Date: July 8, 2025 Was craving a burrito and was around the Glendale area so yelped around and found burrito bomba! I was reading the reviews before ordering and it seems their online menu is different from their actual in store menu so make sure to check both! The online ordering didn't have the option for Cali burrito so I placed a pickup order via phone. The lady who took my call was super nice and the gentleman that rang me up was also friendly. The store is cute. Small with a couple bar seats and two tables outside. A big menu on the top as well as smaller menus on the counter. We got the steak and bacon breakfast burrito (16.99$). Nothing special, but it was good. Also got the Cali burrito w/ steak (12.99$ + 2.99$) and this one was average. Wish the steak had more flavor but do love the blend of fries and the sauce they use. Ordered two additional sauces to try (.50$ ea), bomba and salsa verde. Overall it was a great first try. Good burritos and nicely packed. Thanks for a great first visit!

I had the privilege of working with owner, Eric to book an order for delivery. The entire order was 60 breakfast burritos: half sausage and half bacon. Eric was super responsive and easy to work with. Burritos were delivered on time and warm along with plenty of servings of their bomba sauce and pico de gallo. The burritos were a hit!! I'd definitely come visit the restaurant in person and try their other offerings which looked equally good as what we received for our staff event. Thank you Eric!!

I heard about Burriot Bomba from a friend quite a few years ago. I started following them on instagram. Their burritos looked amazing!! I have been dying to try but it's not very close to where I live. I was in the area today so I made sure to finally go. The menu in small and simple which I like because then I'm not sitting there forever trying to decide. I tried the surf and turf burrito flamin style with the cheese and hot Cheeto dust on the outside. It was so good!! I love the spicy kick it adds. I also go the loaded fries which were also delicious! My family pigged out. We were miserable after from eating so much so fast because it was so tasty! This is the type of place I would take to go. Although they do have a few small tables inside and outside. The prices are reasonable but when you add the protein and extras it can add up. My total was $70 for 2 basic burritos, 1 specialty burrito, and loaded fries. I also did order three really small sides of the extra sauce. I wish the side sauces were larger. The mango sauce was sweet and spicy. I loved it! My dad's words to me after eating were, " well your friend was so right. It was really good"!

Been to Burrito Bomba in Glendale several times. My husband always orders the steak burrito and I always ordered the chicken salad and we were both very pleased with those meals. Yesterday, Jan. 29, 2026. I decided to not order the salad and ordered the Baja Cali Steak burrito and the West coast pastor burrito. The steak burrito was tasty but with a little more potatoes than steak. The West coast pastor meat was actually hard to taste because of too much potato. Mostly potatoes and a lot of flour tortilla. If we do order the pastor burrito again, we'll ask for light potatoes so we could actually taste the pastor taste. I added a pic of a 1/4 of the pastor burrito which was like I said, mostly potatoes.

I can't get enough of this place! The chips and guac are the freshest I have ever had!!! The chips come out freshly fried, super hot, and crispy. I love their special house sauce--it has the perfect amount of heat. I usually go for the carne asada, and whether you get a burrito or a bowl, it's fantastic either way! Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now, seeing it all over social media and this place was pretty local to us. We ordered the breakfast burrito with the steak & bacon. I can definitely say that the food was good, but I wish it had more bacon in it. But I'm glad the sizing of the food was definitely worth the money. The only thing that I didn't like, is that they were sold out of the waffle fries. Also the coke from the soda machine was flat, thankfully they just gave us the glass bottle as a replacement which was definitely nice customer service. Inside the restaurant is regular, it seems like a place to just pick up the food and go with minimal seating inside. Overall, the place was definitely above average, but knowing that there's so many other breakfast burrito spots out there I'll definitely want to explore more.

The basic price for a burrito does not include your choice of protein. For example, the burrito we decided to go with was their basic lunch burrito. The starting price was $11.99 but our choice of protein (steak) was an extra charge, which brought our total up to $16 & some change. I was thinking, for that price I'm expecting to get what I paid for (at least size wise). The burrito came out a basic size. Ok, I thought surely the flavor is gonna be there. I was wrong. All I could taste was the rice that was drowning in their sauce they dress it in. Taking into account the size for the price & and the flavor, I won't be going back. BUT, at least the girl helping to ring us up was nice.

First time visiting this spot but it won't be my last. The classic horchata is one of the best horchatas I've had. Maybe next time I'll give the caramel horchata option a try. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon. And I audibly said wow when I took my first bite. The sauce & the hashbrowns were perfection. Made a pregnant mama very happy. My husband got the steak breakfast burrito and that steak was impressively seasoned so well. Met Eric the owner who took our order. He was great! High top bar seats and a few tables inside. Parking options in the rear.

I'm literally writing this while eating this is one of the best burritos I've had. I came to burrito bomba because I was in the area and it did not disappoint the food is top tier. The customer service was amazing as well the cashier was kind and super friendly. The location is small but it doesn't take away from the amazing flavor the food has. I ordered a west coast burrito with the protein being surf and turf and let me tell you it's out of this world with flavor the tortilla has a red tint to it but that makes it amazing. If you want a amazing burrito in Glendale please come to Burrito Bomba

The only reason I don't give Burritos Bomba 5 stars is because it was my fault for not knowing all the food includes a spicy chipotle style house sauce. I could have done without the house sauce, but I wanted to try their signature burritos so I digress. I tried the bacon and sausage breakfast burrito and it was really good. Packed with protein and flavor definitely worth the price. Can't wait to try their other menu items!!! Definitely worth a try!!!

I ordered a burrito and I got a fucking a baked potato, disappointing to say the cali burrito was 80% Fries and 20% asada. I do not recommend to get the cali burrito as it comes with French fries inside the burrito and you're basically paying for fries. The burrito was $13.50. If you come here you're better off getting a regular burrito. I know this place was a gimmick place and it definitely was. Sauces were good. The watermelon cucumber lemonade was bomb though. Solid 2 stars in my honest opinion. I think king taco burritos are better. read more

Placed an order about 40 minutes before the restaurant closes. Order was confirmed. About 30 minutes later my order was canceled... with no explanation. Cancel the order sooner if you're not going to fulfill it, and at the least provide an explanation. read more

Obsessed!! I really wanted a burrito and I usually settle for chipotle, but tonight I decided to give this a try. I wish I would have come here sooner! Everything my steak burrito was delicious! The sauces were perfect (I got bomba and avocado sauce). Idk everything about this burrito was perfect lol. Overall, my whole experience was amazing. Right down to the girl working the front counter. I believe her name is Dani (what my receipt says). She was amazing!! She was very kind and sweet. When I got there I was sooo hungry. I thought the wait was going to feel like forever, but Dani made time fly. I was the only one in there so we talked while I waited. She truly is the best and I can't say enough great things about her! If you're reading this: thanks for all your help & I hope you make it to Hawaii ASAP This is now my go to spot for burritos! read more

Their Steak and Bacon breakfast burrito is so good!!! It's a very tasty and hearty breakfast and it's huge! I got it with a side of the bomba sauce and it was the bomb! My family really liked the bacon breakfast taco as well. Rihab, who was working at their cashier was super sweet and super duper helpful. She also gave me different sauces to try. My favorite is the jalapeño ranch and the bomba sauce! So good! They also give %15 off to first responders!!!! So to all my hangry night shift RNs go and get your grub!!!! read more

Have been wanting to come here since it opened and I am not disappointed!! The girl who helped us was super helpful and nice. I got the steak burrito bomba style....omg amazing!! Hubs got a shrimp burrito and he said it was full of shrimp. We got to try most of the sauces and we really liked the habanero. We also got to try the lavash chips.....again omg delicious! Let me start off by saying the food isn't bad. The employees have no respect for any costumers. When i ask for a cup of water he was annoyed, when i got my water there was little black particles floating in the cup. He was annoyed that i asked for another cup of water but he gave it. after the 4th cup of water had black stuff in it he said "get a bottle of water and stop being cheap." WTF!! It is the nastiest "restaurant" ever. From the costumer service to the cleanliness of the establishment. For there being no costumers in the establishment he was so lazy and didn't even get up off his ass to hand me the salsa. he just slid it across the counter. Anyways the foods decent but everything else sucks. read more

Got a shrimp burrito bomba style with rice, beans and fries inside... prob too dry and carby inside. Couldn't make out what I was eating. I did want to try it but it could use more fresh ingredients inside and wayyy more sauce. It was foo dry for all the starch! Good quality though. read more

This was my second time having Burrito Bomba. My first shrimp burrito was absolutely delicious! I couldn't wait to have it again. Didn't make it back for a few months, had it again today, same burrito, and it was meh. Dry, cracked, and burned tortilla, my chips were burned and their cheesy beans were extremely salty. The mango habanero sauce was overly sweet, tasted like mango syrup. Pretty disappointing. Maybe I just came on an off day/new guy in the kitchen. read more

My fiancé and I first went to burrito bomba on Lakershim 2 years ago then they opened the store. Today we decided to finally check it out and it's really cool and clean. Cannot recommend this place enough! I fell in love with their breakfast burritos from the North Hollywood location and have been hooked ever since. When I found out that there was a Glendale location opening and they were serving bomba fries... it was game over. Everything I've had on their menu is amazing. The breakfast burrito, bomba fries, the tacos and the dessert chips are all amazing. They also have the greatest selection on sauces with the bomba sauce and the jalapeño aioli being my favorites. I should've taken a picture but I was too hungry so will have to go back ASAP to snap a few pics of the amazing food. Btw it's not just the food that's good, the service and the staff here are also amazing. They are so kind and helpful. I will be back very soon! read more

This place lives up to its name! Their burritos are bomb! I ordered their breakfast burrito about a year or so ago and decided to try their Surf and Turf Burrito. We got it with waffle fries in the burrito with the suggestion by Salma (who also was awesome and gave us great suggestions and let us try out all the sauces). If you are looking for one of the best burrito spots in LA, this has to be on the tip of your list! read more

We bought the Surf & Turf and the Cali Burrito from Burrito Bomba. It was our first visit and Susan was very informative, accommodating, kind, and patient throughout our entire ordering process. Susan was able to recommend some of their best picks along with the flavors of each of the sauces. The entire ordering process and visit was a breeze and we totally felt welcomed the entire time. We will definitely be coming back again to try the crispy cheesy tacos and enchiladas, per recommended by Susan! read more

Delicious breakfast burritos served all day! Their team is always incredibly friendly. Was helped by Daisy today, and she was sweet and patient while I made my usual selection (chorizo breakfast burrito w fresh seasonal lemonade). Ordered delivery through Caviar. Ordered a: Vegetarian Lunch Burrito for $13.50 and got a rice burrito. There was copious amounts or rice drenched in sauce, 2 beans, some cheese and about 3 pieces of chopped tomatoes. I'll admit the rice was flavorful and admittedly it was the best rice burrito i've ever had. But 14 bucks for a rice burrito?! Come on dude. So many things you could have added like: beans, VEGGIES maybe just a tad bit more pico de gallo. I know businesses are not beholden to their vegetarian customers but you'd make more $$ if you just considered the market. You have a good product but i am pretty sure i'll never order it again. read more

Lately, I've been really enjoying watching World Cup soccer games, and it was fun to watch and cheer together while having dinner there. One thing I noticed: the women's restroom was not well maintained at first. There was no toilet seat cover and no toilet paper in one of the restrooms, so I felt it could have been cleaner and better managed. However, when I went back a second time, I saw a staff member actively restocking supplies, handing out toilet seat covers and toilet paper to others, and communicating with housekeeping over a radio about what was needed. That made me feel better about how they manage the facility. Overall, from the hostess who seated us to the servers, all the staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better. And, the nice atmosphere is a plus.

the food is absolutely wonderful but the service was the most disrespectful thing I have experienced in a long time. when we walked in the two employees were hiding around the corner making out and sitting on each others Laps (which is cute but maybe not at work) the girl, short, very young girl with a lot of makeup on, was extremely rude she rolled her eyes sighed and complained when we ordered as if she was unconvinced by us being there and interrupting her make-out session. def would find a different location for actual kind service from hard working adults and not h*rny idiots. read more

Come on guys let's be real 27 mins for a breakfast burrito? This guy came in 10 mins after me but his burrito was ready before mine? The excuse was oh we have a lot of online orders. The whole 27 mins I was there had 3 orders for online pickup. There's no reason why it almost took 30 mins for a breakfast burrito. Such a disappointment. read more

A drug rep brought our office burritos and scrambles from here and they are just awful! The quality of the ingredients are very poor. My colleague also found a hair in her scramble and had to throw it all away. There are tens of better breakfast burritos all around LA, don't waste your time here. read more

Just go to Taco Azteca on Verdugo (3 blocks up)... Unless you're into the abomination colonizers call "CaliMex." If you come here craving Mexican food then you've never had Mexican food. They should drop the "Mexican" and leave it at Breakfast/ Brunch. Eating here is a hate crime. jajaja read more
