Far out the worst place I have ever ordered from. They got the order wrong, did not read the directions, bread on the hero was old and dry, delivery was packaged so that my cold sandwich got hot from the hot fries and the fries got cold from the cold soda. Like many of the other reviews, I experienced the errors in delivery via Seamless. I've ordered from them at least 5 times, hoping this was a fluke. The front desk is good about correcting errors, but they shouldn't happen to begin with. They are across the street, so the delivery time can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Whenever, I order their desserts they are usually out of whatever I ask for. They call to inform me that I can select a cheesecake. I would frankly appreciate it if the menu reflected what I can have or refund the money for the thing they don't have. I ordered a Florentine wrap - a spinach/mushroom/chicken wrap that comes with fries and cole slaw and pickle. They sent me the Breakfast Florentine wrap that come with eggs instead of chicken and home fries instead of regular fries. The breakfast version comes with less stuff and costs about $1.50 less. I called and they sent me a new plate, except they forgot the cole slaw and pickles. Their wings are the length of my pinky finger (~2 in long). Goodness forbid that you order the wings with fries because the container is 80% fries, 15% chicken, and 5% air. I've ordered this before and the chicken was not this sparing. Milkshakes are mostly malt milk rather than ice cream and usually arrive runny and watery, so I have to freeze them before consuming them. The food I do receive is usually tasty, but sometimes the pricing changes after I order and they adjust it on my credit card without calling to say they will add $2 or $3 to the order. Today I tried to place an order over the phone. Not only did they have horrible customer service service, the lady over the phone was a complete obnoxious person. I don't understand how you can be so rude to a customer that hasn't even given any reason to. Lastly I tried to order Mangu through Seamless and there was no option for it at all. Over-priced and Many Mistakes! ordered two wraps, two juices, two coffees, and side of hot sauce: -took over an hour to receive an order at 3pm and we live across the st! -food arrived cold -fries too soggy to even pick up -home fries burned and crispy -messed up coffee orders... how do you mess up coffee? -forgot hot sauce -got over 25 packets of salt... which were open and spilled everywhere And to top it all off, they overcharged us but the delivery guy didn't speak enough English to understand so we just paid him the extra money. read more

Ordered a turkey burger through seamless. Apparently you have to be specific as to what you want on it, i.e. Tomato, lettuce.. otherwise it will come with NOTHING on it. They charge $7 for a turkey party and bun. I asked for mayo and mustard.. only got mayo. It's supposed to come with a pickle and coleslaw... it didn't. Ive lived in this neighborhood all my life 35 years to be exact. This diner has been around for that and many years more. But i have to genuinely say that after the previous owner left it hasnt been the same. The service is horrible. The people that stand behind the counter not the waitresses have such attitudes. With the previous owner he would be so happy and greet everyone witha smile. Total opposite now. The food is expensive. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich which i got charged $10 and it was only chicken and bread. And when i caled they said i was suppose to ask for lettuce and tomato as extra (extra fee too) and just recently we ordered 3 orders of chicken with rice $10 each and was only sent 2 orders and when called the gentleman said that one order had extra chicken so we should count that as the 3rd order. so i paid $38 ( ordered a small soup too) for 3 orders and only got 2. I wasnt aware that i had to seperate my order myself. This is unheard off. Needless to say i will NO longer be ordering from there. Even thou ive lived here for so mamy years and this has always been the place we order food from i think im just over giving my money to a place that seems to not care for their customers. Very greasy spoon type diner. The breakfast is very good. Hash and eggs is hard to mess up, but they do a lot of good things there. The pancakes are really good, as are the muffins. I went for breakfast this morning and ordered a short stack of pancakes with blueberries and bananas. The waitress brought my pancakes and they had a mix of strawberries and blueberries instead of what I requested. I politely told her I ordered banana and blueberry pancakes and she rudely answered that "this is what you ordered!!!".... and walked away. I didn't eat my food and when she saw that I'm not eating, she came back and said "You want me to change it?" I told her that I'm pretty sure I didn't order strawberries and blueberries because I'm allergic to strawberry so there was no way I could have ordered that. Great neighborhood diner, the prices are very reasonable. Spanish waitresses offer very personable service as well as their food culture. Food portions are very generous. Excellent chicken soup and breakfasts. This is a place I go after hangovers. I go in hungry, tired and unhappy and when I leave, I am full and happy. If you are one of those people who gets grumpy when they are hungry, this is a good place to go because the food is prepared right away, very quickly. The diner is family friendly and couple friendly. It is a good place to go with your friends to enjoy each other company without going through the stress of waiters haggling you to leave. I'm not sure what anyone is expecting this is a run of the mill old school diner. It's not a restaurant and might be a cafe if you stretch the definition a little. They do diner and deli food well. I've never tried the wraps, etc. I mean why would you...it's a diner. Breakfast is always fast and good. We always order the turkey hero, occasionally, I get a meatball hero and a few other things. The cashier lady didn't know what she was charging me for, she had to go to the kitchen to asked a manager for the prince of a simple eggplant(supposedly fried, but it was raw and unfavorable) wit mozarella cheese and lettuce and tomatoes, it all came up to $9.75 for a to go sandwich wit no more than one slice of cheese and disgusting eggplant no fries no nothing else. I've been to diners throughout NYC and Bus Stop is my favorite. This place serves tasty diner classics super cheap. I order from here frequently. There is no $ minimum and the delivery is scary fast. I would recommend sticking to conventional diner food - french fries, hamburgers, chicken fingers, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, etc... Great Diner, good food. It has a clear theme of a bus-stop aesthetic. It is pleasing, clean, and the staff is quite friendly. Appropriately priced. I've only been here a handful of times, during relatively quiet hours for a restaurant, but I've also seen this place quite busy during brunch. They have a good selection of food, as a diner should. We have been going here for lunch several times. The healthy treat is the best in town. The yoghurt is locally sourced Greek yoghurt, not the sweetened factory brand stuff you get elsewhere. Fresh berries and strawberries, even in winter. The problem is that it is sooo good that ordering something else becomes a challenge. I have been taking my breakfast here for some time now, and once every 2 Times the bill comes out with a different price than what the menu says. At first, I just thought it was a mistake when the place was busy, but I realized today that they actually inflate the price on the bill. I always order the same thing, and I always asked them why the invoice is different, and their excuse was always a new one, ( toast is extra $, another inflation, another excuse) My bill today came out again with a different price and today's excuse was that the menu has incorrect price, and after I told them they went and changed my bill to reflect the correct price. Solid 2/5, as far as I can tell from their delivery. Ordered two burgers, chicken fingers, and a salad via Grubhub. We're 13 blocks away and the delivery was fifteen minutes later than the "expected GrubHub delivery window" of 40-50 minutes. Burger tasted ok, but arrived cut up in quarters and hidden in soggy fries (who cuts a hamburger in quarters? Just get a bigger to-go container.). Burger fell apart in my hands as I tried to eat it. Salad seemed average, judging from my girlfriend's reaction. Not much to say there. Pass if you can get nearly anywhere else to deliver! This little place has been a staple of the neighborhood I grew up in. It can best be described as diner food with spanish cuisine thrown in the mix. They recently expanded their restaurant to include a much nicer seating section towards the back. This is great all-american food at neighborhood prices. The place is family friendly. You'll see cops and different city employees make frequent stops for the spanish food or coffee. Mornings are extremely packed as you get the commuter crowd making a stop to get their bagels and coffee on the way to the train station. I've always loved their cheeseburgers and breakfast food.
