Customer service provided at the manager level has a lot to be desired. When trying to place an order online, I got an error 3 times on a row. Called the restaurant and I was told, they can't take phone orders. Say what???? I explained what happened and was told again they can't take phone orders. I then asked to speak to the manager and was surprised to learned that in fact I was talking to the manager "Kris". Shocked, I asked, "are you telling me that if I'm a senior who is not computer savvy, I can't order from your restaurant?" At that point she said, "what can I get for you". The point here is the manager's lack of leadership from the beginning. Now I see why this store has 3 stars and Temecula store has 4. Service is not the same!!! Not ordering here again. read more

I had my food delivered and I understand some Grace must be allowed for packing it and driving it that it won't be fresh hot and handed to you at your table. That being said the chicken breast in the Peri-Peri chicken was very large but dry and the Peri-Peri sauce tasted more like vinegar than anything. The portion of mixed vegetables was small and flavorless but the garlic mashed potatoes were tasty while the portion size was very small. I got a side of the mac and cheese which was $5.75 for a small side and it was a very small side. Great food. I consider this restaurant a very modern one with vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and omnivore options. I had the vegan brown rice bowl with vegetables and paid $1 extra for Brussels sprouts. Food was fresh and I could taste the quality. My parents each had the happy hour cheeseburger which they loved. Atmosphere was pleasant. Customer service was on point. Very few times I feel completely satisfied with my restaurant experience and this was one of them. My son has Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten. We love this place because they have a dedicated gluten free fryer for their gluten free chicken strips and fries! Their bowls are delicious especially the tritip one. Happy hour prices are great and so is the outdoor bar. read more

My girlfriend were excited to see that there was an actual bar top outside! All of our drinks and food were amazing. Although it was hot out, they have mist fans to help keep cool. Wow! Found this place today just searched healthy food on Yelp while I was in the area. They really did not disappoint! I had the millionaires blt , truffle fries and the 7.2% kombucha. Bread was perfect, bacon was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Truffle fries were covered with an aioli so if you don't want that ask for it on the side. Otherwise everything was so good. They also have a happy hour 2-5pm daily and 8pm-close 1/2 off beer and wine and some food items as well. I will definitely be back when passing through here again. read more

An absolutely wonderful new edition to the Bushfire family of restaurants! The new location has so much space and extra seating it's great! The decor is very pretty and the outside seating is beautiful. As usual, the food is amazing. From what I can tell, the menu has stayed the same as the other locations so you won't be missing out on any of your favorites. The staff is super efficient and very friendly. Even during the soft opening they didn't miss an order or skip a beat. The manager Kaitlyn was incredible and seemed to be every at once. Lastly, I would highly suggest this new location and Bushfire Kitchen restaurants as a whole to family, friends, locals, tourists and the likes. What is going on bushfire grill?? I was first introduced to bushfire down in Temecula and I loved it! Love the healthy options and delicious meats....just fantastic! So obviously, I was very excited when they opened one close to home here in Menifee. Our first visit was pretty good from what I remember but the visits since then, have progressively declined which leads me to our last and final visit (until they get their act together). We'll start when we were in line we overheard someone say there was no brown rice. So we ordered our food and my wife just to confirm, asked if they were out of brown rice. The cashier said no we have it. So she ordered it. I got the chicken and rib plate. The cashier with a confused look on his face said hold on. He asked if they're still serving the chicken, and after much deliberation they said yes. Ok. They were out of curry cauliflower so i got the brussel sprouts . Kids got burgers. As we were waiting for our food, a girl comes out and says sorry we don't have brown rice. Lol OK no big deal will take white rice. everyone just seemed so confused. Our food comes out and my goodness it was just all around pretty bad. The ribs were cold and dry and the chicken came with soggy skin and was also cold. The brussels sprouts had no flavor the veggies were burnt, my wife's brisket bowl barely had any meat in it. It just tasted like bad leftovers. I don't know if they're under new management but my goodness this was not good. And to top it off I walked past the kitchen on my way to the bathroom and it is disgusting. I sure hope they get their act together soon, or else this place isn't going to last much longer. read more

Sad to say but tonight was a huge no go for me. The gentleman taking our order was extremely nice and honest about the items not on the menu. I know times are tuff but the lady (manager) was extremely rude. Super unprofessional on how she treats her staff. She belittles them in front of customers. 45 mins prior to 9 pm she told everyone it's to go orders only in a rude tone. I got it Saturday night and you want to close on time cool. She's scolding her employees in front of us because they didn't tell us to order our drinks at the bar while we wait on our to go order. I asked for ranch so said we don't have none. I was like cool I get it. But when you tell your customers in a rude tone it's the end of the night and that's all, that's where I have an issue. If this is the type of manager you want running your business I'll be happy to go to a chain restaurant and expect subpar customer service. read more
