Out of principle I did return everything I could and purchased the same items from another vendor who was less and happily took my returns no questions asked. This is the last time doing business with Ferguson especially now that I know their return policy is terrible.

At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them.
