The heat pump and air handler for half our house broke down at the worst possible time. John was incredibly responsive and had his team out to our house same day to check out the issue. They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. We have HomeServe insurance, so we contacted them and they dispatched Varsity Zone HVAC - Fishers to our house on Monday before noon. The General Manager came out, repaired it, then got frustrated with how to reattach the top of the unit, so he attempted to finish it incorrectly, which damaged the coil, destroyed the unit, which made the freon spew everywhere. He uttered a curse word and said, "Looks like you're getting a new unit today." It is now FRIDAY, we do NOT have a new unit. We have suffered through 6 miserable days of 90+ degree weather outside. Inside our house, it has been 90-100+ degrees at times. Varsity will not take ownership of their mistake. They will not return our calls. This is unacceptable and negligible. We have children, one with an autoimmune disease, 2 dogs, and they have not offered any resolution, nor have they offered fans or window units. If you have a choice in who you use for your AC/Heating company, DO NOT use this company. If the General Manager is this negligible and irresponsible, I cannot imagine what the rest of their techs are like.

Fast forward I get the money, the got me schedule right away. They came out did the job and I can use my washer again. Now that dig is not pretty it leaves ur yard a mess but Im thankful that my line runs in the back of my home bc I wouldve had a cow had that mess had to be left in my front yard.
