My brand new dryer was taking 4-5 cycles to dry a load of laundry, after Marc cleaned the vents from the inside of the house, as well as from the roof, my dryer is now humming and such a pleasure to use! Not only did he clean it from both ends, but he also went through the attic to repair a door on the vent that was incorrectly installed. His price and service was so good, I'm just looking for things for him to fix now... lol. Due to the height of the ceilings, Mike and his crew had to assemble scaffolding in my home. He took extra care and precaution to ensure that the hardwood floors weren't scratched. Mike was also extremely communicative and easy to work with throughout the process and explained everything he had to due to ensure the job was done to code. In just one week's time, the wiring, sheet rock repair, painting, and hanging of our three chandeliers was complete. Mike took the time to make sure our living room was completely covered in plastic before starting the job. He did minimal cutting of the dry wall to run the wires. He updated the switch to include the controls for the ceiling fan. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with his work and would definitely hire him again! He did not patch the drywall, but he told us ahead of time that he does not generally do that. My husband is capable in completing this work so it was not a big deal for us. His prices are extremely reasonable and he was able to come on the day we needed him. We plan on hiring him to do more work very soon.

We have a building in Fairfield that needed a new a/c system…read more We used them as they were low bid. They put in a new system but did not replace the 20 year old out-dated thermostat or even look at it evidently. The system failed a couple months later. We looked at the thermostat first and discovered that the batteries were so corroded that we had to pry them out with a screw driver. We called Superior and they said the they did not replace the thermostat because the one they would replace it with would be inferior. Really? We replaced the fuses in the system and could not get it to run, so we called them out to check it out. They had replaced the thermostat with a new one and said that the fuses were blown out. That seems funny because I just put brand new ones in before they arrived. They sent us a bill for over $300.00, which is probably not that bad, but when I went to check the work, they left the whole side panel off of the unit exposing high voltage capacitors and wiring. The cover was about 50 ft. from the unit in the front of the building. They also left the circuit panel door open in their hurry to get out of there. When a company lies to me and does shoddy work, I do not ever use them again, nor recommend them to others.

Hardware stores only offered the obsolete shorter bands that won't circumnavigate the heater. The gentleman interrupted the project he was working on and took our order. Suisun Valley Sheet Metal (SVSM) had to custom make the bands. We expected several days for completion and we were surprised it took them only 3 hours! We picked them up the same day and installed them. Thank you SVSM for exceeding our expectation. Oh, the price was quite low! Ridiculous low. I kept the business card.
