I'm giving this place a 3 star because the food is actually decent. But if I could give a separate rating on customers service, I wouldn't give any stars. Me and a group of 10 came out and We drove all the way out from Anaheim to give this place a try because of all the hype on IG. We got here and there was only one other customer. The worker, Gurgan seemed cool and all and helped us. But as he took our orders more people came in and it seemed like he was having some trouble getting orders in quickly. Cooked orders were piling up and no one was handing them out. More and more people flowed in and it took a long time to get people through. We FINALLY got our food and decided to eat at a local park since there was no seating. Turns out one of our orders was wrong and it was literally a "rice taco" which is not what they ordered. They went back to get their order fixed and Gurgan literally told her she was in the wrong. They also charged their card twice. When they finally decided to make the order again, Gurgan took the receipt to be back and got the order. Our friend wanted the receipt back in case the second charge wasn't reversed by them but Gurgan said they tossed it. At this point, they were over it and just left. We ordered all of our burritos "bomba" style and three of them were not. We ordered the different sauces and turns out they didn't even give us the correct sauces. They need to either get more hell or get employees who can take and give out orders correctly. Maybe next time we'll go to their other location. Other than all that, the food that was actually made correctly was good. read more

Very disappointing right before you even order. The menu doesn't not match what they advertise on social media. They stated it is for "social media purposes" I would say 90% of the people who go to this food spot for the first time are going because of what they saw on social media and just like myself are excited to try but you will not find a single item that represents what they pose at the actual restaurant. True to their name, this place is da bomba. 1. DELICIOUS FOOD: I'm obsessed with their vegetarian burrito bomba style (with a crispy cheese shell on the outside). It's all I've ever gotten from there because it's so delicious. It's probably my favorite burrito in LA (strong statement I know). My partner tried their breakfast bowl and quesadillas and said they were delicious. 2. CLEAN: Place looks very clean when you come in for pickup. Packaging is always tidy. 3. Had the Sausage breakfast burrito from Burrito bomba, and I gotta say this was one of the best breakfast burritos over ever had. To give some criticism it is a little too greasy for me, the tortilla was soggy and falling apart but overall the flavor was amazing. The bomba sauce paired perfectly with the eggs, potatoes, queso fresco and the pico, only thing that bummed me out was that the sausage wasn't like a breakfast sausage but more of a hot dog, which is what some of us Latinos are used too but I was expecting breakfast haha.. overall amazing food, nice to see you guys striving during this pandemic! read more

This is an awesome Burrito spot. It's a small little establishment in Glendale, with great service and burrito options. Upon entry when you look at the menu you have the option of customizing your dish. You can choose a plain or skinny burrito, taco, torta, or burrito bowl. Then you can choose your protein. Finally, sauce and drinks. I had a tomato wrap shrimp burrito with the bomba sauce and mango habanero. The burrito is delicious but the sauce gives it the extra kick. Listen, I still think about this burrito from time to time, so yes I will be going back. read more

This place doesn't play with their name since their burritos are actually bomba(f). Their specialty would easily be their burritos which there are a variety to try out so feel free to mix and match while saucing it up with their special sauce. In terms of service, this place is fantastic! Not only did one of the owners come out with a custom burrito they posted on their story, but they offered it to my girlfriend and I on the house. OMG!!! Super great breakfast tacos!!! We discovered breakfast tacos in Texas, but hadn't found the same quality in California until we tried Burrito Bomba. They have put a new twist on them and it's a winner! They grilled the cheese on the tortilla then stuff it with goodness. The tacos are big and have a variety of ingredient options. The bomba sauce is tasty, but watch out because it definitely has a kick. My husband had the breakfast burrito and it was equally awesome. This is a go-to breakfast spot!! read more

So I had this place twice before reviewing. On their IG page the food looks absolutely nuts. So when it was coming to Glendale I was very excited. I had the breakfast burrito on one occasion and an Asada burrito another time. The breakfast burrito was a 7/10. Nothing crazy. Very average. The bacon was rubbery and seemed like low quality and overall the burrito was way way too salty. The sauces were the best part but 50 cents for a couple drops of sauce is absurd. The Asada burrito I tried with fries bomb style. Again insanely salty. And very mediocre. 6.5/10. This is a 3 star establishment. But gets 2 stars because that 6.5 Asada burrito was $16 !!! What ?? When Guy Fieri was taking a trip to flavor town, Burrito Bomba was his first stop. Whoever said breakfast is only for the morning has never let their imagination run free. The breakfast tacos with bacon and jalapeño ranch aioli are unbelievably good with great proportions of potatoes egg and meat. The tortilla has crispy cheese grilled onto it and is a nice touch. The first time I came here I got the Breakfast burrito with steak and that one is just a classic. Loaded fries: I liked the chicken that I got on it as it was tender and had good flavor. The waffle fries were solid and serves as a nice side if you're a beast and need more food. I'm not normally in Glendale, but when I did a burrito search this place came up, the pictures looked good, the menu looked interesting, and so I wanted to give it a try. The good: The menu is innovative. House sauce and jalapeño ranch- both crema style - are a must. The not so good: Well, to start with their pictures indicate the "breakfast burrito with steak and bacon," a $3.00 and $1.00 extra charge ON TOP of the base burrito cost, respectfully, "is the house favorite." I decided to go with that, add the house sauce and even PAID for extra house on the side- another $0.50 charge- and put in my order on Grubhub. The parking is a little tight where Bomba is located, so I just parked on the street. When I came in, the girl at the front was friendly, looked for my order, went in the back, picked it up and placed it in a bag and was like, "Here you go." I told her I had paid for additional salsa, and she said they put that on the inside of the burrito. (You can check the receipt picture, and it denotes "on the side)." In any case she gave me some salsa on the side, which wasn't a big deal. I did notice the burrito looked a little smaller than what I would have thought, but I was in a rush, so I grabbed it and headed out. By the time I sat down and opened it up, I really was astonished at just how small the burrito really was. I put it up next my 11oz Pellegrino can and it basically matched it in length and was only marginally wider. Not that I was expecting some huge monstrosity, but for $15 it was a pretty paltry. I partially unwrapped the burrito and my first bite was nearly all tortilla with a hint of egg. Hmm...... I unrolled it a bit and could see the steak sitting somewhere towards the middle. The more bites I took, I quickly realized the bacon that I had paid $1.00 extra for was nowhere to be found, no crema Fresca was added as was requested, and whole burrito only had like 3 thin slivers of potatoes in it! Luckily I had the jalapeño ranch and house salsa to supplement, but overall it was pretty disappointing. Not to mention the outside of the tortilla was kind of soggy, apparently from the house sauce being wrapped between the foil and the tortilla. That said, the actual taste of the burrito wasn't that bad. It did have a bit of pico de Gallo, a thin layer of egg, and the bites that DID have potato and steak mixed with the house sauce were pretty good. But with missing ingredients... small size... and being pretty expensive... I don't think I could will myself to give this place a second chance. Again: $8 burrito plus $3 for steak plus $1 for bacon plus $0.50 for extra salsa plus tax and tip equals $15.77 for one burrito the size of a sparkling water can. No thanks. read more

We heard so much hype about this place, so finally decided to try it. The food is absolutely delicious, but I am giving them 2 stars because they left out the rice and beans that we paid extra for (in our burrito bowl), and worse, we found a long strand of HAIR in it. I'm including a picture of our confirmed order. We requested rice and beans, not hair! I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the food showed up over 45 minutes late. The food itself was so greasy at that point the tortillas had turned to goop. I'm sure the burrito was good at some point, but do not order from here if you do not want the greasiest burrito in LA. Grease literally drips onto your plate. I personally like to taste eggs and flavor in my breakfast burrito not just grease and bacon. But that's my personal choice. bomb asf!!! the bf and i saw their IG pictures and while we wanted to try the OG north hollywood location, we were happy to see that glendale was much closer to us. of course we had to try the steak and bacon burrito, bomba style, with alll the sauces. mango habanero sauce was the perfect balance to cut through the other salty and spicy flavors going on, and bomba style might sound overwhelming but the cheesy flavor was more subdued, which worked perfectly as a complement. my only caveat is that the ordering style seems to be a bit different here. for example, for the north hollywood location, the steak and bacon burrito is its own menu item, but the menu here is more of a "build your own," meaning that if you wanted the steak and bacon burrito, the second meat will be added and charged as an "extra meat" instead of as one of the main ones. that confused me when i saw my receipt but the cashier was kind in explaining it to me. tip: there's a small parking lot in the back. don't be confused by the starbucks drive through running parallel to it! read more

They specialize in burritos with crunchy fried cheese wrap that complements a massive stuffed goodness. Think chipotle quesrito dialed up 2-3 notches. Despite their triple layered package and extra napkin, its anything but delicate and gets messy fast. Crunch complements their aioli based bamba sauce. There's gonna be a lot of different flavors. Other than the mango habanero it was hard for me to focus on one thing cause there was so much going on. I got a chorizo mango habanero burrito and my girlfriend got the steak bamba burrito. During COVID, they also let us try a few of the other sauces for coming in. I took a picture of the sign but forgot to get the burrito cause I ate it. Whoops. If you are looking for a something more focused, it's worth trying the crunchy cheese sweet mango habanero mix. I think it's probably perfect after any of the hikes nearby.
