Came here twice in a row because it was that good. The mimosas, the coffee, the homemade croissant. What's not to love? We had the all American breakfast (hashbrowns were amazing), the carnivore bowl (the poblano gravy was delish), and the Elvis French toast (so good). The service was truly exceptional and even though they were slammed both times, the refills were on point, they checked in on us regularly, and were just lovely people from start to finish. Loved the decor and ambiance as well - their attention to detail is spot on. Just a great breakfast experience. Would give more stars if I could. read more

Amazing! If you are here in the summer sit outside and enjoy the great air with the amazing tap water with a cup of coffee or a delicious mimosa! We had the Al Pastor Hash and the Tuscan Benedict! Got take out from here multiple times because of the convenience. Tried several dishes and none stood out. The Italian sandwich could really be something special if they didn't use so much oil on the bread itself. Focaccia is naturally oily and then to add both an oily pesto and oil itself prior to toasting makes it way heavy. The hash bowls are filling but it's difficult for me to look past something being called "Al pastor" and not being sold with delicious pork on top. I would say give it a shot if in need of a curbside pick up. read more

A solid 4/5. Food was great and the service was super kind and welcoming. The cafe was pretty crowded which speaks to the quality of the menu. A good amount of gluten free and vegetarian options. They had pretty large sized portions so you got what you payed for. Would definitely return again. Reason for the minus one star was that it took a bit of time to get our food and while we really did enjoy the food, I didn't find anything unique or super different about it. Would recommend though! Ordered all American eggs with sausage and croissant When the plate comes I didn't like that the croissant was very floury. The server gladly switched it with toast for me. It also came with butter and jam. Butter was perfect texture not to hard to spread and not melty either. Jam was fresh with chuck of fruits inside, not too sweet. The hash was fresh & savory, the pork belly burrito drenched in gravy was a bit on the sweet side. Both were delicious. All servers were really friendly and helpful. The little European girl who provided our check could be friendlier and I'm not a fan of having her hover as I review the bill and decide on the tip while she's standing there holding the iPad. I can't believe a French toast and a salad need 50 minutes to be prepared. It is so fucking discriminate. I suspect they are racist. Making excuses and blame for the time? You really think we do not know how to check time? Or we are so poor to have a freaking phone to check time? It is really that hard to apologize for your survives? Happily stumbled upon this cozy cafe while staying in Victor. The service was excellent, our hostess/waitress made it such a warm & friendly environment. The food was unreal! Imagine it took them 40 minutes to prepare a salad and a sandwich for us. Only our orders took that long time(I saw the order of a group of white people only takes 20 minutes to be prepared ). Therefore, I suspect that they are kinda racist. I can't say the food is bad, but it's not worth to wait for 40 minutes. The staffs were rude and unaccompanied. They tried to explain for their faults rather than just saying sorry to us. The tip is 20% which is mandatory, but the service doesn't worth it. Moreover, I don't understand how dare they talk about us behind our back. If I can, I'd give 0/10. read more

I stayed over at the hotel nearby the cafe and thought I give this place a try. This is a super cute breakfast place. The inside was small and cozy. I loved that they also sell small nick-nacks by the counter. The waitress was very friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the Sausage biscuits and gravy and my boyfriend ordered a breakfast burrito. His breakfast burrito was good. Unfortunately, my biscuits and gravy were a bit of a letdown. It tasted fine but I was expecting more sausages in my gravy. My gravy didn't have any sausage in it. It had specks of what seemed like sausages but I think it was just mushrooms. If anything there wasn't much there to make me think that there was any sausage in my gravy. The biscuit was very dense so it kind of hard for the gravy to absorb. I like the ambiance of this place and the other food items looked fine but I probably won't order the "sausage" biscuits and gravy the next time. read more

The counter crew greeted us with a chipper welcome. Quite possibly the most pleasant waitstaff I've ever encountered. Fun artwork for sale. Fresh, clean interior. Kitchen peek. Outstanding coffee drinks in clear mugs. Imaginative menu that delivered on quality and taste met the owner, Amelia, and asked her story...living the Dream, people! Also owns Street Food. This restaurant is full for a good reason. We had the hash...and two custom omelettes. Tons of food reasonably priced. Can't say enough. Just GO. Closed at 3. (We forgive you.) oh. We went to this breakfast place before starting our drive and I was blown away. The atmosphere was small and cozy with outdoor seating and was perfect for a family breakfast. I ordered the Mexican grilled cheese and Mac and cheese which was to die for! They make all of they're bread fresh in house so it tastes amazing! Though, they sometimes don't have certain menu items. They do also have a great variety of coffee and beverages as well. The staff was very friendly and catered to our every need. Butter Cafe was an unexpected and wonderful discovery! We went for a late breakfast, put our name on the wait list (estimated to be 45 minutes) and were notified about 30 minutes later that our table was ready. It was so worth the wait! There was nothing not to like! Lacey Jean (our server) was very personable, knowledgeable and fun. The London Fog and drip decaf were excellent. We shared the Italian Burrata which was both extremely well presented and tasty. After asking about signature dishes/favorites, Lacey Jane suggested the biscuits and gravy (plus a few others). Being southern, we were skeptical. She assured us that it has passed the southern test--to which we can attest. The biscuits were perfect and the gravy exemplified the best of the best. If you think you don't like biscuits and gravy, you must try these before you can make that claim. We also had "the American" in different combinations which was a perfect paring with the biscuits and gravy and the pesto grilled cheese --made with sourdough bread--another treat. The menu is creative and delicious, but the kitchen must have been rushed today. Our food came out quickly, but my french toast was slightly undercooked. My french toast was supposed to have mango "chutney" but it ended up being just diced, underripe mango. My friend's sausage was done but not at all crispy, and my other friend's pancakes were undercooked in the middle. That being said, the fresh squeezed orange juice is great and my turmeric latte was delicious. I would definitely come back for a second try. Note to the kitchen: turn down your music!
