They're thorough in their analysis of your scalp both before and after and explain what steps they'll take to help your scalp health. I love how it is all curated specifically for your scalp since everyone has slightly different issues they want to work on. Scheduling is really easy, in the past I've booked online and over the phone. The price is a bit high, but for the quality of the experience, I find it well worth it. I've even gifted an appointment for one of my close friends! Each appointment has been soothing, and I try to keep myself from falling asleep because I want to really feel the experience. The music they play is quiet, and the dim lights help with the tranquil atmosphere. They offer clean robes and slippers. There's pretty much no talking while the appointment is going on, and I love that. You can really feel their care and intentions in the tenderness of their touch, I'm sure we've all experienced getting our scalps practically whipped or tugged at while getting our hair washed at a salon: this is nothing like that. Ive been wanting to experience a head spa and finally decided to go to Cadeau beauty spa. 1st impression, it was very hard to find. Their business sign is not easily seen even though it was right next to the parking lot. When I entered I felt very crammed. This spa is definitely in the smaller scale. You enter and theres chairs to your right and the table to check in is right infront of it. They have you switch to slippers which I wasn't sure if its new everytime a new person comes in since they just sit in a basket with no plastic coverings. I forgot the name of the person who did my massage. All in all she was good. I got to look at my hair and scalp which I already knew was oily and that's why I wanted to this treatment in the first place. I think the place had about 2 or 3 stations and they are all in a private room. The rooms are a good size and did not feel crammed. I did the Immersive Scalp Therapy for an hour in a half. The service was great for my first time. My scalp definitely felt very clean after and I think my scalp was very happy with me. I had the Cadeau's scalp treatment and it was amazing! Think of it as a facial for your scalp and hair. The whole process took about an hour and a half and it was very relaxing. I had the scalp treatment here and I think it was the best I ever had. The online booking system is so easy to work with, I got my appointment by putting myself on the waitlist for the day and within an hour someone messaged me with an availability slot in the afternoon and I took it! Their office is in a quiet plaza, it's a pretty small space but sufficient for the purpose. The scalp treatment was extremely thorough and my hair was so soft and shiny afterwards. My boyfriend and I tried Cadeau Beauty's Immersive Scalp Treatment last weekend and we had an overall good experience. We were supposed to have a back-to-back appointment (10:30am for me and 12pm for my boyfriend) because of scheduling restrictions online but the business graciously reached out to me and asked if I wanted us to have the treatment at the same time. The area is small and cozy. The first thing we did was change into slippers. I think it was good that we were both wearing socks because I'm not sure how often their cloth slippers get washed. Then we were led to the "scalp check" room. It was nice because as they were looking at our scalp, they were explaining what we were seeing, what our scalp type was, and what treatments they were going to do for us based on their assessment. Then we were led to the treatment room. It looked like 2 small separate rooms but had a flexible divider that could be closed if they're servicing 2 single customers. But as we were a couple, the divider was open. Treatment Summary: massaged my face, head, neck, and shoulders. Notes: 1. Be open to what pressure you want for a better experience! 2. This review is solely based on today's experience. I've never been coerced/pushed into leaving a tip ever. Today they wouldn't let me leave until I left a tip, not only for today's appointment but for a prior appointment. I mentioned multiple times I was running late to a different appointment and I also had prepaid for a package deal. This really soured my experience here. Definitely an awkward situation and even the tip was paid on Venmo as I had to leave and was in a rush. That being said I've been a long time customer and highly recommend their scalp treatments. I have been on tiktok watching people enjoy head massages and scalp therapy and was so sad when I couldn't find any in the bay area. I took to reddit and found this hidden gem and I am so thrilled to say it was my favorite salon experience ever. They use alot of devices like red light therapy and I am so happy with the 2 hours I spent here. They gave me the best head massage, hair wash, and even a free hair trim! Miko informed me on everything that was happening and all the products she used smelled amazing and made my scalp feel fresh and new. They used a microscope too in order to assess the health of your hair follices and scalp, by the start I believed I had minimal dandruff and by the end of my service my hair felt so light and fresh and bouncy. Miko was so nice throughout the whole experience and the front desk reception was super accommodating and sweet. So many people forget to take care of their scalp thoroughly so that they can have healthy hair, I love that this place really cared about making sure you left with not just beautiful hair but hygienic and clean hair. I got a basic scalp treatment where the owner used a device to determine the health of my scalp. She then help me understand my scalp and recommended products. She was so sweet and sincere, she was not trying to sell products at all! The service itself was so relaxing I fell asleep, that's saying a lot cause I never fall asleep during massages. She washed my hair and massaged my neck area. I don't remember much LOL but I woke up under a red led light. After I was done she blow dried and styled my hair for me. Important to note that my review is based on improper handling of appointments and lack of communication, and not the services. I booked an appointment a week early in advance and got full confirmation about my appointment, and even followup emails to confirm my appointment. I drove all the way from Monterey to Cupertino (~2hr), only to get there and see the establishment under heavy construction and no sign of the running business. I immediately called and confirmed the location, and then get told that they are closed this week. I explain that I was able to set up an appointment during this time and that shouldn't be possible for customers to do if theyre closed, and especially being mislead with confirmation/followup emails. Long story short, a waste of time and energy from my end - disappointed with the poor handling. I've attached all the emails and misleading information that is shown online while theyre actually closed. I went with the idea of treating my scalp and getting service needed to make this successful, but it feels like my scalp was worse than when I had originally went. They have a machine that can visualize the breakage in your scalp to give you a view of what you may not see just by looking at it. They gave a shoulder, neck head massage that was heavenly, completely scrubbed my scalp to clean it, and gave me hair treatment to volumize my hair. Overall it was a 2.5. The staff were accommodating, friendly and overall wonderful. Our specific treatment involved a personalized selection of products based on your scalp/hair evaluation. I have dry ends from previous bleaching so I received a hydration hair mask and cooling sensation on my scalp to soothe irritation. My bf has dandruff and sensitive scalp and received red light treatment and a high frequency comb. At the end of the service our hair was dried and nicely styled for the last 20 minutes. They also have a great reward card system that allows you to earn credits to put towards a future service or even gift to a friend. This is our go-to place from now on. My friend and I came in to do a scalp treatment and I didn't know what to expect. Prior to the scalp treatment they show you the state of your scalp, mine was oily and flaky and Miko recommended me a treatment based off that. It was very relaxing and when they were done, they showed me the after, pictured below, and my scalp felt refreshed and my hair was shiny for the whole week after. I was debating posting this because I feel really bad giving a negative review to a small business but I wanted to share my experience. I found them through tiktok and was really excited to try a new headspa since I've tried many in the area already. I've had positive experiences at other places but this treatment unfortunately made my scalp worse. I had the immersive scalp therapy on Friday and the day after my scalp felt like it was covered in some kind of film that made me have breakouts on my scalp as well as major flaking and my scalp was so so dry and oily. The experience itself was okay. She looked at my scalp through the machine and just said my scalp was a little oily and I had a little bit of flakiness. She gave a good facial massage but i was wearing makeup and she did not wipe it off nor did anyone give me a makeup wipe so my face was covered in black marks and I had to go to the bathroom and wash my face with soap and paper towels after. The mirror also fell off of their desk during the treatment which isn't their fault but it was extremely loud not relaxing at all. I also didn't receive the same treatments that I saw on tiktok with the hair stimulating brush. The worst part is my scalp has been so much worse. My scalp is dry oily and extremely flakey just one day after and I also have noticed more hair loss :( I would not recommend this spa read more

Long story short - I loved this place and would highly recommend. I did the immersive head therapy. If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven. What I'd recommend to the business: Add an explanation of what is involved during the treatment when booking online. As someone who is claustrophobic and has trouble breathing, I got really scared when I was put in an enclosed capsule full of steam. I had no idea it was coming because there was an eye mask on. It would've been nice to know so I could ask to omit that part before the treatment started as it disrupted the flow. With that said, let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by getting your scalp evaluated with a camera that magnifies your head. We were both able to see mild dandruff on me and oiliness. From there she was able to decide what is the best route (I.e shampoos, serums, masks, treatments, etc.) to choose from. You will have to take your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. I don't know what exactly she used on me but I felt like my hair was washed with different products about 5x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. Once it came to the hair mask that was when the steam under the enclosed capsule was put on. There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on you to rinse your hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using red light therapy, high frequency comb, then blow drying your hair and straightening/styling it. I felt so refreshed and can not wait to go back!
