We went to the CityPlace BURGERFI location to get some shakes and the staff (Ebony and Maria) was fantastic! They were so friendly and helped us pick the best shakes. The special shake with the churro in it was so good! But most important was the super friendly service from Ebony and Maria. They made some seriously delicious shakes too! We are going to bring the kids back for Tuesday night kids eat free!!! read more

Burger was absolutely amazing! I don't remember the name, but it was the double burger with BBQ sauce and I added bacon. I usually don't like fresh cut fries (not really sure why) but these were pretty awesome as well. Slightly bummed about them not having ranch (I eat ranch on almost everything) but I managed to still enjoy my food. Pretty pricey ($15 for my meal) but I'd pay this again to have a BurgerFi stamped bun again! read more

I am so disappointed. We ate at BurgerFi all the time. They changed their menu now and you CAN NOT add anything to your burger. They have pickles, but they WILL NOT put pickles on your burger. It is annoying and they have lost my business. Who as ever heard of having NO modifications at all?! read more

This is a message for the owner John, who according to the history story of BurgerFi opened this place built from his passion to create the best burger ever down town west palm beach. Well John, you need to hear my story built from my experience tonight. After reading your menu posted on yelp and seeing wonderful pictures of the mouth watering burgers posted by you, I rang BurgerFi on rosemary st spoke to a very helpful person who gave me delivery dudes number and I placed the order for the CEO without truffle aioli and a Choc milkshake. Expecting this amazing burger to arrive 45min later, I was so disappointed with this pathetic looking piece of meat and cheese on a bun arrived. I first rang delivery dudes and told them they delivered the wrong burger, they were apologetic and assured me a new delivery. I then rang BurgerFi to speak with the original Mgr I had a conversation with but ended up with a Mrg called Suliman or Solomon who was so rude to me who promptly told me it was not possible to call them direct for an order and hung up or the phone was disconnected I called back he answered I told him he did not deserve to be the Mgr and should not argue with the customer, he proceeded to tell me I could report him to HQ if I wanted and then he hung up on me! Excuse me! Is this what you had in mind when you created this burger joint? The best in what, service,definitely not. The best burger definitely not. This is a great place to enjoy a burger! My wife and come here about once every month or so and get the Breakfast All Day Burger, which is a cheeseburger with a hash brown, grilled onions, bacon, a fried egg and maple syrup. The french fries are delicious and the onion rings are good too (although you only get about six that are about the size of a hand). It is a little pricey - burgers tend to be between $10-$15 dollars - but if you want a good, unique burger, this is the place to go! read more

Chicken sandwich was pretty good, added herbed parm to my fries and there was a TON on there. You would think this would be a good problem to have, but no, no it was not. Oreo cookies and cream shake saved the whole meal. Just wish I would have gotten plain fries. read more

I have no idea yet whether or not the food is good. It does look good...BUT, The two girls making shakes and ice cream beverages are painfully slow and inefficient. I've been here 20 minutes waiting for my shake and they are hard to watch. They make uncertain movements and look confused and befuddled. Nothing to write home about, though probably due to an inexperienced staff. Our cashier was terminally distracted; he could barely take our order and then managed to get it wrong even after we repeated it. The cheese-and-chili hot dog superfund site left a lot to be desired in presentation and taste. My dining companion has a proclivity toward meat cooked to within an inch of ashing, so I was already destined to be unimpressed with the burger, but it really looked like a sad piece of meat. Their burgers are only cooked to medium or better, so the patties are probably frozen/costco. A better burger BY FAR can be had at Grease, Hullaballoo or Relish -- and for the same price! read more

I was not impressed. For such hyped up burger joint that claims you will notice the burgerfi difference, they where not great. Now I am not judging this on the scale of a premium burger joint, because they certainly aren't, there are more in the league of restaurants like bagger Dave's and five guys burgers. though even in this league of "gut rot" burgers (meaning your stomachs never happy with you afterwards haha), they were not very good. At least with the other mentioned restaurants you really enjoy the burger before you get the gut rot haha, here not so much just a bland greasy burger. The best burger place inside and around city place. I had this place my first day after moving to West Palm Beach, and have continual found this place one of my haunts for a quick pick up to bring home. It's not shake Shack (45 minutes away... way to far to go to) but it's as close as it gets to that. I've had a majority of the items here- try the secret menu is what I have to say- if not? Enjoy their normal menu. Their double cheese burger just hits the spot with the right amount (meaning a lot) of gooey cheese, and the meat is superb for what people regard as a fast food establishment. If you're going for a burger, and live, or are in the area, go here. It's a safe bet, and the price is reasonable for a sit down- not fast food priced. The other items people go for, is the milk shake, which I'd say is very good, best for miles around- but, if you don't care for calories, and love ice cream.. get a concrete. My personal favorite is the chocolate concrete, you can never go wrong with this. I wish their were more BurgerFi's in this world, but I think my wish will be granted, as they are opening up everywhere now, thanks to the high quality of food and great customer service. BurgerFi is my favorite burger spot to eat at. Everything they make tastes super fresh and the service is great. The pressed BurgerFi logo in the bun and their sauce really add a nice touch to the burger. They recently changed their rewards program so make sure you re-enroll. Really wish I lived closer to BurgerFi, I always go whenever I'm in Florida. Keep serving quality burgers! read more

Everyone seemed pretty happy working there too, which I appreciate from having worked in the food service industry myself. They also sell bottles of Boylan ginger ale which I love! Wow!!! I ordered the CEO burger wrapped in lettuce. It was the best and most delicious burger I have had in the past 20 years. This is the only place I know that we can get a burger without the bun (extra calories and carbs), but wrapped in lettuce. The burger was juicy. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The sauce was amazing!! It was super good. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. The ambiance inside was upbeat. We had a hard time deciding whether to sit indoors or outdoors. Beer!!!
