This food was so fresh and the service was amazing. Extremely busy but the wait wasn't long at all. Definitely recommend!

I went to burrito beach in terminal 3 at O'Hare airport in good faith. I will never buy anything here ever again. The young man taking the order looked like he was in a bad mood, and just tossed the food in the bowl. The worst part is that I stood there and allowed all of this to happen. I should have spoken up but since I ordered this food, I just stood quiet. I know I will never again buy anything from this company. I will do my best to stop anyone else also from wasting their money here also. Don't ever just stand there and take it, you have a voice, say something. read more

The food was amazing and the customer service was great!! I was indecisive on what to eat and as a FA (flight attendant) you get tired of "airport food." This superseded my expectations and I will definitely be back. I am running back to share with my coworkers the top tier service/quality of the food!! read more

Okay burrito, okay tacos, and okay guacamole. But at least it was healthier than eating at McDonald's. Service is fairly quick and fairly friendly. I found the tortillas to be sadly very bland. Everything needed some salt. I ordered the veggie burrito and it wasn't the worse burrito I've had, but it can't compete with Chipotle. But they didn't have Chipotle and the other fast options seemed worse. read more

I am addicted to this place! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Service is efficient and I have never had to wait in this line for long, even when the line nearly wraps around the food court. They have a great system in place to mitigate wait times. Most importantly, the staff is incredible! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and really know what they are talking about when it comes to recommending meals to try. Overall, 10/10, would recommend! read more

They have pitiful options for vegetarians. The options are discounted compared to meat options but also half the portion size. If you try to add extra beans or cheese to compensate then they nickle and dime you until it costs the same as a meat burrito. You'll be better off at Frontera read more

Breakfast burrito was an 8/10 in real life. My boyfriend and I loved the ketchup twist. Additionally for airport food/breakfast airport food experience this was a 15/10. Flight delay due to rain. Bummer...but I get to eat Burrito Beach. Today I tried the egg white and veggie burrito. I must say I made a great choice. It was made fresh, the veggie burrito was flavorful and delicious! Figured I'd get in vacation mode and have a Bloody Maria! It was sooo good. I really appreciate the staff at O'hare's Burrito Beach. Always friendly, professional and fast. They knew I was bummed out about the delay, they joked around and made me laugh. I really needed that. I appreciate a sincere human experience. It definitely didn't go unnoticed. The wait doesn't seem so bad now. read more

Seems like the best deal at the Chicago airport. You can get a full burrito bowl with lettuce, rice, and beans for $11 with whatever meat you want. I got buffalo chicken, and they give you a scoop's worth. Their veggie/topping options are so limited, though. I got everything you can get, which is onions, corn, shredded cheese, and lettuce. There's guac and quinoa, but they did not look fresh. read more

This is the only restaurant I eat at in the airport. The staff here are always extremely friendly, smiling and going above and beyond. My food is always fresh, hot, and nice size portions. Price points are decent for the amount of food you receive. It can get pretty busy as it's an airport, but they are always fully staffed and you don't have to wait long. If you're ever passing thru Chicago O'Hare, make sure you stop by. My go to is guac n chips and their buffalo chicken salad. Although, you won't be disappointed with anything on the menu, including the margaritas. read more

Quick and easy, Burrito Beach is a great spot for a laid back meal. The place offers many variations of a burrito, burrito bowls, and salads. I got the Bowl with Chicken, which came with a bed of greens topped with black beans, spanish rice, and surprisingly juicy char-grilled chicken. On top of that you can add cheese, salsa, corn, cilantro, and guacamole. Starved from my flight, this was a healthy and filling meal that was able to turn my hangry frown upside down :) read more

A good choice if you are nearby. Quick, tasty, several menu options. Better than Chipotle in my opinion. I ordered the Miguel breakfast burrito. You can choose your own topping! The medium salsa is bomb.com. The Ketchipoltle is delicious, just enough of a kick. Coming from someone who is not a big fan of Ketchup, it's more of a BBQ sauce. Staff was nice and courteous. There was no line when we went and so food was ready in minutes. So yummy! read more

Decided to come here while waiting for my flight and I am so glad that I did! Not only was the food fresh and delicious It was inexpensive as well. The total for my food was only $7.50!! After checking over their menu I decided to get their grilled chicken salad. Their menu is a nice mix of low calorie/high protein items, salads, burritos, quesadillas, and breakfast items. The first question I asked the guy that serving was, does the salad come with beans? And he said yes, so I proceeded to get their medium spicy chicken, spring lettuce, extra black beans, cheese, red and green salsas, and onions/cilantro. The salad was delicious, but a little salty. I was super hungry, so I ate it super fast. The only negative was a lot of their items you had to pay extra for, such as beans, quinoa, and vegetables--which are so inexpensive to buy. Otherwise everything was okay, especially for airport food. read more

Worker all had great customer service, everyone spoke with a smile on their face.Lone moved really fast and food was nice an fresh

For airport food, this place was great. I got the Baja burrito with a side of guacamole (an extra $2) and it came out to $11. The burrito was big, food was hot and flavor was great. You build your own - similar to Chipotle style - and have the option of adding rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, etc. They also have several vegan and gluten free options along with a 500 calorie or less menu. It's located near gate K4 in the food court area between the K and H Gates. Definitely worth checking out if you need a quick bite! read more

It's solid but as a couple of other people mentioned the Miquel burrito has ketchup, which is sweet. So if I had it to do over I would order the Miquel minus the ketchup and add one of the salsas. The food was fresh and affordable for the airport. They offer a $1.99 coffee which was very good. There are a lot of topping that you can add to things like sour cream, roasted corn and guacamole which were free. I'd go back for sure. read more

Cabo shrimp was too salty. I do like the fact Burrito Beach has a ton of Healthy options. But because the shrimp is grilled to order with at least a 5 min wait best guess not too many people order it. So it soaks in their marinade forever and when I order it. It's too salty. I would come back here though to try the other Healthy options. read more

This is my first time trying burrito beach! Very nice service! Food is great one of the best I've tried at Ohare airport! 10/10

This is the place I always look forward to visiting when we are at O'Hare. They were good many years ago, and they've gotten better! Now, there are more vegetarian items and these are clearly marked on the menu. Always generous portions, reasonable prices. Good guacamole and outstanding salsas--nice and hot as well as milder options. read more

Whenever I travel, I find it difficult to get sufficient vegetables into my diet because the delicious sounding food on the menu doesn't tend to be the healthiest. Well, we were on our way back home after a long weekend in Chicago and decided to grab lunch in the HK Food Court in Terminal 3. The Burrito Beach menu sounded fine to me, and I ordered their Vegetable Quesadilla $6.29 ($7.01 after tax). A large tortilla was placed on the griddle with a line of vegetables set down the middle. What I ended up getting was a flat trifolded tortilla filled with melted cheese and a nice mix of pleasantly firm vegetables. I picked mild, and the salsa was on the side. It was a warming, comforting meal. I spotted that corn kernels were one of the options in my DC's bowl - looked good! Burrito Beach has frequent visitor cards available by the register, with a mark to be granted per purchase. The cashier wouldn't let us share a card unless all our orders were paid by the same individual. Seeing as their chain is only located in Chicago, I'd probably never complete a card on my own. read more
