The salad is drenched with dressing by default, so I've learned to ask for dressing on the side. (And to 86 the sun-dried tomatoes. Who does that to a Caesar?). The potato is always well baked, with a fluffy interior and crisp exterior (and yes, I eat the skin. As my Mom used to say, "That's where the nutrients are"). I always ask for LOTS of butter, always get less butter than I want (they will bring more).
