We sat for over **20 minutes** without anyone coming to our table--not even to offer water. I eventually had to get up and ask someone to send a server over. What made it even more frustrating was watching other parties who arrived **15-20 minutes after us** receive water immediately and have their orders taken before anyone even acknowledged our table. After finally waiting another 10 minutes to receive our water, we had to track down our server again just to place our food order because no one returned to check on us. By that point, we had been sitting long enough and were more than ready to order. To make matters worse, we ordered an appetizer of coconut shrimp about five minutes after placing our entrée order, but it never arrived. After we had already finished our meals, we asked to cancel it, only to be told that our server had never entered the order in the first place. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the poor service. It lacked flavor and was very underwhelming. This experience was frustrating enough that I cannot recommend Reunion Kitchen. I initially wanted to believe this was simply an off day or an inexperienced server, but after hearing from two other people I know who described nearly identical experiences, it seems this may be a recurring issue. One thing that left me especially uncomfortable was seeing guests who arrived well after us receive prompt attention while our table was repeatedly overlooked. I can't say why that happened, but it certainly made us question whether we were being treated differently. I sincerely hope the restaurant looks into its service standards and ensures every guest is treated with the same level of respect and attention.

I went last night for my best friend's birthday dinner. We originally had 30 people planned to come but only 20 showed up. But Alyssa assured us that was no issue. Even calling the store ahead to plan the dinner was very easy as they were kind and helpful in explaining how the night would go. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. I personally loved their avocado egg rolls and their passion fruit sour. My friend had the best birthday and we are so happy about our experience at Finney's. Thank you again to Alyssa for all of your hard work and for being so cool and thoughtful. We had asked for waters to go but completely forgot them and Alyssa went outside to catch up with us and give us the waters. Such a lovely time! Great food and a good spot for bigger parties.

They have a large bar area that you can sit or the tables. They offer a wide variety of bourbons and malts. I personally like that they offer Guinness on tap and it's always perfect. They have a lot of Hardy British food such as fish and chips and shepherds pie. My boyfriend has gotten to Shepherd pie in the past and it was good just a little bit different than we expected. The pastry was crispy and the sauce was creamier. The fish and chips were delicious. They tend to have different types of entertainments throughout the week. I'm not sure of what day is what but I have seen a magician going around the tables and entertaining families or just groups of friends. I know one night is karaoke night another night they have live music and I am not sure what other types of entertainment they offer. This is a very casual restaurant to come enjoy a good time. I also came here for a few of the World Cup matches and it was a lot of fun! Based on their food, ambience, friendliness and variety of alcohol and drinks that they offer I would say that this is my favourite bar to come by myself and I feel comfortable.

It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. For a restaurant attached to a Hilton, I expected at least basic quality, but this felt like cafeteria food with steakhouse prices. To make things worse, the staff acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. No check-ins, no refills, no effort. Just vibes of "please eat and leave." Between the slow service, disappointing food, and ridiculous prices, this place feels like a tourist trap hiding in a hotel lobby. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else in Brea. Even a gas station snack run would be a better experience.

As part of that purchase, I was given $10 gift cards as complimentary promotional cards. The server apparently received a commission for the gift-card sale. At no point during the purchase was I clearly told that the complimentary $10 gift cards had an expiration date or that there were restrictions that could cause them to become worthless. After that Mother's Day visit, I continued receiving hundreds of emails from Lazy Dog encouraging me to come back and dine there. So I decided to give them another chance and went back just for fun. That's when I tried to use the complimentary $10 gift cards I had received with my $100 gift-card purchase--and was told they were expired and would not be honored. What makes this so frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. If these promotional gift cards had an expiration date, that should have been clearly communicated when they were handed to me. Instead, I only found out that they were supposedly worthless when I attempted to use them. Yes, they were complimentary--but that doesn't excuse failing to clearly communicate the terms of the promotion. And considering I had just spent $100 purchasing Lazy Dog gift cards, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the promotional cards to come with clear information about their expiration. The irony is that Lazy Dog spent months sending me hundreds of emails enticing me to return, and I actually listened. I came back because your marketing made me feel like you wanted my business. Instead, my return visit turned into a frustrating experience over promotional gift cards that I had never been told would expire. The issue isn't the $10. It's the principle and the customer experience. If you're going to offer promotional gift cards, clearly state the expiration date and restrictions at the time they're given to the customer--not after the customer has already spent $100 and returned to your restaurant in good faith. Lazy Dog, if you want customers to come back, don't just send hundreds of emails asking them to return. Give them a reason to trust you when they do. My Mother's Day purchase was supposed to be a good experience. My second visit was simply supposed to be fun. Instead, I walked away feeling misled and extremely disappointed. After this experience, I won't be rushing back.
