If you're looking for a place with basic integrity, keep driving. I placed a mobile order on February 9th that was unfortunately canceled because I missed the curbside check-in window. While that part was on me, the "service" that followed was absolutely unacceptable. A representative at this location explicitly promised me that my $24.08 refund would be processed within 5 to 7 business days. That was a flat-out lie. It has now been over three weeks, and I still haven't seen a dime. To make matters worse, they have completely stopped answering my calls and are giving me the run-around instead of taking accountability. It's one thing to have a policy, but it's another to look a customer in the face (or tell them over the phone) that a refund is coming when you have no intention of following through. Went and ordered 2 qtr pounder meals, added bacon which the young lady stated costed $1 extra each burger and ending up costing $3.98. Asked for fresh fries and lettuce. She told me it would be .40 cents extra for the lettuce for each burger. I told her I just wanted enough lettuce too see. I got the order, opened the burgers and found the three pieces of bacon stone cold. I gestured to the cashier and let her know, she was absolutely lost. Another young lady came up front (Jennifer/Jessica). She identified herself as a manager in training when asked. I told her the issue and she said " The bacon is next to the tomatoes and lettuce at all of the McDonald's. What do you want me to do?" I told her that it makes no sense to put cold bacon on a hot piece of meat. She just looked at me. She asked if I wanted more bacon. I said yes. I waited. The order was taken at 7:13pm and I finally left maybe 30 minutes later. So, the fries and burger were now not hot . So I spent over $31.00 dollars for what! On top of everything there was no callback and no notation of one. I'm speaking with customer service as I write this review. There is no window for a callback due to individual franchise. I really wish there was better management/ownership at this place. i don't go there often but when i do they always screw up the order. this couldn't have been simpler, double cheeseburger NO pickles, 6 piece nugget. Receipt was correct on order. what did i get? burger with SIX pickles, burnt, old nuggets that were uneatable. This location is having ONGOING issues with NOT securing coffee cup lids, occasionally give attitude about securing them if it's requested. This morning the young woman seemed to be aware it wasn't secure but gave off the don't bother me vibe, so I took the cup by the body, then tried to secure it after I pulled out of the lane and the (rarely) FULL cup exploded all over me and my car interior. I've read some of these reviews and they Absolutely do Not reflect my experiences. I live right down the street and for the past few months or so I've gone in there quite regularly with my dad. 1. Service and food are never an issue. Occasionally their McGriddles are slightly over greasy but everything has been good. All their breakfasts and different coffees. 2. Their staff, starting with The managers Chan and Jen are very down to earth people with fun/ real personalities-they are Always busy. Cashiers are always nice. I guess bottom line is I feel their general rating should be at least 4.5 stars. I very seldom eat fast food. But today was one of those days you were in too much of a hurry and just needed to fill our stomachs. We encountered Jay at the register. The McDonald's on Highway 12, Rio Vista has the best manager and service that I've ever received from any of their restaurants. At 71 years old, I was confused on the McDonald's app so I went inside to place my order. Ryan, Manager, took the time out to assist me. The following week I used the drive through because I'm a pro now with the app and I love the 2 for $6 filet of fish sandwich. Who comes to the window to say hello? Ryan, and he remembered my voice and name. I enjoyed my sandwich but it's nice to have encountered a person like Ryan that provides that personal touch. Keep up the quality of service and that infectious smile that you gives your customers. I see great thing in the future for you. McDonald should be proud to have you as an employee. Standard McDonald's food served quick and hot, the way it should be. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Seats aren't padded so don't get too comfy. This is a fast food joint after all! Plenty of items on McDonald's Dollar Menu to choose from if you're on a budget. I tried their Fish McBites for the first time and would give them a 6 on a 1-10 scale. For you Wi-fi users: They do have free Wi-fi here, but if you need a 110v outlet bring a power strip just in case. Only one booth has a power outlet and if it's occupied you'll be out of luck. The locals, though, have a solution: They bring a power strip and share the outlet. Someone passing through may object to your power cord passing through the booth, but it never hurts to ask. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because of the nice customer service I got at the window last night when I was in the drive-through, other than that this place sucks, they never have anything in stock that's on the menu, if you're going to advertise something on your menu, you better have it in stock and ready to order because it's really annoying when I come all the way over here to buy something and they say "I'm sorry but we don't have any of that right now". So i am giving this place a 2 stars. So i went in a couple days ago while visiting family. Cashier and other girls up front were really nice with a good positive attitude. i was taking my order like anybody else would, next thing i hear is this lady screaming in the back. i believe she was some type of manager or supervisor because she literally came up to the front and was yelling at the managers. Seeing her scream at these girls was very unpleasant. Anybody whom understands spanish knows she wasn't talking to her employees very nicely. What kind of manager calls her employees, "Estupidas or Pendejas" meaning stupid. This is the most unethical person i've ever known. i have no idea how this person so uneducated became a manager. DISCLAIMER: Review based on drive-thru experience. So another McDonald for another quick bite to eat. The location is spot on b/c Highway 12 is a long way from anything. It's right in the middle, so it serves as a nice checkpoint for your travels. As you pull in from the road, the restaurant is on your left and there is a Chevron gas station on your right. Bearing to your left and around the corner will bring you to the drive-thru. Navigating the parking lot was simple but a little confusing b/c there were many comes scattered whimsically throughout. Pulling up to the voice box, I was greeted by a friendly voice. Ordering was quick (mcdouble + small fry special and a caramel frappe w/o whip). Two windows as usual. Upon collecting the food, I saw that my cold beverage had whipped cream swirled on top! Hmmm, I know I said "without whipped cream, please." If your in a hurry to eat I guess the drive through is great as a stop and go but, if you don't pay attention, This place on an almost 99% of the time gets your order always wrong, when you say no cheese you get cheese, when you ask for extra pickles they take your money and don't add your pickles, when you say no onions.....well you get it. The Fraps and the coffee is great, but make sure before you leave to check your order, and make sure you get what you paid for because otherwise they will take you for your money and not give you what you want, and most of the time the people behind the counter can get snippy if you call them on a incomplete order.
