Wow. I've never been ignored when standing in front of a counter waiting to order before. Came in with my mom and husband we were excited to share our love of burgerfi with my mom from out of town. We were ignored for 8 minutes, the cashier avoided eye contact and then asked the woman behind us to order. We left, felt super unwelcome. Your cashier who is working right now he beyond rude. Came here for lunch today. Friendly staff. Ordered two patty burger with cheese green style (bun-less) and hubby and I split a large order of onion rings. Onion rings large, held in tack when you bite into them. I felt that they could of used some seasoning. Green style burger it was okay. I would of that they would of wrapped the burger in the lettuce as In & Out does. I would come again. read more

It's a pretty standard BurgerFi - good burgers and sides, massive coronary-inducing portion sizes, and a somewhat steep price tag. The Wagyu burger is delicious and juicy, and the onion fries are plentiful (there are only around a half dozen of them but they're massive) and could be a meal in and of themselves. Basically treat the portion sizes like Five Guys - if going with a group, a side for every two people is more than enough. And if you're eating there solo expect to have some leftovers. They have a Coke freestyle machine too, so you can mix and match flavors that you might not be able to find elsewhere. read more

Burgerfi is a great chain! They use grass fed beef and really quality ingredients. The burgers are delicious and reasonably priced, especially for the level of quality. Burgerfi lets you really customize the burgers. There are several types of cheeses, vegetable toppings, hash browns, eggs, sauces, etc. You can get really creative. Additionally, you can get the burger with a lettuce bun instead of a bread one. They also have a veggie burger that I've heard is really good. They also serve hot dogs, which are also very good. There are also Coke Freestyle machines, along with beer and wine. Also, their fries at this location are very good. A regular size is a huge amount of fries. I went with my dad and sister and we shared a regular order of fries and had some leftover. They also have onion rings that are also huge. You don't get a ton of onion rings, but they are very large. My favorite burger is the Breakfast All Day burger, but I haven't had anything that wasn't delicious. This place uses humanely raised meat, quality ingredients, and is really good. This is my favorite burger place located in the UCF area! BurgerFi is a small chain that markets their product as a healthier burger. They use beef without hormones, offer vegetarian quinoa burgers, and have their own burgerfi sauce which is delicious. You can build your own burger (like 5 guys) or choose from a menu. They have an option where you can use lettuce cups instead of a bread bun which I thought was cool. These burgers are a step above your average burger joint. They also have huge onion rings and fries which you can add flavor too such as garlic and parmesan. BurgerFi also offers beer and custards for dessert. What I like most about this place is the atmosphere. The place is clean and the decor is modern and comes across moderately sophisticated for what the place is. Complaint: The service is alright. They've ripped me off a few times when purchasing food because they don't know how to use the system correctly or are too lazy to put my food in correctly and charge me the proper price. That's why they lost a star. Ex: I tell the staff I want a burgerfi burger except with only one patty and they still charge me the full price. They should in their system make it a single patty burger and add all the items that are included on the burgerfi burger. I think it shows a lack of care for the customer.They put in burgerfi burger and then write a memo to the cook saying "one patty only." I hate to have to dumb my order down because you can't figure out how to put something in the system the right way. read more

Yummy food, affordable prices, fun atmosphere! The service is fairly quick, even when busy, and everyone who works there seems rather happy to be there. As a wheelchair user, the layout of their tables is not super navigable. The counter and drink fountains are accessible but many of the tables were so close together that any wheelchair user can't get through or around. This limits your seating options, especially when it's busy. However, it's a perfect place for late dinner or ice cream as their open until 11! I'm a fan of that! read more

Finally got a chance to try them out! Been looking for a good burger place, and I think this will be my go-to place in the future. Very simple place, with a very open concept and trendy decor. I used the online ordering system ahead of time to get a to-go order, which was fairly simple to use. When ordering online, they still wait for you to get there before making the fries and onion rings, so that they are fresh when you receive them. I built my own burger and they have a number of different toppings you can add as well as multiple bun options and an aged brisket burger option. Alternatively you can start with one of their burger creations and go from there. I also ordered the "cry and fry" combo which is onion rings and fries. I ordered them "urban style" which includes herbs, parmesan, and a garlic aioli. The burger was very excellent - juicy and well seasoned. It was that much better since I customized the order! The burgers are a bit smaller like others have noted, so you may want to opt for a double or triple burger if you are wanting more meat. The side orders are huge! As others have said, you can easily split one order of the cry and fry and still fill up both of you. The onion rings were excellent, though I'm not sure the herbs and parmesan did much for them, compared to the fries. The fries were delicious with the seasonings, however. They have Coca-Cola Freestyle which is the machine with numerous options - that is always a plus anywhere. In addition, they offer real sugar bottled Coke products and Boylan sodas. As a vegan, most places offer some sort of veggie patty "burger" that passes for edible. I can say that BurgerFi definitely has one of the best vegetarian burgers out there, made with quinoa and fresh veggies. I loved the whole wheat bun that accompanied it, kind of sweet in the way that whole wheat is, and it perfectly paired with their signature BurgerFi sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, paprika, garlic powder.) What really caught my eye walking in here was the enormous onion rings on people's plates. I ordered those as well and they were great. The selection of craft beers is moderate, lots of IPAs which is great for the hipster crowd they attract, but I hate IPAs so I passed. Wines are extremely overpriced at nine dollars a glass when you can buy the bottle at Publix for five dollars. Their custard shakes are cute, but seeing as the difference between custard and ice cream is really only the fat content and not flavor, I'm more than happy to not pay five dollars for a milkshake. The setting and atmosphere is great for Florida as the whole establishment is indoor/outdoor seating, and the doors are just floor to ceiling windows that open up. All in all I'd give it a 5/10 because the food was alright but really overpriced and burgers aren't really a food you can make fancier, only better ingredients, which BurgerFi has. (For reference, I paid seven dollars for my veggie burger, four dollars for onions rings, and three dollars for a soda.) read more

I've known about Burgerfi for years, and been to a few throughout Florida. But lately, it has become my go-to spot for a great burger. For about $5, you get a flavorful patty, with a nice selection of toppings to choose from. I always get a single, and load it to the gills with veggies. The burger tastes great without being too greasy. I love five guys, but their burgers always end up being a soggy mess for me. The fries are also good, and you get a large portion for the money. The onion rings LOOK great, but the flavor disappoints to be honest. I think the fact that they slice them so thick makes the batter proportion out of whack...just not enough flavor there. I'd skip them. Yeah, it might be a little pricey if you're getting a double, with cheese, fries, and a drink. But a value meal at McDonald's can cost almost as much, and it's not even on the same playing field. Sometimes, it's good to treat yourself to quality food. read more

"Stand and Deliver" My wife, daughter and I stopped in shortly after her art lesson; and, were a bit surprised by the layout and ordering system, which is similar to other burger "joints" but, since the menu screens were not working, we had a very hard time figuring it out. We ended up settling on three different burgers, including the Breakfast All Day Burger, the The Twenty-Eight; and, a plain (build your own) burger, with nothing on it but mustard. We also tried the shakes, which came out well-past our burgers, which was quite a disappointment. Went here with coworkers since they said it is the best burger joint in town (they do love American food and chain restaurant so I would take their opinion lightly). I used to go to Burger 21 to settle any burger crave, but now that there's a Burger Fi near the UCF campus, my staple has shifted over here. I'm honestly a tad disappointed in the less-than-homely service from the staff, though I think it might be an issue in training. However, the food is what you can expect from the franchise; wholesome ingredients, juicy meats and sauces, but nothing to overload your taste buds, unlike how other places do it. Definitely come by if you've never done it before. Oh, I would like to caution against the shakes now that I think about it. I tried one, but it was pretty lacking. read more
