Salted caramel syrup latte 8oz - IG @bougiefoodieboi
    Kyle W.

I stopped by Burton for some coffee and was intrigued that this is a humble coffee shop that is a coffee stand. There is not really a menu, according to the cashier, so I just went with the 8oz latte with salted caramel syrup. While there is no latte art, that is okay as the drink was prepared at lightning speed and they foam the milk very well so the entire drink is at just the right temperature to drink immediately. Also, the drink is perfectly sweet and well priced at $3.75, no tax on top. Very solid coffee spot for a quick coffee break in the Vashon Island!

Barista Shannon loves serving us every day on our little island paradise.

Burton Coffee Stand is the best. Worth the wait and the service/coffee is the real deal. #islandlife

Best coffee on Vashon! Chocco's favorite place. Great breakfast burritos and pastries.

I can eat their cinnamon rolls all day, and a bunch of people come here with their dogs that are super friendly. Great place and a great vibe. Always make sure to stop here for coffee and a treat when I'm exploring the island

No menu, just magic. Got the mocha breve and chorizo burrito multiple days while on Vashon. Perfect way to start each morning.

    Small Iced Lavender Latte

The cutest coffee stand on Vashon Island! Everyone seemed to know the barista, and standing in line was a cute glimpse into local Burton life. Not to mention, the drinks are very reasonably priced, about $4 for a flavored iced latte. I got my lavender latte with just a shot of espresso but it was decently strong. There was maybe too much lavender syrup as it was quite sweet. Definitely stop by for some caffeine or tasty pastries if you're in the area!

We stumbled in to this place for my wife's birthday randomly. Friendly greeting. Chill vibe. Ok,…read moregreat. We'll try it. We happened to show up on "steak night". Now, I'd just had some bad things happen in my life and was looking for something that might bring me some joy, so I ordered the strip even though it was a little pricey, and I didn't know much about the place. My brother in Christ, let me tell you, that was the most gloriously delicious steak I've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly. Buttery. An almost crackling crust. Seasoned well but not overwhelming. My wife's noodles were also fantastic, but that steak was out of this world. She made me trade once she tasted it. We finished with a really nice, not too sweet chocolate mousse. They nailed all of it. I'm as shocked as anyone to tell you that this was the best restaurant meal I've ever had, and I don't like anything.

Service was friendly, but at the end of the day it's about the food - which is why the 1 star. What…read morewe experienced were the two worst sandwiches we've ever eaten! The pulled pork sandwich had what seemed to be nearly half a bottle of mustard mixed with a lot of coleslaw and a little bit of smoked pork buried within as though it were a mafia informant that got the cement shoes treatment. The French Dip sandwich also had what seemed to be a half a bottle of horseradish cream sauce... which burned my eyeballs and fumigated my nostrils! I could only take about 3 bites before I couldn't handle the potency any longer. It was literally a horseradish sandwich with a side of weak broth. The abundance of condiments on both of the $25 overpriced sandwiches turned the bread into mush leaving us on the Brink of sandwich hell. The service, however, was good - I was able to get a different sandwich with no questions asked. Sadly I must award you no points for the food, and may God have mercy on your soul.
