I am giving Charlie and his limo service, 3 stars. One star for promptness, he was earlier than expected and waited with no problem. One star for politeness, he was very courteous to the guest. One star for getting the job done and being very affordable. However, I need to take off one star for professionalism, administratively and in presentation, he was picking up a party of eight for a funeral and was not dressed the part. Maybe I am old-fashioned but aren't limo drivers supposed to have some type of presentation? Slacks, Tie, perhaps button up dress shirt? Additionally, I had to ask him twice to please confirm the the service request as I wanted to assure the grieving family that they would have a ride to the funeral home the day of. One star removed because the limo was in very poor condition on the inside, black duct tape lined the ceilings, there was patchwork done everywhere, and just not what you'd expect from a limo service. Now here's my thing, if your business is transportation of individuals, wouldn't you want your product to be presentable? The price is two-fold, on one hand it was very affordable, but on the other hand you get what you pay for. C & C Limo Service - should be ABOVE AND BEYOND Limo Service. I used this limo service this past Saturday 3/14/2015 as a last minute surprise for my daughter on the day of her Quinceañera. My daughter was kind of sad that she was not getting a Limo. We were already over our budget so I started looking around to see if I could squeeze this in for her. It was hard as no one else was willing to work around our schedules, itinerary, and/or budget. Most, actually all companies wanted us to work around their schedules, book their minimum 4 hours, which would have put us way over budget as I would have had to pay for an extra hour on top of their required minimum 4 hour (which was really to no one's convenience but the company) more out of pocket for me, less convenience for me, more money in the companies pockets. One company told me, "I would rather my limos sit in the lot, rather than book for anything less the minimum". WOW.... Pass up on money and business. WOW. I just about had given up. I found this service and review on Yelp, and decided to make one final call. Charlie the business owner picked up the phone. He was the most polite of everyone I had talked to. I started to explain sort of what I was looking for. He stopped me and asked me, "Tell me what your schedule is and what you are looking for?" I explained and he responded, I can make it work, I can bring a Lincoln Town Car what will fit your daughter and her friends, this is my price, what time do you want me to be there. That was AWESOME!!!! Not only was he flexible, he was willing to work for me and not the other way around. He last gave me the choice to upgrade from a Lincoln Town Car to a Stretch Excursion SUV limo for not much more money. I said, LETS DO IT!!! I did not break the bank, worked around our schedule/itinerary, and the look on my daughter's face when the Stretch SUV Limo pulled up to pick her and her court of honor up was PRICELESS...... Charlie was professional, polite, and most of all he was willing to work for us. By the way, our Church Service ended almost an hour before he was scheduled to arrive. I called him and asked if there were any way that he could move our time up 30 minutes. He said, "I will get ready and try to be there ASAP". My daughter and friends had a blast in the Excursion Limo. They had the music blasting, the LED and Strobe Lights going and were having a ball. Customer service - ABOVE AND BEYOND. Charlie also took our party wherever we wanted. We said we want to go to The San Gabriel Mission for photos, he knew all the short cuts and all the spots. We said the girls want to get a quick bite and cruise around, Charlie said, "You got it; you got plenty of time left, I will cruise nice and slow so they have fun". Thank you Charlie for making my daughter's day extra special. Thank you for the great and professional customer service. To all other limo services I spoke to: You let money walk away - Your loss. I used C&C Limo during my resent trip to the Long Beach, CA. The service was outstanding! Our flight was delayed and we were exhausted (traveling with the 2 year old while being delayed is not fun). We were greeted by our driver at the airport, he was very calm, professional, treated us like kings, and offered our son a bottle of water.... Inside the limo was very clean (being mom of 2 year old I am a clean freak) . Car seat looked like new, no stains/marks. I was comfortable for our son to sit in it. My experience with this company was disappointing and insulting from start to finish. When I first called Charlie to order a limo for prom, he was rude and condescending and talked down to me the entire time. He laughed when I tried to negotiate the price, then questioned whether or not I would REALLY be able to come up with the money, saying, "I don't want you calling me the day before saying you couldn't get the money". So unprofessional! If I'm ordering a service from you, I intend to pay for it. If it hadn't been for the fact that most other places were sold out for the night, I would have walked away immediately. The limo itself had no way for us to play music from our phones, he suggested we use the CD player... We had to just listen to quiet music from our own speaker. Also, there were no drinks in the limo; just glasses that I can only assume were for decoration purposes only. The customer service overall is awful. We paid $750 and I feel that it was a complete waste! Not worth it at all, would not recommend. In response to Charlie's comment: I'm 18, I'm an adult, I have plenty of event planning experience and I know how reservations work. And there were no soft drinks, I would never expect alcoholic drinks to be provided to teenagers. read more

We hired charlie to drive for our senior prom and when my girlfriend was making the reservation over the phone with him he was EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING to her. He spoke down to her and talked to her as if she were a child. Which is absolutely disgraceful when we are giving your company $750!! His manners and tone of voice when speaking to her was disgusting and he should not be allowed to work in customer service. Not only was charlie so rude with my girlfriend on the phone but upon arrival told us that the stereo inside the limo DIDN'T WORK! WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR IF THERE'S NO MUSIC?!?! WE CAN SIT IN SILENCE IN SEPARATE CARS AND SAVE OUR MONEY SO THE FACT THAT WE SPENT $750 AND SAT IN ALMOST SILENCE BASICALLY CONFIRMED THAT THIS LIMO COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY TO HIRE EVER! If you want a limo for your prom or other event because you want to have fun and want to be treated like with respect like any paying customer should, AVOID C and C at ALL COST!! We used C & C Limo for an all-day trip to Los Angeles for a group of 8 friends. Charlie was great! The stretch limo was clean, roomy and stocked with water bottles. We made 4 lengthy stops in the city, necessitating Charlie to find a place to wait. We called him when we were ready and he was there in just a couple minutes. It was great and took all the hassle out of the day. He was on time, and the rates were very reasonable. Would certainly use C & C again. read more
