This is on BurgerFi as a whole and not so much this location. Their order online isn't very functional. I couldn't see my whole order to confirm it (because the pickup up time stuff popped up and blocked half of my order confirmation) and as a result, we didn't get a burger we thought we ordered. But I got there at the time predetermined and my bag of burgers were sitting up on a counter (didn't know they were mine as I waited to be taken care of). So when someone finally asked me how to help me, I gave them my name and she grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the back counter since I arrived. She then asked for the fries and the onion rings we ordered and they were grabbed from somewhere already bagged and clearly had been sitting as well. Granted it is take out and so I get quality will drop because of distance (15 min drive)to get it back BUT our fries weren't even close to being warm. Burgers weren't wrapped in tinfoil or anything to help keep them warm. Onion rings were cold BUT they are still and will always be AMAZING! So, I get it...blame me for driving 15 mins to get a good burger while out of town but man...give me a hopeful chance of at least getting warm food by working on your packaging for travel. I would rather wait for 5 mins for you to make sure my stuff is hot out of the gate vs food that was fixed when convenient and sitting around until I get to picking it up. We will try BurgerFi again. Wow this place has really cut corners and gone hill ! The only good thing about this place is they don't have paper streaks anymore. Finally ! But unfortunately they can't cook a burger or fries lmao ...I was up all night hugging the toilet from this place ! I want ever be back ! I hope some health officials see this post and check out the oil and the kitchen cause y'all gave me food poisoning ! Then they wanna ask do you want a tip but you don't get anything free and you have to throw your own trash away ! This tip thing is ridiculous! Why would I tip if I have to do all the work ! I ordered a burger with the lettuce top. Nothing special. Very hard to eat. I asked for avocado didn't get it. Then I went to get it, they opened this plastic piece with three pre-cut avocados in it. It was frozen. Gross. Paid extra and didn't eat them. Weird light green color. Not a fan. Will not be back. Just an average, high priced fast food chain. $13.50 for this. And i had a water. First off this is not a review of the food. I think my All Day Breakfast Burger and fries were good, but I do not know since I did not get a chance to enjoy my lunch. Parking was a challenge, but after parking I was greeted with a great looking place and friendly staff... Ordered my food, got my buzzer and that is when things went downhill.... The only thing I can figure is that since it is close the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History and school is out that a lot parent's decided to have lunch at BurgeFi. The place was covered up with kids and it was just 11:30. It would not have been so bad if the kids were not running around, breaking in line, playing with the condiment station and the drink station while their non-concerned parents were yakking away up stairs or at a faraway table..... Once I was able to get my drink and condiments, I found a table outside away from the throngs of the rug rats to await the buzzing of my pager, notifying me that my food was ready.... Once I retrieved my food I had to reclaim my table from children who had staked a claim on despite my drink, napkins, fork and knife being left on the table. I only thought that I was out of the way..... During the entire 30 minutes that I tried to enjoy my lunch, my chair was constantly bumped into, my table was bumped into and after every bite, I had to respond to some child or over enthusiastic adult that no I am not done... I had to constantly hear parents repeat the same command to come back, no, don't do this don't do that to children that totally ignored their parents request to maintain a civil manner... My only thought was to finish eating at get away from the mass of unruly children. Do not get me wrong, I do not blame the kids. I blame their self-centered parents who allowed them unfettered access to the entire restaurant and other customers... with no concern for other patrons in the establishment. I will not go back while school is out. I will wait until the children are at school. I am sure I will enjoy the food when I actually get a chance to eat it in peace. read more

My burger was pretty plain, the meat was nice and juicy but I think what made the burger was their house sauce. being from Australia, we love to put vinegar on our hot chips so when I saw they did this, i was excited... my excitement quickly went away after the first bite lol. although the chips where delicious, I couldn't taste the vinegar... I've heard a lot about this place and we went for Father's Day this year. It was packed, and has a very cool look and feel to it. It's very modern and hip, so I get the draw, AND they serve beer so that helps. The line was pretty long but since it was Father's Day I held down a table (they were scarce at the time because it was so busy) while my wife waited in line, so I couldn't tell you what the hold up was. Everything is ordered at the counter so if you wanted another beer, sides, etc. then you're waiting again. Probably not normally as bad as it was this one night, but still noticed it. I ordered the twenty THE TWENTY EIGHT - figured it was my day so I could have the expensive burger on the menu. It was good (I got it without blue cheese), as I'm sure all the burgers on the menu are, and the bun had a cool BurgerFi brand on it. While it was tasty I couldn't help thinking my $12 burger would have tasted as good as the $6-$7 one - lesson learned for next time! As for the sides I liked the fries, but wasn't a fan of the onion rings. It may have been an off batch, but they were all breading and way too hard for my liking. Next time I want to try the custards - but wasn't going to wait in another line to do so today! The Kennesaw Location dislikes its customers. As you walk in right on the door it says their employees are amazing and don't complain essentially. Umm ok, started my order to the "amazing" employee who was just staring off into space as we ordered. Shocker when we got the food it was wrong. As per the sign on the door shouldn't complain as the Customer is wrong here. Next I needed to use the rest room, nope it was closed to the public. Because a festival was happening. I was like well where should the paying customer go? Down the street sir to the port a potty. The lady sitting next to us spoke out as well about the poor customer service, but alas management sucks there. It's unfortunate, I like Burgerfi food but will never come back to this location and will do as much as possible to spread the word about this poorly run establishment. Looking at the menu had me super excited! I love getting burgers with a lot of toppings so I was in heaven!! I ordered a Burgerfi Cheeseburger and added the following toppings: blue cheese, fried egg, chili, bacon, grilled onions and I got Burgerfi sauce on the side (the cashier was discreet with their secret ingredients so I wasn't sure if like it). I loved the thick slice of blue cheese, well flavored. Can't say as much for the chili; it was pretty tasteless and ended up just making the burger soggy half way through. I actually wouldn't mind the sogginess when the taste is there. The beef patty could've had more seasoning in it but not bad. My friend and I spilt fries. She wanted Parmesan and Herbs. I wanted salt and vinegar so they out the topping on the side. I loved hers! She ended up mixing her favors with the garlic aioli that she had on the side. For the salt and vinegar, I guess I pictured something else before I ordered or maybe if it wasn't on the side it would have been different. It was just a little cup of malt vinegar and a little cup of salt flakes, needless to say I wasn't as impressed. Overall, pretty good meal. I'll be coming back and ordering a little differently. Maybe I'll stick with their combinations instead of venturing in my own. The Breakfast All Day Burger looks really good, I'll have to try a milkshake, stick with Parmesan fries and their onion rings looked sooo good! Cute set up. Inside and outside seating. I am at the Big Shanty Festival and I get hungry. Walked the entire festival almost got a Gyro... but I wanted to sit down inside, out of the sun. The only restaurant on the festival grounds is Burgerfi! Ok...burger it is. Bugerdi is an upscale bugler joint serving 100% Angus burgers grown without hormones and antibiotics. The menu also includes two types of veggie burgers and Kobe beef hot dogs and Vienna beef dogs. The sides which are fries or onion rings are hand cut and cooked to order. The condiments are on the side, you add what you want. I ordered the Burgerfi Cheeseburger, the standard two beef patties with lettuce and tomatoes with a side of fries and a much needed bottle of water all for $11. The fries looked and tasted like the ones I make at home! Did I say they were Delicious! Hot & crispy. Yes I ate all of the fries first. Then to the burger...a note hear, real angus burgers don't need mayo . The bun has the logo branded on it..love the detail! The burger was perfect, the beef was the right texture, the cheddar cheese was melted just right, the lettuce was fresh and crisp, the beefsteak tomatoes were sweet and firm but tender. As my usual search for a yummy veggie burger continues. I find myself darkening the doors of burger fi once more. It was a cold and rainy night.... literally... and I wanted a veggie burger that wasn't overly mushy and wasn't comprised of mainly black beans... And that is what brought me here to get the vegefi burger... It's a quinoa burger that's fried which gives it some texture and there's different veggies sprinkling the inside of the patty. It's a good burger when it's hot and crispy, but as it cools, it gets that mushy-like texture like most veggie burgers that are around now-a-days... It's also a small burger, so if you're not a fan of small veggie burgers that's over 6$... Then you probably want to keep hunting for another veggie burger. But if you want something that's a bit different then give it a try. And only order a regular fry.... Their fries aren't the best. In one order you can get some that are cooked just right, over cooked, and waaaay over cooked. They also give you too many fries, who knew right, but yeah it seems like they're trying to overcompensate for the size of the small burger... And I haven't ordered onion rings since that first time, but if you look at the pic, it was too much for me to handle... Anyway the restaurant is located on a corner and can be a pain trying to get into turning from the left. The parking lot is really small, but there are spots on the street and more parking on down pass those other restaurants. I've only gotten my food togo but when they're busy, the set-up is pretty tight. Anyway it's not a bad place, I don't mind coming here if I'm in Kennesaw, so it's definitely OK in my book. read more

Not sure if there is a new meat substitute burger, but it was hard like it was over cooked or something.

We do appreciate the food, but we were REALLY disappointed today that they did not honor the BurgerFi promotion advertised on BurgerFi.com and that we received from the BurgerFi email newsletter. They have before; they don't any more, apparently. I spoke with the manager on duty, explaining that we'd received the "buy one get one for $1" promotion in our email, and that I'd driven with one of my daughters there for a special daddy-daughter date, and he re-stated that they are not a "participating restaurant," and so they don't honor any BurgerFi promotions. He did seem sincere. But the end result was still the same: they don't honor any nationally advertised promotions. I've been a restaurant manager, and know that managers can honor any promotion if they want. But he didn't. And so my daughter and I left, disappointed by the restaurant's not honoring the national promotion offered through the site and through the newsletter we received. I hope the owner of this store realizes that by not honoring BurgerFi promotions, they are making a seriously bad business decision. Not only did they not get the sale today, but they have lost business from a family of 6 for a long, long time. Penny wise, pound foolish. (I've downgraded my rating from 3 to 2. Management promised to get back with me about my disappointing bait-and-switch experience ... and didn't. While the food is good, the company's policies to benefit from national promotions but not honor them is a deal-breaker. Badly done, BurgerFi.) read more

Take-out via Grubhub was a quick way to order food especially when you leave your wallet at home. Quinoa burger (little soggy) was tasty and but the fries were soft and not crispy...I had to throw must of them away. :( I think both items were soggy because of the take out box. It was my first time at this location I have DoorDash here but never ate the food. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries and it came out really well the food tasted really good. The only downside is that on the website it says that BurgerFi is doing a promotional burger and fries for $10 but somehow this location is not. Also gave it four stars because for a small fry it was barely any fries in my bag and honestly at first I thought it wasn't their fault because it may be the company standard for the amount of fries but after reading the reviews I noticed that this may be a habit of theirs to not put a lot of fries in the container and nobody wants to spend their hard earned money to barely get anything but I definitely will be back to try something else. For my burger and small fry I paid nine dollars but I also got a single patty so it will be more for someone who orders a sandwich with two patties. read more

We used to come to Burger Fi often and loved the juicy burgers and delicious fries. On our most recent visit we were very disappointed. The initial encounter with the person at the register was unpleasant, as the irder taker was just plain ole grumpy, like she did not want to be there. Cusimer serbice was not good. The burgers were dry and not juicy or as thick as they used to be, and the fries were soggy or felt less cooked than they should have been. I had asked for well done initially. I requested a replacement, Management was very responsive and gave me a new order, but they were not much better. I believe they explaine they flash fry first and then cook to order, and are supposed to be like they were, but " limpish" not crispy, which is not normal fries in my book and tasting radish. I checked out this spot because of all the good reviews. It was pretty good. The burger tasted great as well as the fresh cut fries. It was cooked very well with a little crunch from the burger crust... yummy. My only negative was in the size of the burger, I kept hearing about the "massive" burgers here. While tasty, I was expecting a little more beef on my double cheese burger. The staff was very nice, courteous, and was helpful with good suggestions. The place was really good, the vibe is kinda hipster (I'm not holding that against the place) and there were a lot of families as well as 20 somethings happily enjoying their meals while I was there. The price was not astronomical, about 10 bucks for a burger fries and a drink. In the past I have paid a lot more at other places and not been as happy. Like I said overall I had a great experience... but common guys "Where's the beef"! read more

Went there with the family and had the best time. The atmosphere was for family and friends getting together enjoying good conversation and having some good food. Our order ranged from the veggie burger to the CEO to breakfast all day burger and they were all really good fries were cooked just right. Surprised to see the beer and yes we had a few of them around the table. We had our granddaughter with us who is 18 months and the custard was something she wouldn't stop smiling about. Very happy to report that management has reconsidered the patio door open/close policy and the last 4 random days I've driven by, the patio door has been closed. It's great to see a team that is at the top of their game in the kitchen and in from of the house as well. Their quick response to the fly issue posed by the always-open patio door is an excellent indication that they care about guest feedback and delivering the best experience. Have been wanting to try this place for a while. I hesitated after reading some less than glowing reviews but stopped for take out while I was in the area. Ordered a little of everything with chicken, veg, and burgers. Tried the CEO and regular Cheeseburger for comparison. Even though they had traveled 30 min, still delicious. Definitely preferred the CEO but the cheeseburger was quite tasty. Fries were good but be prepared for large quantities. Think 5 guys sizing. We ordered a regular size and the server said it would feed 2-3 people. We shared among 4 and it worked. Look forward to visiting again and dining in for the freshest taste experience. read more

MAN was I disappointed! I brought my GF here because she wanted a burger and I said BurgerFi was good. This place made me a liar. Just for backstory, I've been to the BurgerFi in Alpharetta twice and it was good. Either my memory is failing me, I ordered the wrong thing, or this location is just not as good. I will need to go back to the Alpharetta one to validate this, but I'm not sure if I have the appetite to do that. We ordered the breakfast-ish burger that I forget the name of and the burger with the Beyond Meat patty. The breakfast one would have been alright if it weren't for the maple syrup. Either the syrup was low quality or the just put too much in the burger because it cancelled out any other flavor in the burger. The Beyond Meat burger was alright, but besides the patty, it was a very straightforward burger. Nothing wowed me and it just felt like a normal burger that was overpriced. We also got chili cheese fries. They give you a lot, but again, they were pretty forgetful. I think we had a milkshake to, but meh. read more

Went here on a Saturday night with a close friend of mine :) I have always heard good things about Burger Fi. However, we did not have to good of an experience. During the dinner rush around 6:45 pm there was only one register open. We had to wait around 35 min to order. We were about to leave but we wanted to try the amazing burgers we had heard about. It was very unorganized. It seemed like they were totally capable of opening up at least 1 more register. We got to the front the young lady who took our order was very nice. She explained everything very well which I appreciated. I placed my order and we waited. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was good! I liked the way it was presented. The Burger Fi stamp is very smart. It makes a place stand out from others. The food overall was very good! We sat inside because there was no patio seating. Yay! They have vegetarian burgers! They have a veggie burger on a wheat bun or lettuce as the bun. It's about $7ish dollars for a burger and milkshakes are around $5. They have a wide array of beers, so you'll have a very large selection. The parking lot is kinda small but you have multiple areas you could park (the back parking lot or parking in the street). This location is a bit smaller than a regular store, so seating can be challenging if you go during any type of rush. they do have indoor and outdoor seating and the outdoor seating has a upper and lower level. The service people are super nice and helpful! I haven't had a single bad interaction with them. They sometimes even come around to check on you to make sure you're doing okay. Food comes out promptly. They use one of those buzzers to let you know when your food is done and you pick it up, so you have time to find a spot to sit! read more

We went here today! It was a small wait, not to long, the line was just at the door when we got there. My daddy ordered a double cheeseburger. We order a side of onion rings and fries. My daddy said the cheeseburger was good. I tasted his and it was. A little higher than most burgers. The onion rings were really good as well, they were big, but it wasn't that many of them. The fries were good, a little on the salty side though, but you can tell them not so much salt. We didn't know since this was our first time eating this place. We both got a shake, my daddy got strawberry and I got Oreo. His shake was really good, it had chunks of strawberries and the Oreo Shake had chunks of Oreos. The shakes are about $5 for one size. We went when they first opened and the service was terrible and the food way overpriced for the quality. But I'm one to always give a few chances and not review until I do because I've worked in the food industry and so has my husband. Nope worse this time! Staff looks miserable and is not friendly at all. Several orders were wrong and then we all got sick! My husband has eaten at other locations and the service is great and the food worth the extra price. So it's not the concept but definitely this locations execution or lack thereof. People getting sick is inexcusable in my book! read more

Overall this place is just okay if your a vegan/vegetarian. My mom and I both ordered the Beyond Meat burger and it was still a little pink on sides. It wasn't raw but it could have been cooked longer to get a nice brown color on it. We sat upstairs and it was very clean and the customer service was superb. read more

SOMEWHAT GLUTEN FRIENDLY. They have gluten-free options, except for the bun. The burgers are rather tasty and customizable. I've come here on a number of occasions with business colleagues, my family, and friends (all of whom are gluten-intolerant). I've personally tried the Burgerfi cheeseburger, Conflicted burger, and the CEO burger. My family and friends who are gluten-intolerant all customize theirs with a lettuce wrap. Regardless of what is done to the burger, everyone comes out of this restaurant with smiling faces and a cleared plate. They even have gluten-free beer! They have ample space with a downstairs and upstairs seating area, which means that is good for groups and small kids. The menu is full of variety that would accommodate majority of the folks that come in and ask at reasonable price. Definitely a place to recommend to anyone who likes burgers! read more
