I love that this place has a wide variety of burritos and sides/salads/soups compared to Chipotle. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the tostada salad (taco bowl). My first mistake there! The shell was either stale or soggy. The dressings that they offer (ginger soy, vinaigrette, blue cheese, ranch) were not a good combination with this meal! They cook your burrito upon your order. I requested adding hots to the creation. I was directed to the condiment table. NO, I want it cooked WITH the creation, I don't want to dip it. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I usually have a great experience there, (the crispy chicken caesar burrito is unbelievable) but I just called about 15 minutes ago to see if they were still taking orders to be picked up and was put on hold for 15 minutes. In a sentence - it's like Starbuck's but with burrito's. This trendy place has a lot to offer if you are up for a high quality burrito (ok - who is up for a lowsy one, right?). They have the standard beans, rice and beef/chicken/pork varieties. But for me, their stuff really shines when you try the alternative styles like the Tai Chicken. A-maz-ing. Their Steak and Blue is also very good. Don't forget their guacamole - very reasonably priced and smooth. (be aware if you prefer the chunky) Finally, they have Smoothies that hit the spot. We stop here each time we are on the Cape. Not your usual burritos. They wrap up some different ingredients inside a burrito or without, in a bowl. The Berkeley is a great vegetarian option. The chips are okay. However, the salsa bar is a nice touch with a mild and spicy option as well as fresh cilantro and chopped jalapeño. read more

When I first heard about this place, I said "A coffee bar that serves burritos? ICK!" However, I stopped in one day and was glad I did. GREAT coffee selections, huge burritos (the pork ones are spectacular), clean and cozy interior, nice staff, lots of big screen TVs. The only con I really have (which is why 4 stars and not 5) is why are the individual tacos so expensive compared to the rest of the food (which is about average prices)? They have a 1/2 price taco special 1-day a week, but it's the price that the taco's SHOULD be. Other than that, highly recommend this place! And yes, they do have FREE wi-fi! read more

For a burrito joint this is a clear 4 star. Don't even compare it to Chipotles - this place is neat, clean and cozy, you can even order beer and watch sports. Their ingredients are super fresh and cooked to order, I've always felt this place was underrated. For all the rejects Chipotles is just across the road (they do pack a bit more heat though). I had the Hawaiian burrito with veggies. I was disappointed as it lacked in flavor. My bf had the fish burrito and loved it! He even made a second trip back to buy burritos for his road trip. With an order of three burritos, one grande and two large, there wasn't enough meat to make one large burrito. I have eaten here before and had a satisfactory experience, but not this time. I was in Hyannis buying my son new cleats for football when my wife suggested we stop at Burrito Bistro for dinner. I ordered a B2 Burrito, which wasn't half bad tasting, had I noticed it was packed with big chunks of zucchini and carrot I would have asked for those to be left off. I ate about 3/4 of the grande and decided to call it quits at that point, my wife ate the remainder. I drove back to Falmouth and started feeling ridiculously bad. Maybe it was simply coincidence but my stomach did NOT feel great after eating that burrito. I was up most of the evening getting it out of my system and even now the next day, I am still not feeling too well. I really wish I would have gone without eating at Burrito Bistro. read more

I used to come here a lot 2 years back and always enjoyed the sante fe and berkley burritos. I came in recently with my wife and 2 kids. The tacos had gone up in price significantly from what I had remembered and their was juice from the chicken in all of them. I got a berkley and my wife a crispy ranch. The food was pretty good but for upwards of 30 dollars the service as well as flavor was lacking. I recognized a nice counter girl that was still there , but didn't recognize the management nor the cooks. The staff was loud and slow. I heard swears at least 3 times and my kids are 8 and 5. For what claims to be a family place I was not happy. Not to mention they wanted to charge for a little extra sour cream. I really wanted to like the place too! The staff all looked miserable and one in particular complained out loud when I looked disappointed because of the extra sour cream charge. Excuse me but we just spent 30 dollars. Overall Id say just pass on this one. Chipotle is across the street and panera right next store. The reason for the low score is not only because of everything mentioned, but the contrast in the service from two years back. We visited the Burrito Bistro in Mashpee today. Pretty underwhelmed. What it does have going for it: nice staff and fresh ingredients. What it's lacking: flavor. In general the salsa's and burritos in general are very, very mild in terms of both spice and flavor. I also ordered the Thai Burrito and they forgot to add the peanut sauce so it was super dry and not what I had hoped for. Probably would have way better if the peanut sauce made it in. I'll stick with Quicks Hole in Woods Hole as my Cape Cod burrito spot. read more

I really like the Santa Fe chicken burrito here. To the point that when we are up this way (from Orleans) I get one to take home and reheat. I get mine with extra chicken, extra sauce (it's the bomb) no lettuce. Clean up beat atmosphere and a salsa bar is a nice touch, along with wifi. If eating there you can get a beer or slam one down quick while you wait for takeout! They lost one star from me for the plain white rice. I like a seasoned Mexican rice in my burrito, but that's just me. I'm not a big chip guy but maybe include some if people are eating there? Ate here several weeks ago and it was pretty good. Tonight I ordered 2 Kobe burritos to go and waited while the old chef flirted with a girl while my fish sat in the fryolator absorbing grease. Finally the girl left and he switched his attention to my well cooked fish. It was a long wait. The restaurant smelled strongly of my fish overcooking long before my sandwich was made. As a die-hard Chipotle fan, I've got to say that Burrito Bistro has them beat. The food at this location was very fresh, and the seasoning they use on their chicken is delicious. I had the chicken tostada and it's just as nice looking as it is on the website. The food from here doesn't have me reaching for antacids, which I appreciate. I wish they had Burrito Bistro closer to the Boston area. The only negatives I have to say about this location is that the cashier wasn't very friendly, and she was pretty curt with the other cashier she was training who was having a hard time placing the orders into the machine. They also skimped on the chicken a little bit, but I didn't mind since the tostada was overflowing with the other ingredients. read more
