WORST PLACE EVER!!! Went back again tonight because we didn't have many choices so we figured we'd give it another shot. AGAIN my order is completely wrong. AGAIN specified NO TOMATOES because I am highly allergic and AGAIN there were tomatoes on my veggie burger. Paid for extra cheese- no cheese at all. One cheeseburger was ordered with onions and they put onions on ALL the burgers- even though my husband hates onions. This location has drastically went downhill, the burgers aren't juicy, the fries are always soggy and most of the staff are unprofessionally trained. I was a frequent customer with my family but we will no longer be dining at this location and I suggest you don't as well, unless you want to be utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

The burgers are amazingg!! I would recommend the bacon cheeseburger, with your favorite toppings on the menu! The cheese fries are the best! I would recommend. A nice cozy seating with a nice environment. And also alcoholic drinks. Patricia and Luis gave us great customer service. read more

This restaurant is so close to our house and it's our go to for burgers! They have a burger for everyone in the family meat eater vegetarian and vegan! We've always had great food and awesome service! Today I had a 25 percent discount it didn't come off my fault but the manager Eric was awesome he took time from his busy schedule to call me back and gave me a credit! With all the stress we're under this time due to Covid I appreciate it very much! It's nice to know there are people like Eric who care about the customers! BurgerFi is our go to place for a quick delicious meal. The burgers are amazing and the vegi burger must be made with magic because it is d e l i c i o u s !! Oh, and their ice cream custard is muuuaahhh. BurgerFi is more expensive than your typical fast food restaurant but it's worth it because the quality is much better and the atmosphere is too. Also, they have a pretty great rewards program that gives you money to use towards your purchase along with birthday bonuses. It almost seems like every other time we eat there we have a $5 reward on our card to use. The staff is very friendly. Mariam is such a super sweetheart and she always makes a point to remember us and comment that she's glad to see us again. You don't get that at other fast food restaurants I can tell you that. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 burgers and fries and they lost our order... watched 11 other people get their food before us. Where's the manager?? 3 employees were sitting on break occupying a table, no sense of urgency, on a Friday night. Poorly managed burger fi. I wouldn't be posting this review if it wasn't for when we finally got our food 1 hour and 10 min later, they said they have to charge us for their burger fi fry sauce after we requested it. I requested to speak with the manager... he wouldn't even come out to talk to me. If he or any of his employees would have at least offered an apology for the mix up, instead of making me and my family wait over an hour and then try and charge us for sauce, I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review. The franchisee needs to have a meeting with their managers and employees on basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. read more

Very sad to see this location would not honor the coupons in the "save around palm beach book". It doesn't say on the coupon that it is not good there and the manager refused to take it. All other locations support the schools so I will be taking my business to those locations instead. read more

This place has a fun, inviting atmosphere...very casual yet well kept. Although, didn't appreciate the giant fan while standing in line, all of us tried to move from it. I get it that is efficient but way to strong. Speaking of lines, our order took about 25 minutes from time we placed it-it was to go so not sure if that slowed things down but wait was long. My son got burger and I got veggie-both were good. Remember to ask for extras on it if you like, they have lots to choose from. Also got fries, shake and custard, all good. My gripe is pricing. I get quality ingredients but this is wait in line, order and pick up from chaotic line again. Overpriced and somewhat unorganized thus the 3 stars. UPDATE 12/4/17 Went back. Sad because this place used to be good when it first opened. Now they have crappy management, and incompetent staff. When one orders a hamburger with only lettuce, tomato, and mayo( that's what the person ordering it wants, not ketchup and onions added with cheese. A five year old could do better than the people they have working there now. Also the fries are either over done or old. First time visiting the Burgerfi in Wellington, really enjoyed their vegifi burger! Great to have vegetarian options. Called earlier about the beyond burger and they are working on string them they said. The manager Ty was great!! He was on top of everything the entire time, he was checking in on everyone making sure everything was okay and if anyone needed anything. The other two managers Sean and Josh made sure all the food was correct. Everything was yummy and the milk shake was definitely one of the best I've had in Wellington. It was a bit pricey though, that is the only negative I can say. The service was great! The food was great! Atmosphere was nice as well. read more

Stopped by to get a late night bite which I warmed nicely in my toaster oven up a couple of hours later. Had the bacon cheese burger and the beef was juicy, had a nice taste and the bacon had good flavor and was very crunchy. Service was slow but it was very close to closing time. I did find their sides to be pricey. Better than expected for being cooked on flattop but Habit is still my go to with their flame grilling. They do have that new Beyond burger patty (haven't seen it in any other burger chain) available for our vegetarian friends or anyone else for that matter. Highly recommend for those that haven't tried it as I picked up a few a Whole Foods a few weeks ago and cooked them on my cast iron. Soy free and the texture is phenomenal for a veggie patty. read more

We needed a quick place to grab a bit and this was close by so we gave it a try. Pro: Everything is made fresh and tastes good Staff is fairly friendly, not in your face and not standoffish. Food comes out nice and hot. Biggest single serving of fries I've ever seen. Con: For a fast food burger place they are pricey. $19.74 for 2 quarter pound burgers, 2 drinks and an order of fries. That's a lot of money for a place that serves on trays and where you use a plastic fork. Ketchup was almost out at the condiment bar. They had 3 tubs of ketchup and 2 were empty. No healthy options. I know they are a burger place, but even burger places have salads. What's the big deal of having bags of salad you can rip open and throw in a bowl. They don't have plates, bowls, etc. This is fast food and it's served that way. Would we go back? Maybe in a pinch, like we were today. This is not how my husband and I eat so unless we are in a bind I don't see us going back any time soon. read more

mmmm so good. Great location, AMAZING STAFF, Enrique Iglesias (I think?) is a wonderful manager and makes sure everyone is happy. It's a great thing to see a new restaurant going above and beyond to ensure success. The fries are sooooooo gooooood. Crispy, fresh and delicious. The burger was great and I can't wait to try other toppings next time (we stuck to the basics for our first go). Vanilla Shake was too sweet for me but I will definitely try the others. First off let me start by saying I really wish I could give them a higher rating. They have so many good things going for them so let me start with that. **Firstly let me put a disclaimer that I have only been once and will give them more chances. And I know it is still brand new and they are working out the kinks. As such I'll put stars next to things I think will get better. ** The positives- The atmosphere is great. I get a chipotle vibe because of the industrial look of the decor yet they are futuristic with electronic menus, TVs to watch since the food takes at least a few minutes to order. The quality of the burgers I question only because I don't know but I think the meat is higher quality and the produce is fresh. It looked like they have a nice selection of customizable shakes and add ins for burgers and fries. The negatives- So to start this section I'll first start by saying my order. Burgerfi burger w/pickle, fry/cry (onion rings and fries. *The wait for the food wasn't bad but the it took forever for someone to take my order. There are 3 or 4 registers and there was easily over 25 people workings and at least 4 or 5 were standing around while only 2 people took orders and since they are new people are slower at ordering and asking questions. When I walked in I was next in line while 2 people ordered and i easily waited 10 minutes to get up to order while an empty register sat there. As for my food it's hard to talk about food without factoring in price and for the price of the burger, which is comparable to 5 guys, the burger was much smaller than expected even with 2 patties. They are about the same thickness but the diameter is smaller. As in another review the burger was dry which just means it isn't filled with grease and fat but still it would help if they cooked to medium instead of well done. The sauce I wish I could say was tasty if I could have tasted it. Their signature sauce which I would expect to be comparable to shake shacks sauce or in and outs sauce but their was barely any on the burger if any at all which was masked by the veggies and dry burger. The fries were decent it I over heard a worker tell someone else ordering that a regular fry can be shared by 2 people which is a stretch and may only apply if you mean the calories. It is not like 5 guys where they literally say fuck it and fill you bag with fries. The onions rings well since I was supposed to get both I would have though there would be maybe a half order of each or 2/3 each something like that. But there were 3 rings in my bag ( barely worth even making ) 1 was so big it nearly fell apart while I was trying to eat it. I as I'm sure others would prefer many smaller ones as opposed to just a few massive ones. All in all I spent $13 for a small burger 3 onion rings and a handful of fries. Not worth the price. I wish I could give them more stars because it is a cool concept with friendly staff and a modern ambience. If they improve their food and quantity it would be a great place. Increasing burger size, cook to medium, add more sauce as their default amount, decrease onion ring size as well as increase the number in an order. read more

Awful experience at dinner last night. Let's start with it costing $44 for 2 burgers and 2 kids meals. Then after waiting 25 minutes for our food, 3 of the 4 burgers were wrong. They forgot to put bacon on 2 of the bacon burgers and put cheese on a plain burger. The quality of the food is on par with Wendy's. Way better burger places in Wellington. The fries there are my least favourite thing ... every time I go there I ask for well done fries and I do mean crispy , buy they always give me hot saggy fries like never again will get fries here... the price is a little to expensive. So if I'm going to pay that much money at least they could have done was make my order as I like it. read more

Tried getting in on Grand opening but line was out the door! That could only mean one thing...Great tasting burgers but was expecting much larger. Next time I'll order a double. Lots of burger choices or build your own. Shake/ malts are good but only one size ((small). Fries (hand cut) have a number of toppings available and are good. Outdoor seating available. Everything was just okay. I ordered a single patty where I could pick my toppings, fries with three onion rings on top and a drink. My total was over $17.00. That's ridicules!!
