I'm so glad that I only work 5 minutes away because I've found my new breakfast + lunch spot. It's tucked away in a business park that does require you to enter a gate to park (first 15 mins are free but you can always get 1 hour of free validation if needed). For the $5.50 breakfast burrito, you can pick between ham, sausage and bacon and it comes with a side of salsa too. It's honestly the perfect portion if you want to start your day. I've also had their $7.50 Triple Burrito which comes with all the meats and avocado, absolutely delicious too. On top of that, most of their other items (sandwiches, burritos, burgers) are all sub $10, you can't find a spot like this anymore! They also have a hot/salad bar which has various cooked meats such as chicken breast, wings, bulgogi where you can build your own plates and pay by weight.
