Abysmal experience. So many problems, I don't know where to start. Service was bad. As in rude. Which set the tone for the whole experience. We should have known. We ordered four different dishes. They looked beautiful. My dish was inedible. I gave up after about 5 bites. I'm known for eating everything - I never leave food behind! A second dish was barely edible - my girlfriend left half of it behind. The other two dishes were fine. The table we were seated at was slatted, with large gaps between the boards. And the boards were a little uneven. Twice our drinks fell into the gaps and spilled, all over our legs and feet. We tried to talk to the manager (owner?) about our experience. She was defensive and and blamed us for our choices. But she did have the decency to give us a partial refund, which I appreciate. Reading the reviews, I get the sense that service is spotty. Dog food. I don't typically complain about food but this was INEDIBLE. The burrito was flavorless and soggy. I took two bites and my hands were absolutely soaked in grease. The bacon was chewy like Jerky. I had to throw it away. The salsa was completely devoid of flavor - like tomato mush. How is that even possible? The coffee was like burned water. Oh. My. Goodness. Can I just say that this was the best meal, ever? The French toast was out of this world and the gravy on the biscuits and gravy were to die for. We sat on the patio and it was clean and absolutely perfect for a fall day. Our server was amazing and carried on great conversation with us and truly cared about our experience. Great place with outstanding service! I had the French toast with tropical fruit and it was delicious. My husband and son had the all Americans and they enjoyed it. Service was outstanding, everyone was very attentive and sweet. One of the waitresses even gave my son an extra piece of bacon, which he loved! Best new breakfast place! We looked on Yelp to see to get breakfast on our stay in Driggs. Butter Cafe came up. Yay! This place is awesome. Great friendly servers. We sat outside. Got coffee right away. Ordered fresh squeezed OJ and a homemade chocolate croissant. Delish. We also ordered two scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns. The eggs were normal. Should have asked for cheesy eggs or something. Lol. The hash-browns had to have been home-cut and they were not greasy at all as sometimes they are. Bacon was crisp. Our server was a blonde, ran lady that was exceptional (missed her name) but so sweet and helpful. We will definitely come by again when in the area. read more

Butter was a cute and delicious brunch spot on our stopover in Victor! My partner and I got the breakfast bowl and it really hit the spot. It was definitely more potato heavy, though there are vegetables in the description, but it was still really good! The staff were super nice. After seeing the pictures and the menu I had high hopes but my experience fell short. My husband ordered coffee and was asked if he wanted cream which we had to remind the server to being (not the end of the world). The coffee was labeled as "unlimited" on the receipt but a refill was never offered, and our waters went dry without anyone offering to refill those either. The server also put all our drinks on the table by holding their rims... I hope with clean hands. My husband got the sausage gravy and Biscuit and enjoyed it. Cute and cozy little place. Had the Mac n cheese at 10 am and it was unreal! One of the best macs I've ever had! Loved the caramelized onions and bacon. Great amount of cheesy goodness! The lemon vinaigrette butter lettuce salad it comes with was a good addition. Boyfriend had the basic Benedict which was delicious as well. Also go a pancake, which was same old normal pancake. THE BEST MEAL WE'VE HAD! We came out west for our family vacation. We've been through West Glacier and Yellowstone... The Grand Tetons were our last stop. We had breakfast here and can not compliment them enough on their incredible food! Everything is made fresh in house - croissants (taste like you're in Paris!! we were even told they get the dough from Gastons and they bake them in house), brioche bread, focaccia, you name it it's fresh! We ordered the Mexican grilled cheese with a side of Mac and cheese, Italian breakfast sandwich (their pesto tastes homemade), all American breakfast and their Al Pastor Hash. EVERYTHING tasted so delicious. We are coming back here again before we leave and we could not be more excited to try more of the menu. Coming here for breakfast is highly recommended as they do run out of food in the afternoons. Some menu items may not be available as they rely heavily on delivery trucks (consider the location they are in). Sometimes they shut down because they don't have produce and that just goes to show the quality they serve! They will not substitute their ingredients just to stay open and make a buck. Delicious breakfast here before heading over to GTNP. We split the cannoli pancakes and breakfast burrito and it kept us going on a hike at Jenny Lake, which is important because that elevation is no joke. The pancakes had little crunchy bits of crushed cannoli in them, and were huge and fluffy. The berry syrup and fresh berries on top were top notch, too. The breakfast burrito had the perfect ratio of eggs:chorizo:hash browns:manchego and it wasn't greasy at all, which I find happens a lot with chorizo. And the black coffee was perfect!
