I had specifically picked out this restaurant for my birthday celebration with my arcade friend a few months ago in March 2025 because the very last time that I had Mongolian BBQ, it was a few years back and I had a sudden craving for it. It's not really everyday that I have cravings for a specific type of cuisine but when those cravings emerge--usually after a previous night of binge drinking or binge eating something that's probably not good for my health, I just have to satisfy it, otherwise, it'll just nag at me for the rest of the week. Caesar's Mongolian BBQ is situated in a plaza and free parking was easy to find. The restaurant itself on the outside made it seem like a large, square space but on the inside, it was more like a trapezoid-shaped space. There's only one grill and two workers manning that grill. At the entrance, you have to be wait to be seated. Once seated, they'll ask whether you want a specific type of drink like soda, tea, or just plain ice water. We opted for plain ice water plus a raspberry tea. I believe that the soda or tea option had an additional surcharge but you get unlimited refills. There is no separate soda or tea machine where you can get it yourself. You have to ask your server for the refill. Somewhere in the center of that space, there are four 'bars' but one of the four bars didn't have anything stored on them. One was a fruit and salad bar. One was just an bar with eggrolls, fried wontons, and your choice of two soups: egg flower soup and miso soup, plus sweet and sour sauce and another type of sauce whose name escapes at the moment. The soup and sauce bar is where you can find those bowls with a mini 'handle' built into it. The main bar had the raw meats, raw veggies, and raw noodles. You are only allowed to grab two bowls max of whatever you can fit on each bowl for the meats, veggies, and sauces. For the meats, there were pork, chicken, beef, lamb meat, marinated pork, marinated beef and marinated chicken. For the veggies, there were raw thick-style egg noodles, bean sprouts, spinach, celery, diced carrots, diced onions, cilantro, mushrooms, corn, baby corn, tofu, and a few others whose name escapes me. At the end of that line, are some signs with sauces and it'll tell you exactly how many spoonfuls of each to pour into your bowl. Unfortunately, I can't remember all of the names of each of the sauces but there's really only a few variations, if memory serves me correctly. It would just depend on whether you just want to make the house sauce, the spicy house sauce, the sweet and sour house sauce, and a couple of others. The line to the grill gets long really quickly and the wait is something like 15 minutes per person. The workers manning the grill will give you a long plate at the end of their cooking. Then you can take your plate back to your table and chow down. The utensiles are provided to you when you are seated at your table. I believe that there's a 2-hour eating limit but this doesn't appear to be strictly enforced. Plate after plate, I would say that food was consistently good. It's basically like eating an unlimied supple of fresh Chinese food made -to-order on the spot. It really didn't matter too much what mixture of sauces you put into your bowl before you hand your bowls off to the workers manning the grill. They all just come out tasting good (or it might just be me). Service. We had an Asian female server. She seemed friendly and attentive enough. No cpmplaints here. Ambiance. It's like a buffet so the noise level is really loud. You are seated next to other people's tables and chairs in relatively close proximity so you can literally hear everyone's conversations in front, beside you, or behind you no matter where they sat you inside the restaurant. There's no TV's or music inside the restaurant, that I can recall. This place is meant for big groups but there were a few spots for the two-sies or four-sies. They take credit cards. Enough said. All in all, i really liked this Mongolian BBQ spot and I would totally come back again, if I happen to be on this side of town. My only gripe is the wait in between each meal because those lines get long real fast. I'd give it a solid 4.5 stars overall but since there's no half stars on Yelp, I'll give it a 5-star. read more

Started my day off thinking I was going to do a juice cleanse but came here instead. Do I have any regrets? Hell no! I love this place but I rarely come here The hours are a little tricky since they close between lunch and dinner time (last call for lunch is 2:45) You grab your bowls (two bowls per trip) you fill it with all the meat, veggies and noodles you want I like that I can pick whatever sauces I want and can avoid the oyster sauce You bring it up to the grill and they cook it in front of you. They have a tip jar on the counter by the grill. Please don't forget tip money for the cooks. I wouldn't want to stand in front of a hot grill cooking all day. They have a little area too with pre cooked pineapple fried rice, some fruit and other things. You can also ask your server for plain white rice and they will bring it to you. The tables are always extra clean, the buffet area is really clean and the service is extremely friendly I've gotten take out here before and it was extremely easy and fast But I always just come here for the all you can eat. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this fabulous place until now. Caesar's has been around for years, but has still somehow managed to remain mostly under the radar. As noted in other reviews, the owners and employees here are truly nice folks. For a mostly self-serve operation, they're constantly circulating around the restaurant, ensuring everything is going smoothly. The grill offerings are plentiful. Vegetables are fresh and good quality, and the containers are kept full. The entire area is constantly being cleaned. A separate area has items such as a soup, kimchi and pineapple fried rice (recommended!). Egg rolls are included during dinner. The restaurant - even when full - has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Restrooms are spotless. My only disappointments are minor ones. Years ago, dinner included a delicious sesame pocket bread. This is now only available on-request, and at additional cost. Also, their soy sauce is sourced in China; I'd be more comfortable if it was from somewhere else. If one is looking to try Mongolian Barbecue for the first time, it's hard to find a better place to enjoy it than at Caesar's Mongolian. read more

Just don't expect anything nice or anything extra. The buffet they had was pretty much mid but the star of the show was the Mongolian Grill. Quality AYCE Mongolian bbq restaurant! I went on President's Day during lunch and there was a sign that listed the price as $19.99 all day. I'm assuming they are charging dinner price all day since it's a holiday. It was still totally worth it IMO. The meat wasn't dry like most Mongolian bbq. They were cut into smaller pieces though which is nice. Meat options were pork, chicken, and beef. There was a food selection of veggies as well. Some of my favorite veggies were: baby corn, water chestnut, broccoli, zucchini. Only thing they were missing was mushrooms :/ Big selection of sauce. They even had a breakdown of what combination of sauces they recommend. I was surprised that they didn't have any sesame oil which would've been the perfect touch! The grill was super quick and I never waited more than 3-4 mins for my food. Other food offerings included fried wonton skins, egg rolls, pineapple fried rice, and soup. I would pass on the soup and fried rice.... Fried wonton skin with sweet & sour sauce was good I got thirds! They also have steamed rice which you have to order from your server and chili sauce which is brought out by the server as well. All in all, great experience and highly recommend!!! read more
