Whomever the girl(black baseball cap/black jeans) working the register on Saturday, May 12th @ 3pm, has the ABSOLUTE worse customer service. Bouncing from register to grill without washing hands. This same girl was even on a customer left phone. She even forgot my drinks. When i did mention my drinks and asked for a bag for my drinks, she grabbed a bag and threw it on the counter at me, and walked away. Oh well. First time eating there the food is excellent and plenty of it to take home, the service is very good and friendly, the only complaint is the area where you sit should be more cleaner not where there is food left on the floor from who ever sat and ate don't want to attract creatures from out side need to keep this area clean, dont want to see this place closed because of bugs though there are none but always the first time. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was nice inside and the bathroom was nice clean and new. But the food had no flavor = ( they were nice guys , but the steak taco wasn't good. Haven't had a chance to visit since the recent move from Addison and Kedzie until this last weekend, but really like the new space, big and bright. They still understand me when I'm almost too drunk to walk, the lengua burrito is still one of the best I've had, and now it's even closer to my house. read more

Love this place. Everyone there is super nice, the food is great and they make it pretty fast :) It's a typical Mexican/American restaurant so nothing too fancy here, but what they do is solid. Big fan of the vegetarian nachos, any tacos (try the beef tongue, it's honestly good) and my personal favorite is the chorizo and egg burrito. Today I stopped in during lunch to see what it was about. One thing I have to point out are the fries. The were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I also had the burger which was cooked to perfection. The place was very clean but the prices were a bit higher then expected, overall worth the price and completely delicious! When you're hungry you're hungry and you'll eat just about anything unfortunately we stop at burrito house did not have a good experience asked the guy behind the register for chips and salsa after i placed our order he said its extra i told him this is the first Mexican restaurant I've been to that charges for chips and salsa when dining in. Hint, make sure you have access to a bathroom shortly after your visit your going to need it. read more

Let's be real, this is not 100% authentic Mexican food; however, it gets the job done. The staff are mostly cranky, but I have been able to get them to smile a few times. They remember their guest and prepare your food quickly. Portion sizes are decent. I will continue to come here. read more
