Loved this Burke! Came for a bday with a small group of friends and had a great time. My 25 minute deep tissue was not bad, I would request a stronger masseuse next time, and the price was okay. It's worth it for the facility use and for a special occasion. Decor is Italian countryside chic.

This just goes to show how much one little mistake without an apology can change the whole experience for someone. I came here to treat myself and celebrate my birthday but I ended up feeling dismissed and not acknowledged as I was waiting for my massage that was supposed to happen at 9:00am and if I didn't end up going to the front desk (around 9:05) asking when I was going to get called in I don't think anyone would have checked on me. No apology from the front. I kept seeing the other gentlemen who arrived after me getting called, so I was quite frustrated that I drove all the way from San Diego, arrived 30 minutes early and was not attended. Now, the front desk ladies were nice and friendly upon arrival. Mike, the guy who was giving me a tour was friendly at first but as soon as he was notified that I was still waiting for my massage therapist he came and got me saying that the massage therapist was looking for me, and no apology from him as well just a bit of awkward silence. Now the massage therapist, again no apology from her-- the massage itself was great, and I definitely enjoyed the cleanliness of the men's area along with the amenities, but as I mentioned from the beginning it just takes one mistake and no apology to ruin what could of been a great experience. As a first timer at Burke Williams, I'm not sure if I would go back. That first impression is what kills or makes the guest experience just FYI!

My husband planned the sweetest Valentine's Day surprise at Burke Williams, and it was exactly what I needed after a long, busy week. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt special. We were greeted with macaroons, cider, and a beautiful trail of rose petals, which set the tone for a relaxing and romantic evening. We both booked 60-minute massages, and they were incredible. It was the perfect reset for our bodies and minds. After my massage, I spent about 10 minutes in the eucalyptus steam room and then 15 minutes in the sauna. I usually hit the jacuzzi too, but I didn't want to take a second shower, so I skipped it this time. My husband spent about 20 minutes in the sauna and followed it up with the cold plunge, which he said was the perfect way to end the experience. We wrapped up the night sitting by the fireplace for about 15 minutes before heading out to a late dinner. We spent a little over $500 with tax and tip, and honestly, it was worth every dollar. The service, ambiance, and overall experience made for the perfect Valentine's Day evening. I'd definitely come back for another relaxing escape.

Overall experience was kind of meh. I was there to get a 65min facial gifted to me. And in March they had one free add on svc from a choice of 5. My facialist was very experienced but too light of a touch. More pressure on massage portions would have been more therapueutic. This was pricey and not a luxe spa experience. The other guests large parties of women are loud and talkative. IT WAS WAY TOO CROWDED. No where to hang your robe. The slippers are not comfortable. A woman was on her cell phone too. They left wet towels all over the lounge chairs and room and did not pick up after themselves. The lemonade was empty bc its a favorite I guess. There are no snacks like nuts or chocolates or bananas. Only apples. I was promised an orange and it did get delivered to me after asking 2x. The temp is jacuzzi is not hot enough. Too loud all the rambunctious women in large parties. I wasnt able to relax at all. It was actually stressful to me. There are very few chairs by the jacuzzi. The chilled ice towels are too tiny in size a small square. Hard to wrap around my neck. Small steam room - not hot enough temp wise. Same for dry sauna. Not sure the purpose of the misting shpwer room. The facial was good - happy w the results. But they dont tell u that u shouldnt go into steam room or wash your face after a facial. So i didnt really get to enjoy all the facilites much after my facial. Due to hunger I just left early. The place was too loud and crowded anyways. I think there are better relaxation spas and more of a luxe vibe in other places. Overall the total experience was mid. I think for $240 (65 min facial) more could be offered than just waters, lemonade and herbal tea. The place left me wanting.

After 8 years I still frequent this spa. Thru the years and different management it has changed alot . I miss some stuff like frozen grapes and more snack options but the fruits they offer are still good and love the irs he juice in the lounge . I do wish they monitored the jacuzzi more . Everytime i go people are having very loud conversations in the spa and im trying to relax so thats always a bummer. I usually have to put a towel over my face and try to cover my ears a little to try to relax in peace . I go here to get a break from my kids , so the last thing I want is to be in a loud place . I have seen the ladies working in the spa tell people to quiet down , but sadly no one really listens from what I've seen. Most time they aren't told to keep it down . There are clear signs to respect everyone and keep the talking low but still , people are rude and don't care . I only go during the week and love when it's not too packed . The quiet room is my favorite room there . Everyone respects the quiet room thankfully . It's so cute that they now have cucumbers to put over your eyes while relaxing in there . They also offer magazines, pillows and blankets . The best ever !

We skipped out on other services such as the massage and the the body scrub this time around. But just with the admission alone, our time passed so fast. From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. It felt like my technician was everywhere and nowhere, seemingly not remembering the order of things. During the treatment, I began to feel a line of burning along my upper back and arms. Come to find out afterwards that I experienced chemical burns that coincides where the table/water line meet. There were just so many products used. I am not someone who is sensitive to products so this came as a surprise to me. Trinity is located in the Vons plaza off Chapman, they've got plenty of parking nearby. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a very calming presence, and everything is new and clean. I got the Premium Package and added 10 extra minutes for a massage. The therapist who took care of me was extremely careful and super attentive to detail. She made the whole experience very relaxing and left me feeling incredibly refreshed. I definitely think the Premium Package is the right balance of services offered, and would recommend that to anyone checking this place out. I've already recommended this place to a few of my friends and plan to come back again soon, because this place is the best!

Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

The masseur, Helen, had wonderfully strong hands and the hour was a needed gift to my body and back and neck. The addition of hot rocks was amazing! I thought she would leave rocks passively but she slid them over the spots I with large muscles and it felt amazing! My husband like his massage so much he fell asleep haha. The two women were quiet and super skilled. Room was lovely and appropriately dark and relaxing. Music was relaxing ambient vibe. All in all would totally recommend this place for your own sake or for sharing with others. For the price it was 1000% worth it!

Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've had here. The massage therapist used way too much pressure than was needed and was too aggressive. She also focused on techniques and areas I specifically mentioned I didn't want and did not focus on what I requested, which made the session uncomfortable. The head massage was also not what I expected. Instead of an actual massage, she mostly scratched my scalp the entire time. When she worked on my neck, the pressure was extremely intense and she squeezed so hard that it honestly made me feel worried something might get injured. Another issue was that when the massage oil dried up, very little was reapplied, so there was a lot of uncomfortable friction during parts of the massage. Unfortunately, I left feeling more sore and in more pain than before, which was really disappointing since I was hoping to feel relaxed and relieved afterward. * FYI - The massage therapist I had on 3/7/26 had black, kind of frizzy hair, and wore a light grey sweatshirt and sweatpants with black sandals. We were in room 1 and I was the one lying closest to the door. *
