I would recommend Burger King, McD's, even frozen White Castle Burgers rather than eat at Burger Fi again! Good food and I love the shakes. takes a little for the food normally on weekends. That's understandable it's not a fast food place. It's a restaurant. They really sharpened up on the kitchen staff i see since I have been going here for over a year. Out of all the locations I've been to this Hass to be in my least favorite. I'm not sure if it was because I got it to go while I was working or if it's the location in general but for close to seven dollars for a cry fry I got a very small order of french fries and two onion rings. It wasn't only that though the quality of the fries just is not there. I would be willing to pay a little bit extra for really good french fries but they seem to be all the odds and ends in the crispies that were left over. I also ordered a six dollar shake. Was not my normal go to but I was having a bad day at work and thought it would make me happy. I got a mocha chocolate flavored custard shake, that really wasn't a far stretch from a normal McDonald's chocolate shake. This place is dirty, the products are unhealthy, and service is terrible. The food would be tasteful if they hadn't put so much salt on the fires and some of their hair inside the burgers. Staff is hiding behind the COVID masks to cover their mistakes. And the customer service who contacted me after my posts on social media just putting a publicity act as to show they were really concerned about my complaints. Last night we just wanted some fast food, instead of sit down dining, so we went to Burgerfi in Wellington. This particular location is always questionable. It's not always the cleanest of the chains . Service is usually slow ( so much for FAST food). But the burgers and fries are good. Tonight, My buddy ordered a double burgerfi burger, with no cheese. We waited close to 20 minutes before they brought out his burger, drenched in melted cheese, and with the extra charge on the bill for the cheese added. Anyone who knows Him, knows he hates cheese with a passion. So, he brings the burger and the receipt to the counter and told the girl at the register about it, and that he needed another burger. As he walked back to the table, the little shits behind the counter all busted out laughing. Well, those that know me, know this doesn't go over well, and I headed towards the counter. As I did, the manager cut me off at the pass, apologizing for the counter staff. Longer story short, we finally had our meal. This unit is among the worst, and I don't see it lasting another year. Here with my hubby for lunch on a Tuesday - our day off so we have lots of errands to get done. The place is empty for the lunch rush and we immediately were told that they were working on cash only as the system was down. Luckily we had some cash on us (due to the errands) which is rare ... problem was that we had small bills (enough for one meal, lol) and some big ones which unfortunately they couldn't break. The staff seemed so confused and flustered with the situation and the service suffered. The cooks were standing around waiting for an order to fill. The manager was on the phone and the girls at the registers were writing meticulous notes for their records and handwritten receipts (which we didn't get a copy of) and calculating everything on manual calculators. Thankfully I wasn't all that hungry so a tray of fries and a giant burger for my husband was enough to fill us both without having to use our big bills that they couldn't take/break anyways. When got to the first water machine, the screen was down due to low power - this was just funny considering what was going on. We sat down and ate and saw numerous people digging into their bags for cash, my husband overheard a couple fight over looking for some money, and several people left after getting the cash memo. I understand there was nothing the staff could do as it wasn't their fault but we got only one apology for the whole ordeal. Perhaps even a small inconvenience discount would have been nice? Had my second experience here tonight. I always like to give a place a second shot. The positives....I love the fries. They are awesome fries, and an order of them is way big enough to split with a friend. We just split an order of them. The burgers themselves aren't that great. They are like maybe a step up from McDonalds. They all natural or something but when you bite into them and look at it, it looks like it was just a frozen patty. The buns aren't that much better. Sure they are potato bread buns which I love but it's a burger place. It should have better buns. After the food is the staff. The staff there does not have a clue what is going on especially with to go orders called in. I dined in the first time and they weren't that bad just slow even though the place was empty. For my call in they were clueless. There were 4 people behind the registers and like 8 people back where they cook. After talking to 3 of the 4 people they realized mine was to go. I was visiting my son recently and he was adamant we get a burger here. BEST cheeseburger I've ever had! My son is in his twenties and got the double cheeseburger with bacon! I got the single and was still full the next morning. I think they use potato buns, they are so fresh and soft. The onion rings had a crispy, light batter that was perfect, and we had the fries with Cajun seasoning. The staff was very friendly. We ate outside, across the road from the ocean.
