This is a GREAT BurgerFi. I'm a huge fan of the franchise, but I absolutely loved it here. The manager and staff are so outgoing and nice. Everyone tries so hard to make your meal complete by asking if you have everything you need. The FOOD is the bomb.com! First off, I LOVE their French fries! Perfectly salty, just the right amount of crunch, and so good. I got the the BurgerFi cheeseburger and CEO burger, with a side of the cry + fry , and custard with red velvet sprinkles ... I live in Aventura. So, I go to my neighborhood location on Biscayne. I usually indulge at least 2x a month, but haven't been in like two months. The last two times I've gone, my fries and onion rings have been saturated in oil, no crunch, disappointing. I've gotten takeout from here before and it was ok, but my recent experience was via a postmates order. When someone orders a burger medium, they mean medium not well done. And the shake was obviously made waaaaaay before the food was done because it was complete liquid by the time it got delivered less than a mile away. This place is horrible. Horrible customer service. They make the burger 2x and expect us to eat cold fries w it. When asked for manager they said he was toooo busy. The manager was doing nothing in the kitchen. I saw. So they take my fries finally after 10 min of arguing and instead of replacing they put them back with the bunch that is in the heater in the kitchen. I'm talking about fries that were touched by my son they mixed it with other fries they were about to serve other people. Yuck. In addition they said they would be loosing money by replacing my fries. Seriously. You lost a customer now not fries. Never again. Disgusting. And my son found a hair in it. I live out of town. For several years I came to this location and loved the food. I always get the same thing - The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger double, the Cry-Fry (onion rings and french fries), and a soda. It's always been great. Last summer I came in and the place literally stunk as though the floors had been cleaned with yesterday's buck and mop. Horrible smell. The food was still ok but not quite up to par. I went in for lunch today. First there is a family of six monopolizing the attention of three employees behind the counter. I finally got to order and sat down to wait for my food. Meanwhile I watch 3-4 members of the same family bringing back food complaing and taking up time. I am not buying that whole picture. I get my same meal and it is terrible. The fries are stone cold and soggy. The onion rings are cold and seemingly soaked in oil. The burger is passable. Say what you will but I never give food back at fast food places. You understand why. This and the last time in tell me there is a management issue at this location. Next time I need to spend $21 on a burger, fries, and a soda I will go elsewhere. Whatever the problem I will never return to this location. I left half the burger, the fires and onion rings on the table and left. Never again. read more

This place is right by FIU, my school. I saw a groupon a decided to get it since it was cheap and close and I had free time between classes from 5pm-6:30PM, just enough time to get some food. The place isn't too badly priced considering their meat is actually of good quality. I got the single burgerfi burger without fries which was enough to keep me content, however, I warn those with big appetites the patties are small and thin. Get a double. I work across the street so I come in every so often. The place is always spotless, the staff are friendly and the service is quick. The manager does an amazing job and takes a lot of pride in the store's rep. I love the new seasonal Summer BBQ burger but usually get the delicious All Day Breakfast burger. I dig the fact that the ingredients are top quality and organic. The fries are well seasoned and crispy. I like that I can make my own mayo-ketchup and mix drinks from the wide variety of selection. Keep it up! Would love to see them add yucca fries and also plantains to the burgers. read more

This location should close down immediately. Whoever "manages" this franchise obviously has no experience in hospitality, business or customer service. I had a terrible experience last year and had waiting a solid amount of time (OVER A YEAR) to try it out again. First & foremost, do NOT offer a service if it doesn't meant the brand's standards. This was my second attempt at order UberEats and won't even walk you through the first time. I placed my order as usual, and was extremely disappointed when my cheese fries came without cheese (obviously no one double-checked prior to passing the bag to the driver). After calling the store and stating my frustration, I was met with no compassion. Thankfully UberEats policy allowed me to receive a reimbursement for said incorrect item. I went on to my burger and could not get over my craving, so reordered but to my dismay they rejected the order!! This is the worst food place I've ever been in my life! We ordered our food at 6:30pm. We were sitting for an hour and half and we wouldn't get our food! Another Woke area business like Chipotle, smoothie King, Wendy's and all the nearby places that will only hire horrific kids from the dumpy area neighborhoods who hate you when you walk in. They look at you like your the strange one and the whole experience is very awkward and tense. One can't help but to feel like maybe they spit in your food or something. Certainly not the best place to trust your food with these awful people. In my day, if you weren't clean cut well dressed and showed manners you just would not be offered a job. I teach my kids specifically to avoid any such eating establishment where there are a bunch of kids working because the experience is almost guaranteed to be terrible. Its best to have respect for your money and know where to go. These kids always bring their friends who loiter in the place and upon your presence, they make you feel like your interrupting their social time. Perhaps its not having waiters, or a completely open space with outside seating or plenty of parking.. Something keeps me coming back and I am unable to put my finger on it. All burgers are good but if your planning on a movie day, or its a bit rainy out...
