I stopped in on Saturday 4/25/26 for an exchange. We had to search for an associate, to start off. Some were behind the counter on their phones, chit chatting with each other, or hiding behind racks. Cathy falls in top five worst shopping experiences I've ever had. She immediately profiled me, it was actually disturbing. She wouldn't even take the time to pull up my personal book or my mother in laws, who gifted them to my husband. Also, keep in mind, there are no "rules" when it comes to Nordstroms return policy. African American with a beard. He came down with a quickness and never made eye contact with me once. The two of them together couldn't make one good manager. Once you find what you were looking for, they have a lot of checkout stations by the exit. Each is numbered and, while you are in line, as the line moves and stations open, the number of station that opened is called out for the next person in line. Their checkout process is very efficient. While I don't go there often, when there is something I need that I believe Marshall stocks, I do check it out.
