This burger fi is one of the larger ones I have seen. We went with a a large group and we were able to sit in one of the bigger tables all together. I got the burger fi cheeseburger and added an egg to it and it was fantastic. We also got the Parmesan fries which were really tasty and big enough to share. though franchised, we had an above-average meal here! the only downside was that they put in our order for fries, when we actually ordered onion rings. they manager and clerk both stopped at our table to apologize profusely, and they let us keep the fries for free. burger was pretty good! because of the big doors, they have a small problem with birds inside. not a huge deal. also, beware of the slippery floors! they were so bad (at least on the day we visited), that it seemed a lawsuit just waiting to happen. otherwise, recommended. read more

Hello, I dined at the West Palm Beach location on April 17, 2018 in the evening. After leaving this establishment, I can say that I was extremely upset with the management here. To begin with when my family and I entered (we are a family of 4), there was a delay and taking our order. After ordering our food, my family and I sat at a table and began to eat but we thought was going to be an amazing meal. However, it was not so. What happened was that my mother needed a sweetened drink immediately as her dietary restrictions and digestive system require her to reach a stable blood sugar level. We all had cups of water but in order for my mother to be quickly stabilized we proceeded to quickly pour less than an ounce of a sweet drink into one of our empty cups of water. Sadly, One of the employees there immediately rushed to our table and threw not one but all of our cups of water into the trash can in front of our eyes. My mother never got to drink the half ounce of her drink and we were forced to leave the restaurant in hopes of getting her stabilized somewhere else, as this establishment failed to let us do so. My mother felt so weak, and discriminated and she proceeded to say that her nice night out was ruined. I cannot believe that this restaurant would take away a paying customer's drink even if it was needed for medical purposes. Ultimately, our night was ruined and we will NOT be returning to this restaurant any time soon. Great fast food spot in downtown city place. Kind of like a Shake Shack with the similar "farm fresh" concept for burgers and custard. I had the quinoa veggie burger which was one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The patty is crispy and the sauce makes it taste like a regular meaty burger. It doesn't leave you feeling bloated. The fries are thick and awesome and they offer a variety of toppings including Parmesan and herbs. Great for a quick filling classic burger and fries snack without the fake ingredients. read more

As far as fast food restaurants go, this rates right at the top. Service is impeccable, from the employee taking your order, to the person bringing you your food. Service doesn't end either when you get your food. There was Johnny, who came around to make sure there wasn't anything else you needed. Way better than the big chains I refuse to go to, and better by far IMO, than Five Guys. Expensive though. I think it was about $23 for two of us for two burgers, one order of fries, and two drinks. Pretty good food but a bit on the spendy side for a quick bite. My husband and I have been there twice and after a burger, fries and soda its a 40$ bill. Service was incredibly slow and rather pricey just for a burger. We paid $90 for five people to have burgers. For $10 more we could have had a nice sit down dinner. When the food did finally arrive it was Ok so no real problem with the quality, but not worth the frustration of waiting in line, waiting for a table and ultimately walking away feeling like you bad a poor dinner choice. read more

Went last night with friends and family and most of us ordered burgers. The burgers were amazing and the fries were very good as well. We didn't realize we came in as they were closing, but they gladly served us anyways and even let us order custard as we were leaving. Not the first time this has happened. Thought I would give them another shot at redemption only to be highly disappointed. Don't be very hungry when go here. Their portions/quality have decreased insanely as of late and when you have any questions they look at you like your stupid. The fries have been from the bottom of bin, small and crunchy (don't get me wrong, I like those, but in moderation. Not 80% of the fries). When you already pay extra for a topping and are very light handed with it and you kindly ask for a little more, they try to charge you for more. When questioning the amount of fries given (ordered large, got the smaller size amount) they told me they no longer did the large size there. Asked if they were going to take they off as an option online so it couldn't be ordered, paid for and then not provided. They just looked at me then said, "sorry". No solution to paying for an upsize and not being able to get that. read more

I love this location! Super friendly staff, great food and free kids meals with an adult meal on Tuesdays as if this posting. All the restaurant staff are courteous, helpful and full of smiles. I like both the veggie burger and the regular burger so I get the conflicted burger-which is amazing. The fries are even better than that other burger chain that only offers burgers, hotdogs and fries. Burger Fi also has a better menu, they have a chicken sandwich and veggie options for people who don't eat meat. Listen everybody this was my first time trying BurgerFi. Let me say this..QUALITY!!!! I had the CEO burger and it was juicy and had that homemade burger taste which is a Great thing! And the French fries were amazing and fresh. Now what impressed me the most was the General Manager Maria. Guys I'm someone all about customer service and she went over and beyond with her energy and even offered a few samples with a smile. Some places don't understand just how important is it to make a customer feel great and me and my family felt at home and welcomed due to this friendly staff and ambiance.
