I visited this restaurant for the second time last week. We had a large group, and they did a good job of accommodating us. I asked the cashier whether she would recommend the Breakfast All Day Burger or the CEO Burger. She talked me out of the Breakfast Burger, because she said that it would put me to sleep. I think that I made a mistake in ordering the CEO Burger, because my friend ordered the Breakfast Burger and it looked great with the egg, bacon and cheese. I'll definitely order it next time. I ordered the fries with the Truffle Aioli sauce, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were delicious. I'll definitely order these fries again. The gentleman who brought our food to the table did a great job of delivering 9 burgers and 9 orders of fries to our large group. I have no idea why this place has such low reviews- they have THE BEST burgers!!! Here's what I order and here's why they're awesome: I get the cheese burger and the urban fries. The cheeseburger's beef is delicious and is always cooked perfectly. Very flavorful. The patties aren't super thick and I'm ok with that. The beef combined with the super light (I think potato?) bun contribute to a very light "feel" burger- I love this because I don't get weighed down while eating it. This is my favorite cheeseburger from anywhere. Hands down. The urban fries- they're so good! They're garlicky without being cloyingly so. The Parmesan sauce combined with the perfect crisp of the fries is perfecto. Now- I don't know about anything else on the menu, because I always get what I like. Was my favorite burger/ chicken sandwich until yesterday. After a 10hr shift I decided to get something to go. Took over 10 min to park, but OK. Then I really learned my lesson to NOT pay with cash. The not so friendly cashier (not a server!) kept my change. It was over $3.00. When I said "guess you're keeping my change as a tip" I just got a smirk and still no money back. I am a firm believer in tipping for service, but this was theft. How can this be allowed in what I thought was a reputable business. Even if I was to eat my meal there... We went to BurgerFi to grab ours to go. Our order was 3 burgers, 2 fries and an order of onion rings and was towards the end of the lunch rush at about 1:15. Granted, we should have checked the bag before we left. The crowd was still lined up when we received our order a few minutes later. This is a very popular spot for lunch and super busy on weekends. By time we got halfway home we realized our order was messed up. Noones burger was completed (missing the tomatoes, no sauce, an extra ingredient or two, etc), we didn't get the 2nd fries and the other was a kids meal size. Not gonna lie, the burgers we DID get were pretty good, but it wasn't the ones we ordered. I'll give them the benifit of the doubt and say they were slammed in the kitchen. TLDR: busy, masks in use. Clean but cold. We popped in to try this burger joint during a road trip & the exterior is absolutely adorable. Seating just besides the railroad tracks with that old school Georgia charm. Inside was wildly busy but, all employees were wearing masks and there were place markers on the floor for social distancing. (Though everyone waiting for food was crowded along the back wall of the establishment, soooo that kinda defeated the idea.) The food was decent but, my grilled chicken burger was cold. Like straight from the fridge cold. Still, I was hungry and it was eatable. Bathrooms clean, AC keeps the place nice and cool inside. A wonderful burger joint located on Main Street in downtown kennesaw ! I want to shoutout Avery who assisted us when we placed our order ! She was great . Her customer service was amazing ! Truly . I have my almost 3 year old daughter and she offered to bring us our food . We are seated upstairs outside in there covered seating area that is perfect ! Even if it was raining we could enjoy our seating outside due to it being covered . We will definitely be back when I'm craving a good burger ! The portions are huge ! If you order a regular fry it will serve two to three people ! The onion rings are huge as well . The burgers are deliciousssssss ! No exaggeration . The fries too . Been Going to BurgerFi kennesaw for some time now quality of food and service has been going down. Last online order was the last straw..hot dog that I ordered was stone cold. I contacted corporate from the burgerfi app to inform them..the local manager contacted me the next day with pretty much a lame apology and detailed excuses to why the food was cold. While this isn't my favorite burger for the price point, it is definitely a good burger. I realize the meat is Angus and additive free, but if I'm going to pay $9 for a very basic burger, or $11 for a slightly customized burger, it feels insulting to pay $.50 to remove a bun and add lettuce. Similarly, $3 for a normal size fry is a bit much (even though they are fresh) and adding another dollar for the flavoring topping seems excessive. The restaurant itself is in a great place right on the main drag in downtown Kennesaw. Yes parking is a bit of a hunt and space is limited, but only due to the apparent popularity of the restaurant. To me it's more of a place to ear when we are downtown and need to grab a bite, not a place I crave. I'd eat at Five Guys if they were next door to and prefer the burger taste and price point at Guston's where $10 gets you a killer burger with better fried or tater tots, but I'm more focused on flavor than requiring Angus beef. That said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with BurgerFi, just nothing that stands out as better than a decent burger. read more

I live pretty close by so I've been to this location a few times and will probably go back. This place serves pretty good burgers, but tends to be a little on the pricier side. Truthfully, I prefer the burgers at FiveGuys to this place. They just have way more topping options for the same flat price. The location for this place is really nice. It's right in the heart of downtown Kennesaw, and has rooftop-outdoor seating. The cell reception (at least for AT&T) is basically non-existent, but they do offer guest wi-fi (password: bestburger). The facility is also pretty clean. The staff is pretty nice, depending on who you get. However, I can't say they're the best when it comes to customer complaints or issues. Order a single cheeseburger instead of a single "with cheese", odds are you might not get cheese. Approach them about the mistake, and they absolutely will charge you about $1 for a single slice of cheese (to be handed to you). Granted, this was one incident and I haven't had any issues since, but it says a lot about how much one bad experience can color your perception of a place. That said, great burgers. I love the BurgerFi sauce they put on it. Fries are a little on the limp side. Raspberry lemonade is on point. I haven't had the hotdogs, but have been told they're pretty good. Went to lunch here after shopping around the corner. We were greeted immediately with a smile and hello! The menu has many options and yet is easy to navigate. The beverage selection is top notch. Your choice of any soda, ice tea or craft beers. We both enjoyed our lunch. Normally I can't finish a larger size burger because I'm full. That didn't stop me here. I ate my entire burger and fries. While we sat and talked after our meal two separate times the staff asked if we needed anything and also removed any trash. Over all the entire place was clean, restrooms included. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is because: The parking lot only offers limited spaces. At a lunch rush you'd have to park at a lot a short walk away. Just to let yall know another business is gone bad in Kennesaw. I actually got a call back from the owner. The first thing he said I dont appreciate you review and lies online. Nothing I said is a lie. He said he attempted to call me the next day which is with in 24 hrs. But I didnt have a voice mail. And he doesnt appreciate my bad rewiew!. Not once did he tell me he was the actual owner. I then told him I was recording the phone call. Then said I tried to call you the next day you didnt answer. You left a threating rewiew!???? I've tried everything I can to rectify this and I see that there is nothing can do. The Chilli dog they for got to put chilli on was $6.67 The only thing that was made correctly was the hand cut fries. And the regular Burger. They refunded me for that burger $11.00 . Which was not even wrong????!!!!!! They have fallen apart when it comes to customer service! And the owner needs to go re evaluate his GM and Store Managers. They are doing a horrible job. This place would get 5 stars if they didn't block cell phone coverage. Their food is unreal tasty, however I feel that they might treat their workers a little unfair. Based on talking to an employee and my personal experiences, I am 99% sure they are using a cell blocker/jammer. I was trying to respond to some emails and look up a few things while eating lunch and I couldn't get a signal with either of my ATT or Verizon phones.. I thought, weird, so of course I asked if they had wifi. Upon asking the employee about it, she relied yeah they block us here and we can only use wifi. Just thought it was not so cool. Great food. TERRIBLE service. We told the cashier we'd never been in. She gave a half smile and a blank stare. I asked how she liked one of the burgers. She said, "I dunno. I haven't tried any of them." I shrugged it off as she must be new. I was trying to figure out whether I needed one or two patties, so I asked how big they were. She looked at me, confused. So I clarified, "what is the weight of the patties? Are they quarter pound? Third of a pound?" Her response: "I don't know." Blank stare. Awkward pause. She made no effort to imply she could or would ask, so I chose a basic burger. My husband and I decided we would have had a better experience had we ordered from a kiosk rather than this useless, apathetic cashier. Alas, there wasn't an option to order from a kiosk--but why have a human there if they can't/won't answer questions about the menu, and don't add to the experience? The food was delicious, but there are lots of places that offer a good burger and also offer friendly helpful service at a lower price as well. Overall, it was a somewhat disappointing experience. I don't eat pork so I appreciated the beef hot dogs I got both the New York style and Texas style , both very delicious. I ordered over the phone and picked up and also appreciated that it was hot and ready when I got there. Service was efficient wish I could have sat in and ate but I was busy and already in a rush but I love the location it's near historic downtown kennesaw GA.
