great night out because the food and service is so good. We tried this place for the first time and we thought our food was great! It's a bit pricey, but overall was good. My daughter and I ordered the cheeseburger. It came out hot and juicy, and tasted very good. It was worth the $5+ price. My other daughter ordered the brisket burger and she said it was juicy and tasted great. We had an order of Parmesan fries and large order of onion rings, which consists of 6 huge onion rings. The Parmesan fries were ok, a little dry and flavorless. I doubt we will try those again. The layout of the restaurant sucks! There is really no need for the automatic sliding doors in the middle of two other doors. It makes the dining experience miserable if it's cold outside because people are constantly in and out. One more thing to keep in mind, it's not really a fast food restaurant. So, yes you might have to wait 20 minutes for your burger. That's why they give you the buzzer thing to hold on to. read more
