Yum! Love the onion rings! They have Waygu burgers and beyond burgers (vegan) all I can say is yum!

Everything was just okay. I ordered a single patty where I could pick my toppings, fries with three onion rings on top and a drink. My total was over $17.00. That's ridicules!! Was looking for a good veggie burger in Wellington and decided to give BurgerFi a chance. Quick review 4 Star for Veggie Burger - Could use a crunchy texture to compliment the GREAT taste, but a little one note on the texture. 3 Star Onion Rings - Not bad 2 Star for fries - These were bad. Seemed overcooked and very bland. Price- Not bad if the sides were a little better tasting. If they are willing to use superior ingredients, I am willing to pay for those. read more

Some of the most disgusting staff and people. A month ago they gave us the wrong order and we realized once we got home. Specifically we said no to certain items on the burger because the person eating it is deathly allergic to 4 ingredients. When we called to tell them the 4 ingredient we made sure to say no to were on the burger, one burger was missing add one we paid for, and both were cold and buns were stale. We were met with a rude tone of voice saying it isn't there problem and saying they would not refund us after their mistake. We showed the receipt and still refused. I tried to order her again today. My burger bun was stale and there was people's hair in my food. When i gave it back to be fixed they were annoyed and were whispering while looking at me. They then had me WAIT for their mistake. The people here are disgusting as well as their food. I am officially done giving this place a chance and you should too. It is dirty and gross. read more

First and last time at this place ! People that worked here were nice enough but maybe they should have less workers and pay their soda bill so they could refill the machine ! Went to both machines and no coke , no Dr Pepper, no regular root beer! Come on , when I told the guy I was told they didn't have any to refill !! Great place! read more

The burgers are good, but the prices are too high especially with the small size of the burger itself. I tried the onion ring/fry combo. The onion rings were so large they were tough to eat. The fries were good but most of the basket was cold. The soda was not mixed well-My first gulp was mostly carbonation. Not the best first impression but I did enjoy the cheeseburger! I visit the Wellington location once a month, usually on the weekdays. It is generally quick and pleasant. I have a 2 year old and the restaurant is also kid friendly. My two favorite menu items are the CEO burger and the conflicted burger with mushrooms. The average burger, coke, and fries runs in the $15-$20 range. Ask about discounts; they often give a teacher, student, or military discount. There are also some excellent burgerfi coupons in the local entertainment/ dining-out books. read more

Wife and I thought we'd give a try. We have a burger fi opening soon close to us. The Wellington location is clean and pleasant with ample parking outside this mini strip mall. STARBUCKS is next door. The Wall menu confused us a bit and we mistakingly ordered cheeseburgers that were doubles. There is a small single option which will be out choice in future. Great generous portion of French fries ala crate but fresh cut and well cooked not greasy. The onion rings were good but too much for the two of us with the big burgers. The o rings were a bit greasy but cooked fresh. The two burgers combo fries with rings and two sodas were $27. Pleasant employees delivered the food and cleared platter when done. read more

I ordered a chili cheese dog without hot sauce, an order of cheese fries, a kids meal hotdog, and milkshakes. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my chili cheese dog had hot sauce, both hot dogs were over cooked, a small cup of chunky cheese was given as "cheese fries". Paid $30 and very disappointed! Burgers are fresh and fries are amazing. They have a nice selection of shakes and entrees. Staff was helpful and nice. The biggest problem was a ceiling leak pouring into the line when I was there. Two people slipped and I had it dripping on my head. I had to get staff to put up a sign and bucket. Better than most fast food places and would definitely go back. read more

Normally I enjoy this restaurant. My last visit was quite unpleasant. I placed my order on line and arrived at the restaurant. I paid over $55 for the food (3 burgers 1 order of fries and 3 shakes) then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my order. Which is amazing because the whole point of ordering online is to have the food ready and avoiding the wait. To find my food was actually sitting there now cold. I then requested a refund. which took approximately another 10 minutes because there was no manager in the store to approve the refund. The employees were quite pleasant but unfortunately there was no management oversight at the time of my visit. read more

I understand this is a new location, but training is definitely needed for the staff members. EVERY TIME i place an order over the phone, it has had minor mistakes. Once i was waiting on a fry order and the cashier asked me what i was waiting for, and when she realized the order wasn't in she cursed and walked away. The burgers were good (28-day and cheeseburger). The 28-day had a stronger beef flavor due to the aging process. The cheeseburger was an ordinary cheeseburger that is similar to shake shack. Their shakes were the best park of the meal. Their "Cry-n-Fry" (onion rings and fries) was the worst part...we had to throw the rest away. They weren't crispy at all...just oily, soggy rings and fries. The diameter of the burgers are a bit small (similar in size to shake shack). My first time here, the cashier messed up my order (forgot my cheeseburger and chocolate shake), but they gave me those items for free (4/5 stars for being considerate). For a gourmet burger joint, I was expecting much more than just regular potato buns?!?! One thing super annoying is when you call an order for pickup, your order is interrupted and placed on hold until the end of time! read more

Love this place, so does the family. Burgers are not on the small side. We have, unfortunately, become used to portions that make many of us extremely obese. Love the food, love the burgers and the fries! What has impressed us the most is the staff. We have been to this location a dozen times or so. The staff, all of them, have been absolutely fantastic. Time and time again we noticed that the manager, Rett W., (I grabbed his card) always seemed to be there...out front and engaged. Respectful and supportive of his employees the same amount he is to his customers. That is a recipe for success. Are they perfect? Nope. We have had limited issues with orders, mostly in the beginning. When mistakes happened they were acknowledged and the staff bent over backwards to make things right. I don't write many reviews but wanted to make sure I wrote this one. Great place, order the burger you want to build, the fries (Cajun spice the bomb) or rings you want to eat and have the order, delivery of your food and the "check in to make sure everything is right" done with enthusiasm and a smile. I'm not a big burger fan but there burgers are so good! We have eaten there 3 times so far and each time we went there to eat the food was very good! Sooooo good! Been coming here since they opened. Food is always good. Staff is friendly and place is always clean. I've been to other BurgerFi including Weston and the one in Delray. This one is my favorite. I'm so lucky to live close by. Orders are always correct no matter how busy I've seen them. Most importantly you can use Delivery Dudes if you live in the area. Fries are cooked in peanut oil and you can taste the difference compared to other places. Also kid friendly which is important for me. Definitely need a good spot for a bite! read more

Cashiers were nice and helpful. Atmosphere was very nice! It would be nice to have a kids menu though, we are in Wellington after all. Food was served promptly and with a smile. I like the drink machines; way better than typical self serve soda units. Burgers were good and about what I expected, but my order was messed up and I didn't get what I actually ordered. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. A manager checked in on us and was working the rest of the floor as well. They seemed genuine in wanting patrons to be happy, which we were. Angus 100 the single burger was a little too small, in general they seemed small wish they were a little burger for being each about $8 but one of the friends in my large group had the breakfast burger I definitely want that next time. Decent food. Over priced for what you are getting. Have had both decent and not so decent experiences. Not the best customer service and for the amount you are spending on a fast food meal you would at least expect at least that. The fries I got tonight were not completely cooked and I did not appreciate the lecture I was given about bringing my food out to my car. When I placed my order I asked if this was something they did and was told sure no problem. This was a big part of why I chose to go here since I had my toddler and newborn in the car asleep. Honestly this seems like a no brainier since they drop your food at your table as a normal service and the parking spots are almost the same distance. Plus most restaurants offer this now a days. I'm actually surprised they don't have any take out spots since this seems to be a staple of their business. My milk shake was terrible and the last time I went it was as well. I even brought this to their attention when I ordered and was promised a better shake. So now I'm out $10 on milkshakes. Such a shame. I was in Wellington for a golf round and afterwards decided to swing by this BurgerFi location for lunch. This is definitely one of BurgerFi's best locations. The burgers and fries were very delicious and you could tell the ingredients were very fresh. And the staff was so friendly that I decided to stick around after the meal to enjoy a beer and watch some of the soccer game being shown. Highly recommend and I will definitely repeat. read more

The food at this place was all around good. The meat has a very rich and fresh taste, as do all the other ingredients and toppings. But the reason I'm writing this review is to point out how great the staff is, especially the general manager, Rett. Our food was brought by a very friendly staff member. At the table next to me, a young boy was crying because he spilled his shake all over himself. The manager immediately ran out, with a fresh shake of course, and with a burgerfi bracelet to help the boy stop crying. Not only was it the right thing to do, but it was such a kind gesture that I had to write this review with hopes that Rett and all others will see how incredible of a job the staff at Burgerfi is doing. read more
