First time at Cactus Taproom was about a week ago when the braves won the world series *tomahawk chop* and I really enjoyed it. Plenty of taps for a nice variety of beers to try. Bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. Nice intimate chill vibe going on with some chill music to enjoy your drink of choice to. There is also patio seating to enjoy when its not as hot as satans butthole. Great place. Would recommend every time. read more

Fantastic place. It's just a small, cozy, and very friendly tap room. They have a great rotating variety of beers and wines. They had to shut down due to covid twice now. But they are still open for growler fills. So if you like beer then please support this business and fill a growler! read more

Really like this place. Casual, friendly vibe. A place with "Regulars". Bar and table seating with a roll-up garage door on the one side. Good selection of craft beer on tap and in the case, but would love to see more from AZ breweries. Food available to order in. We tried Rec Pizza. Very good! We tried this place out on a Thursday around 5pm. Beer selection is nice and we liked how they plan to rotate beers. There's a delivery menu for places to order food from (this is a taproom not a bar/restaurant) and you're welcome to bring your own in. We did wish they would have had maybe a few games or something similar to play (Jenga anyone?) so I think we'll bring one next time to sit around and play while we drink. Overall, love this place and we're so excited to have them on this side of town. read more

Came by late on a Saturday night. There wasn't anyone there but us lol. However talking to the guy running the place was cool. He wants to get beers that are harder to come by in our area which I can totally appreciate. We tried some beers from the east side of the US we had never had before and they were solid. The tap list is likely to constantly rotate and the impression I got was it'll be local beers with some harder to come by beers. Nice to to expand your beer palate. read more

Danielle is super friendly and engaging, and she really knows her cider, beer and wine. Tell her what you like, and she'll find you some options that you'll enjoy. There are a good variety of beverages available, so whomever you're with will find something they like, and of course, as well as something you like. They can even do a bloody beer or a mimosa. Love love love this place! We need more places like this around the valley. I have come here a few times now to meet up with friends, family, and co-workers. It's the perfect place to grab a fun and different kind of beer. The people who work here are crazy knowledgeable about their beers and will steer you in the right direction, or get you to try something new and different. They also have a small selection of wines but they are mostly a craft beer shop. You can fill your growlers from their 12 rotating beers, and even purchase a 6 pack if you don't want to sit down and have a drink. As far as food offerings you can bring any food you want! BYOF! They even have a few menu's from near by places you can get delivered there. They also usually have a food Truck on Fridays. Follow them on Facebook and they will let you know when and what food truck will be there that week. They also post what new beer's they are getting on their Instgram and Facebook. Right now is a perfect time to visit because their entire back wall comes up and all the fresh air comes in and it's the perfect way to enjoy your beverage. read more

I had heard a taproom was coming to the neighborhood. Talked about making it over there several times, but didn't. On Vet's Day, thank you to all that have served, I was shipping a package at the UPS store, got back on my bike and drove by the place. I stopped and wandered in. I am so glad I did. I was fortunate to meet Carrie, the owner, she was so kind. Also nice, the people that were in there were fantastic. We talked about beer, bikes and even the Beatles. There is no food, but you can have it delivered or bring it in. It is clean and more cafe like vs. a "bar". The lady a stool over was very knowledgeable about beer and recommended a wonderful IPA out of Illinois. It was in a can, not on tap, and it was very nice. I am so glad I chose to stop. This local, privately owned, nicer than a tasting room, yet not a typical bar is really cool. Now, I must say that Carrie and the patrons really made the experience, but a really nice selection of beers never hurts. Hubby and I love Cactus Taproom! Owner makes sure it's very safe during covid! Great selection of beers for the hubby and wine for me. They have food trucks often and you can also order food that will be delivered right to you.
