What a GREAT dining experience! Plenty of parking (hey, it matters) and it's FREE! Warmly greeted upon entering, quickly acknowledging our presence. Seated promptly (it was after lunch rush) and started taking it all in. Sports bar ambience, very cool. TV's everywhere. EVERYWHERE! Loves that. I didn't count, but at least 422,962 (give or take). The coolest thing was a flatscreen AT YOUR TABLE with a remote. While I encourage a healthy conversation, nothing wrong with a TV nearby for fun. Beer and wine list nearly endless. Food selections enough to please even the most delicate palette. Burgers, sandwiches, steak, seafood, mexican, salads and more. The service was fast but not rushed, the people were AWESOME, food was hot and delicious and drinks were cold and full. I came here on a date with my husband and was not expecting how nice this place was. They offer outside seating which is perfect for parents with rowdy children!! It's a nice sports bar with lots of sports memorabilia. My drink was so good I had two !! The onion rings were amazing haven't had any good onion rings in a long time!! My burger was good but not excellent. My husband did enjoy his burger and steak fries. I cannot wait to come back with my whole family so they can enjoy the experience here. Ate here this afternoon with a grip of coworkers, a party of about 10. Some of the guys who live in this area spoke highly of this spot, so we went for it... My opinion: 5 HUGE stars for the service, our waitress was awesome. I wish I caught her name to spread the love... The food, 3 stars at best. Maybe it was just my burger, but it was a let down. I got the bacon burger with an extra patty and a side caesar salad. The buger consisted of two patties and under-cooked chewy bacon. The restaurant provides trays of sauces/light toppings to each table, but the plain burger caught me off guard. It didn't taste bad, but this one did not live up to the hype for their food. My salad consisted of wilted lettuce drowned in dressing. You can't miss the heavy sports vibe the place puts off. I am sure it's a blast to sit back and catch games while munching on their grub. The service is always so friendly and there are always games on. It's a true sports bar with really good food. They have the volume on for big games and you never look at a tv and see the news on or an infomercial. The menu has a great variety, good burgers and Mexican food. I understand that the time between two big football games is really difficult for busy restaurants. I am the least likely person to complain about slow service during these times. I really don't care and I am patient. However, I ordered a glass of cabernet and then a second, and the second tasted old like cooking wine so I asked to have a glass from a new bottle. I was not mad or rude, I just requested a glass from a new bottle from our server. Immediately thereafter, the bartender came to our table angrily exclaiming that she had just opened a new bottle. Their chicken sandwich was pretty awful. Cheap piece of a chicken cutlet, probably came frozen. It lacked flavor and creativity. Their Bloody Mary's are traditional with the clamato juice as the base. I generally come to watch football on Sundays since they have all the games on multiple TV's. It's been a while since we've been here. My son-in-law & his son wanted to celebrate their birthdays here. What a great decision! Upon entering this eatery, the sports theme is very evident due to all the sports memorabilia mounted on the walls and the plethora of TV screens almost gracing every area of the interior & exterior. We were a party of eight, which also included my hubby, daughter, brother, grandson, son-in-law's other son and me. The size of our party did not deter our server Andy from providing excellent customer service. He was friendly and very attentive. Everybody ordered burgers except for me & my brother. I ordered the oriental chicken salad & he ordered the fish tacos. Hubby ordered the cowboy burger, son-in-law had the lava burger, the birthday son had the guacamole burger, his other son and my daughter had the cheeseburger and my grandson had a plain hamburger. Everybody enjoyed their meals. My salad was perfection! All raved about the beer battered fries and I concur! Hubby and I shared a delicious mud pie---grandson had to give it a few tries and it was a huge hit! We all enjoyed our evening and vowed not stay away too long again. My first impression upon arrival was good for the most part, and I located a seat and took panoramic view of the establishment my good feeling continued, as U noticed the collection of sports photographs, jerseys, posters, logos, and memorabilia. They even had team photographs of the local high school; Chaparral Pumas football and basketball teams (Nice Touch!). Decent draft beer selection, huge burger offerings and reasonable prices during Happy Hour with Tapas-like offerings, and $1 off all draft beers (smile). The street tacos and basket of fries were cooked to perfection, and my beers were crisp and delicious! And they provide a huge selection of condiments to include pickled peppers, pickles, and carrots along with the usual hot sauce, salsa, ketsup, mustard, etc. From my perch near the bar counter I could see approximately 8 screens with various sporting events displaying "live" coverage, out of the like 20 screens within the place. During a walk-around I was surprised to see that every booth had a private display for watching your choice of programming! Very cool and screams "MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!" for the upcoming season. With that in mind I will return in the near future to savior some the items on the menu that I could die for, but had to forego the experience due to some sensitivity due to a dental procedure the previous day. A hidden gem we discovered when we were out shopping. This place was bursting with people and very busy but they were able to fit us in, which is great. Their service was fantastic and helpful and gave us a handful of recommendations while always checking in on us. Their menu is pretty extensive and has a nice blend of Mexican burgers and plenty of good beer choices. We ordered a burger and a sandwich, and tried one of the taco appetizers which was delicious. Their prices are pretty well rounded, and not too expensive. Their portions are pretty big too so worth two meals out of one if you want lunch tomorrow. The inside has a cool feature, televisions at each one do the tables; mainly the booths and a couple big TVs all over as well. Came here for the first time to meet a new group of friends. Since there name pretty much says they should be good at making burgers ,I ordered a Mexicali burger, the description says the meat should be with mixed with some herbs and peppers, I didn't taste any of that. The burger still was ok but not the flavor palate that was described. I also ordered the Mexicali margarita, this was good, loved the tangy tajin on the rim. It's a sports bar so expect it to get loud! The pattie's could have used a bit more seasoning but otherwise juicy, thick and nicely prepared. I have had fried pickles before and their version is the best I've had with a crispy coating and juicy hot inside. Steak fries were also nicely done and just like Red Robin just not bottomless. I'm so sorry BB but we are breaking up with you.... Went to eat here for the third time and lemme just say that the food quality has gone down in the last year or so. The first time my husband and I came to try out the fried pickles so that's really what drew us in. Not the reviews. We gave it a chance..so many chances. No more chances. The first visit the food was great! Not amazing, but not bad either. I fell in love with the pickles really and the fact that they carry my favorite beer on tap-the Cali Creamin'. I really told my husband, "I could just come here for the pickles and beer!" They were the perfect flavor, the perfect crisp, and just delicious. Little did I know I would be let down later. I order the fig burger every time and I'm afraid to try anything else because it's the only thing that is keeping me going back now (but trust me, it isn't worth it! You can make that at home where food is made with real love and passion). My husband wasn't a fan of the burgers but wanted to try something different on our next visit.. The second visit we had the pickles again but they came out so salty like there was no joy in them at all. Can't a girl just get her fried pickles treat and be happy? We thought maybe it was by accident? We had also ordered some birria tacos? And a torta and thought maybe it was just messing with our palette. Everything was good except for the damn pickles which is what I originally wanted and was craving. Third time was this past Sunday with my father in law and brother in laws and now I know they aren't messing around. First, they sat 5 of us into a tiny 4 person booth. I'm the smallest person and I felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable to even eat. And my brother in laws and father in law are tall grown men! We were squished and the host that seated us just said, "this is going to fit 5 people." Ok, maybe if we were preparing for shipment in a sardine can...We ordered bone in wings (which were probably the only good thing to come out of that kitchen), burgers with fries, Cajun fries, and the fried pickles. Here's where I know they weren't messing around. The pickles were so over salted and so over fried that all you could taste was burnt batter and salt (disappointment and sadness). It was like the soul or passion of whoever made them had left this world and in a very bad way. They didn't even get our order right. Two of us ordered Cajun fries and when we asked for the correct fries they gave us a basket of undercooked, overly seasoned Cajun fries. Like, who hurt you to make food come out like that?! I had to eat with one hand. I have baby hands, how do I hold a burger like that? So, I cut it in half, which, I typically don't do because I like to bite in different areas of the burger to get even amounts of flavor. I did not enjoy it as much but I was just trying to make the best of it. I didn't even get to finish my food so I finished my beer. Don't get me wrong though-the waiters were just doing their best with whatever end of the stick they were given. I'm sure there are some really great people that work here but if the kitchen (or food service) is no longer a place that makes you feel passionate for food and serving people then you're in the wrong business. Came here for the first time. Wow I'm very impressed. I love a good burger. I love how the ketchup, mayo, etc are all on the side for you to decide how much, if any, that you want. I tried the 5 cheese burger and a side of cheese fries. I was in cheese heaven. The fries were a little bland on their own. Some seasoning would go a long way. Other than that it was delicious. Prices are fair for a sit down restaurant. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. It was okay. The environment is loud with a lot, I mean a lot of tvs. One in every booth, and tvs all around. The booths were not comfortable, the tables are too close to the seats making it hard to move around. The service was friendly, and quick. The food was okay. It was an average burger, with average fries. We ordered the fig burger with blue cheese, and bacon. It was cooked well, and the combination was good. I just wouldn't say it was amazing.
