I've used C&C moving and services for two moves and for both moves they were diligent and quick at moving things carefully. Their customer service is great, they are responsive and responsible and are just great to work with. Moving is super stressful but they were able to make everything work very smoothly. I recommend them to friends whenever they need to do moves and they were recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad that they made the recommendation. I'm happy with how they did the move and will be asking them for help again for my next move! For context I had to move a very elaborate piece of furniture and they had no problem deconstructing and reconstructing it. read more

The movers showed up exactly on time, ready to work and were friendly and super polite, they took excellent care of my items making sure to wrap, label and handle things carefully. I moved my items into a Ubox for an out of state move, the guys expertly packed my container, reducing my reservation from two containers to one. I can't recommend C&C moving enough. We moved from a two bedroom apartment in Orinda to a house in Petaluma. It took Carlos and his team the entire day but during which they were stellar! I was particularly pleased with their communications leading up to the move. On the day of they were extremely efficient in getting everything moved in a professional and gentle manner. Carlos was very easy to coordinate with and responsive. Came on time (early even) and was very fast at packing/unpacking. Him qnd Daniel dont look very big but they can def lift everything you have. They also dont dilly dally (paid by the hour) - they ddint even take water breaks until they were done with the packing/unpacking. Super appreciative that they were able to help out on new years day. One minor thing would be to check the math when you pay. They also added an extra fee of packaging when the initial quote had that included already, we let it go because it was new years day. Had a great experience working with C&C! We had them help move boxes and furniture from our 1BR on the 3rd floor into a Uhaul Pod for a cross-country move. They were on time (early, in fact!), friendly, kind and worked HARD. They took their time and were thoughtful with moving things. We used Carlos' services last weekend for a move from a our two bedroom apartment into a storage unit. He and one other mover were right on time, and professionally and quickly wrapped up all our furniture and got all our stuff down into the truck without any issues. After requesting quotes from several movers, C&C got back to me with the best offer so I chose them for the job; a one bedroom apartment moving less than 25 miles away. An expected 3-4 hour job end up taking 6 hours (two man job) and costing over $600! Note: I had boxed everything myself ahead of time except the dishware. I had a sectional couch, one queen size bed and some other smaller furniture. They left to get to the new address 20 mins before me but I somehow managed to arrive there 15mins earlier than them. In the first 1-2 hours they worked really fast but I definitely noticed a slow down in pace after that. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't put time pressure on them. As a female moving out alone this was my first time using a moving company so I just assumed they would work as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately I do feel like my situation was taken advantage of as researching others experience with movers it should not have taken as long as it did or been as costly. On the plus side they did arrive on time to start the job and my furniture was all handled with care without any damage. read more
