I actually beat myself up a little the rest of the day for finishing the whole thing, knowing that the oversaltiness was flirting with opening up some high blood pressure. We were seated quickly in a booth for two. Guillermo M. was our wait staff, and he was nice & efficient. I got the chicken pot pie. It was huge and I was stuffed by the time I finished it. When my spouse and I arrived they immediately took us to a lovely window and acknowledged how happy they were to accomodate. The beautiful lights and cute look of the restaurant drew me in. What sealed the deal was the classic milkshakes. I had a strawberry milkshake and it was fantastic. They also offer a pistachio milkshake and I feel that I need to go back and try that one. I ordered a combo that included a cheeseburger, salad or fries and the milkshake. The price was a little high, but I think it was worth it for a New York City diner. I showed up right before closing which I think is early for a diner at 9 PM.
