We went with my family because I heard they had amazing burgers... we ordered on one of the kiosk picked up our number and went and sat down, we waited about 20 minutes and noticed it five or six other families had come and gone and gotten their food, so I went up to the front and asked about my order. When I asked about my order he said it's still coming it should be just another minute so we sat back down. 10 more minutes go by and I still don't have my food so I go back up and then they tell me oh no we don't have that order are you sure you put it in. I said yes I have the number for it and everything, he said well we don't have it so I don't think through, So I checked my bank account and did have a charge from Burger FI for 50$. The manager argued with me that since it was just pending it actually didn't go through and that he wouldn't refund me or make my food. I informed him that it was a charge and that is the end of the day when they reconciled their charges it would go through and that I was owed either A meal or a refund and he said no no no you're wrong. So we had to leave without food or a refund being charged $50 just for the pleasure of walking in. Now I have to fight with my bank to get the charge disputed ! read more

Came in today for lunch and the service I received from Kimberly was AMAZING. She helped me move tables together so me and my co-workers could sit together and the entire visit she was the only staff member who was in the dining room and she came around frequently to make sure we were enjoying everything and even cleared our trays. I offered her a tip but she said she couldn't take it but instead brought us a card with all the information for a positive review however I do wish I could have given her a tip as she highly deserved it. I practically live here. I might as well have a chair with my name on it. I like that they have plant based and veggie burgers. The green style burger is also a plus for me because i'm allergic to wheat. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is always so friendly. First off, the food was good. We enjoyed our burger and fries. I have 2 things that cause me to give 3/5 stars. First, the young lady taking our order became extremely flustered and impatient during our ordering process because we were simply asking for cheddar on one of the burgers. I totally understand having a rough day, but that was my first impression of BurgerFi... and it wasn't great... secondly, I hate coke freestyle machines and I really hate coke freestyle machines that are out of basic products like Sprite. I had a double bacon cheeseburger the other day at hardees (I am on Atkins diet) with lettuce and it was half the price and tasted the samr, if not better. I can't give this place more than 3 stars because I just feel like it is overpriced. $14 for a regular fry and burger with water is just way too expensive. And it's not just the burgers, it's the onion rings and the fries, the milkshakes and concretes, the clean spacious interior, the inviting outdoor patio. I love everything about Burger Fi, especially the quick service and the option to order online. While I'm a huge fan of supporting local businesses, this place can certainly hold its own against M Shack. And don't even get me started about the Breakfast-All-Day burger! American cheese, fried egg, bacon, hash brown, maple syrup, oh and did I mention the bacon??! It's so good you'll want to go home and curl up in your pajamas...and then head back out to Burger Fi for more. The craft soda floats are also spectacular, The ice-cream (or custard, I'm not sure which it is) is thick and creamy and delicious and froths delightfully. I love their burgers! I'm not a vegetarian, but it's the first place where I tried a vegetarian burger and it was awesome! The vegetarian meat tasted like a regular one. There was no seasoning on either and no salt on the table to help with the flavor. The identity of this place is confusing, as well. Not quite fast food, and overpriced if that's what it is. Not a restaurant, but that's what the prices reflect. If you're looking for fast food, go to Burger King. I walked into the burger on riverside ave today. I had to turn around to see if I was time warped to the town center burger. I know that most chains want to look alike but. Ok so the place iOS the same a lot of steel and some very uncomfortable chairs or maybe it's my ass today. I looked at the menu and I have eaten at these guys before. I went big what the heck. Ok give me the 28 burger and rings. knowing that their rings are huge I thought a 11 dollar burger would be a little bigger then a big mac. I know the meat is suppose to be 28 day aged prime angus brisket and but it me it was a bubba burger on steroids. It was tough and chewy but it did have some flavor. The fixing were there but lettuce and some kind of sauce. I don't care for tomatoes on my burgers. The rings were huge like I knew they would be but even those were over. I mean one bite and you were left holding a cooked onion and a plate of way crispy batter. In all not a good experience for me today.
