Ceasar's is just good food. You are making it, so if it's not good that's on you! Their prices are a little high, and have been since the family that bought it from the founders took over. This latest owner (a couple of years now) is a lot more friendly than that last owners, but where they far short still, is made up by the kids the hire to work the floor. Tip those kids well, they work their butt's off! They keep the stark ambiance spotless. Aside from the main line, there is a side bar that is pretty much a joke. Jello, orange slices, and if you're lucky, spring rolls ... but that's not what you are there for. This is that place that is too expensive to hit every week or so, this is an every couple of months visit because you have to be 'Jonesing' for Mongolians BBQ. Otherwise for the price they charge you cans get spectacular buffets and Korean BBQs in the immediate area. When Ceasar's first open the owner used to stand down on the sauces end of the line and tell you what each sauce was, what it went well with, and what combinations to go with. OR you could just hand him you bowl (a much larger bowl back then), and he would throw sauces on it like a mad scientist ... and the results were to die for!! It got to the point we'd just hand him our bow and say 'The Ceasar's Special please!' and he would go to town. I have tried for 20 years to Mach his creations and just can't. I have come to the conclusion my tases have changed or, the have changed the sauces (recipes and strength), or, maybe a little of both. They have these charts over the sauce area that tell you different matchings ... I have tried them all and they result in a bland plate. So go with what you want and when you think you have enough, put two more scoops. This place is charging enough, they can afford it. Caesar's is a must try if you haven't, then you decide how often. read more

Definitely the best noodles I have had in the LA area. A little bit of a drive for me, but it's worth the trouble. The ingredients taste fresh, the food is good, the staff is friendly and the price is fair. 10/10 would recommend! During busy times there are lines to have your food cooked, and you may wait a little bit to eat, but it is worth the wait. I wish I knew about this place sooner! I loved the ambiance of this restaurant because it was very chill and comfy and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious of course. There is a two bowl limit per person when you're stuffing your bowls with whatever toppings and noodles you want, which is more than enough! They even have an appetizer station which includes pineapple fried rice, crispy wontons, edamame, soup, egg rolls and so much more. Let me just say it's a buffet Mongolian bbq place! As I didn't know that until I walked in. They also have a good Togo menu for $14.99! Plus Mon-Fri 12-3pm they have 2 for $25! The menu is below! Sorry no food pics as I finished it so fast! You get your choices of meats. They have a ton of fresh veggies which I love! They have great noodles that will be cooked al Dente. ( not get soggy like some places!) They have a ton of sauce selections too. The other half of the buffet has some jello, fruit and some soup ( came during lunch.) The service is great as well. They checked on you multiple times and always refill your drink. Can't wait to try takeout since I realized I can't eat more than one plate. Plus the other sides were not great. As always the service is excellent! They open at 12pm and if you're there a couple minutes before get to be first in line. The food area is very clean and food is great. You can get as much veggies and proteins as you'd like and add noodles and sauces to your liking. I'm very happy they listened and reupholstered the seating. The place looks a lot better and cleaner. Would be 5 stars if they now changed out the dingy dirty carpet and got rid of the fake plants on the wall. Today marks 1 month since I found this place. I've been back at least 6 or 7 times, it's one of my new favorite places. 1- The staff is super friendly and helpful. They've started to recognize me, and they already know what I'd like to drink. They come back often to check on you, making sure your drink is full. The service is OUTSTANDING! 2- The fresh selections of meats and veggies are GREAT! They do their best to keep everything filled and clean. 3- The ability to blend your own combination of sauce is great, and their recommendations/suggestions are spot on! I add just a little extra house sauce. 4- The price, for all-you-can-eat, is very reasonable. I can't believe it's taken me so long to find this place. 10/10 the service is quick & the server are very tentative. If you need help with your sauce there is a menu to help, but you can head creative as you like and make your own sauce. There is about 12 plus options to pick and choose. It is sort of like a buffet style. You go and pick your selections of meats, veggies, & noodles or rice . Then you drench your bowl full of sauce then go to the chef's so they can cook your food to perfection. The sizzling hot top they cook on is a giant circle top and it literally takes like 60 seconds for the food to finish cooking. I ate my plate at the restaurant and they had a nice selection of drinks to pick from. Get the lychee alcoholic drink it was my favorite. That night I also ordered a Thai tea as well . Also don't forget to also order their in house made bread roll it is nice and fluffy. Can't wait to go back soon! read more
