The pancakes were so yummy, just the right amount of both ingredients. The omelette was yummy too, but we enjoyed the pancakes a tad bit more. I also got a strawberry matcha! Service: The service was great from the beginning! We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and a waitress even walked up to us asking if we had been there before and gave us some recommendations! Ambiance: There is indoor seating and outdoor seating. If you sit outside, they will bring you your food but it is recommended that you sit close so that they can find you as it is situated near other restaurants. They lay it out where the pancakes fill the plate but I like my pancakes STACKED. The breakfast burrito was decent BUT the potatoes inside were a bit undercooked Since we came on a Sunday it was a little busy. When ordering they have a card stating approximate waiting times depending on how busy they are, but it well exceeded the time on the card. Came on a Saturday morning and the line to order was out the door. We waited about 15min to order. When I was ordering l, the cashier asked multiple times if we wanted drinks and I had to decline a few times. Then it was 40+ minutes for our food to come out, but people after us had already gotten their food. The couple who ordered after us were almost done with their food when we finally got ours. We did notice all those people had ordered drinks. So i don't know if they prioritize orders with drinks? We got a Baja sandwich and lemon ricotta pancakes. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the butter was delicious. The sandwich was so so and the potatoes were soggy and salty and almost inedible. The interior is very cutely decorated. This is my first time at Everyday Eatery in Irvine. It is located in a strip mall next to other small eateries. There is lots of parking out front. The interior space is rudimentary with 5 small tables and 1 shared high table and stools in the middle. There is a Large common Outdoor area with lots of tables under Large umbrellas. As you walk in, right in front of you , you will find a basket with menus in it. Grab a menu so you could decide on what to order while waiting in line. I think this is a great idea and it saves time. Also, the menu is written with large prints which is always a plus. I did not have to use my reading glasses. You order first, grab your number and find a table. The menu is really simple, but on point. (See full menu in photos) I ordered the morning market scramble. It is scrambled eggs with veggies. Side of breakfast potatoes extra crispy. And salad. It was really good. The portion was generous. I also got a cardamom rose latte iced with oat milk, and one pump of syrup instead of three. We checked out the menu for gf options and reviews before going here for breakfast. They were accurate. The coffee and food was delicious. I wanted to try the Spanish latte but t was "oh so" delicious. I ordered the Essentials since it had the gf option. It came with a salad. It seems more places are serving a side salad with breakfast now or maybe it's because mine was a gf meal. I'm so happy they did t have an extra charge because my meal was gf. Luckily we got there at the right time because the line got longer after we ordered. You place your order then they bring the food out to you. The staff members are cheerful and helpful. I have been wanting to try this place for the longest time and finally came here to celebrate the belated Mother's Day for my girls "day" out. The place is located in a food court strip mall that is surrounded by businesses. As a result, this strip mall gets very busy around lunch time. The place has healthy options. I ordered the Turkey Pesto Sandwich with a side of salad since it was a brunch gathering. The portion was perfect and filling too. Taste was spot on. After I finished my lunch, I didn't feel super stuffed at all. Seeing they have breakfast options, a few days later I brought my daughter over for early breakfast. We ordered the French Toast Forever and Espresso Mascarpone Waffle. They were delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter and I came around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The essentials: the standard, typical American breakfast with eggs, breakfast potatoes, choice between bacon/sausage, and toast or salad. The breakfast potatoes were good and flavorful. We picked sausage, but unfortunately they offer turkey sausage here instead of pork (so it's a little dry and bland). It's what you can expect from an American breakfast and a solid breakfast option Lemon ricotta hotcakes: The portion size is HUGE! I definitely recommend sharing with another person unless you have a large pancake appetite, haha. The honeycomb butter is sooooo delicious. I didn't even feel like I needed syrup for the pancakes after spreading the butter :) Nice lemon flavor, but I definitely wished it was a little more prominent Even though the line looks long, it does move quickly and I like that they had an employee managing the line inside and outside :) There's only a limited amount of seating inside, but plenty of tables outdoors. Their coffee is honestly worth the wait during peak hours. All their lattes especially the Spanish latte, I will suffer through parking for. Parking is the absolute worst. The plaza itself is one straight line with a Starbucks in the middle of it. Nightmare to get in and out of. Hope you have your legs still after walking to and from your car with the way people drive in this parking lot. Their food is sooo mid. I've tried their lunch items. I've tried their breakfast. Located in a big shopping plaza, with lots of parking available, we grabbed breakfast. There are a few tables inside, which were all mostly taken, which is a good sign for a Tuesday morning. But there are plenty of tables outside as well. We got The Essentials which consists of eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon or turkey sausage, and toast or salad. Had to try the lemon ricotta hotcakes which were my favorite. So fluffy and absolutely delicious. I also tried their cardamom rose latte which was really good, too! We had a chance to try out this restaurant for breakfast this week. It is located along Irvine Center Drive, near Sand Canyon. We went in, sat down and waited. No one came to us? Strange? I went to the counter and was told you must stand in line and order your food. I grabbed a menu, read it, made a selection, and was given the option of 18 to 25 percent tip. What for? I did everything. Oh, they brought the food to me. Here we go again? A DYS restaurant. This seems to be happening everywhere. Restaurant owners are designing their service as DYS. Have we lost the value of human contact? Have we all given up on the value of humanity? Twenty years ago, everywhere you went, we talked to each other; now, it's tablet, cell phone, texting, tap your card, DYS eating. I asked for a coffee. They gave me a small paper cup. The coffee is really good, but not in a mug? No refills? The food came. It was okay. We sat shoulder to shoulder with other customers on a steel wire chair. It was not very comfortable at all. It would have been nice to talk to someone who worked there, but again, they just do their job and don't have time for chit chat. No reason, they are not earning tips. Organic Chai- Served hot with just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness. A comforting drink for cold weather. House Potatoes- Served hot, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. The chipotle aioli is smoky with a little kick of heat. Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes- The hotcakes were soft and fluffy. They give sliced bananas and berries for a fruity accent. We were on vacation and came across this place. Their Spanish coffee was very good, and they also offer a ice, which is very nice since it was scorching hot outside lol They have a few tables inside the restaurant, which is nice, but because this is somewhat of a strip mall, there is also seating outside. The outside seating area is spacious and a share amongst other restaurants in that strip mall. We decided to sit outside so they brought the food to us, which is a nice add. We tried their breakfast burrito, their avocado, toast, and their chicken club sandwich. I have to say, the potatoes were amazing! They use sourdough bread, which is my absolute favorite and you can tell that it is fresh. The avocado was delicious on the toast as well. The burrito is very good and also a huge portion just as the rest of the food. All in all, if we ever go back to Irvine, we know where to go for breakfast and brunch ! read more

I finally made it here to try. However, on this Saturday, the line was extremely long. We probably waited over an hour in line and then to get our food. However, they did move OK. I really wanted to try the food, so I was willing to wait. They have a variety of the new options. I settled for the chicken and avo salad. I really enjoyed the jalapeño citrus dressing. The server was kind enough to give me an extra salsa when I asked for it. I'm accustomed to having spicy salsa which this was not but it paired well with the burrito. I can't say I've ever had a chicken breakfast burrito but this was surprisingly good. First of all, it was temperature hot which I appreciate. The tortilla was browned and thin which is perfect. Before tip, it was $60, which I thought was a little expensive for breakfast but given the area and the aesthetic it kind of fit the bill. The ingredients were fresh, but I did feel the avocado toast could've been seasoned more but not a big deal since they had salt and pepper on the table. I loved the mint/feta/sesame combo. Unfortunately, my husband was still hungry after his meal (and he's not normally a big eater). Every time I took a bite, the bottom of the sandwich was so watery that it made my fingers wet while I was holding it. It seemed like there was too much moisture, which made the sandwich messy and took away from the overall experience. Tried their Spinach omelet with feta and got a mocha with almond milk. The omelet was perfect, loads of spinach, not overtly greasy/buttery and the feta just balanced it perfectly. I appreciated the generous side of greens that came along with it. The mocha really hit the spot for me - not too sweet and chocolate was good quality. All in all, exceeded my expectations. Wonderful service and very friendly and attentive staff. They were quick to taking orders and dropping by to serve the food. Wait time is so minimal. Guests are quiet and polite, everyone was smiling and happy including staff. A few things I didn't like was that they had a drinking water dispenser with cups on the side by a window by the front door, but there was no ice in the water dispenser container. The water was sitting by the sun, so it was very warm. It was a very hot morning, so I would have enjoyed ice cold water. A side of scrambled eggs were also $5.00 and I didn't think it tasted that great. Regardless, thank you for such a nice breakfast! I will definitely come back because I enjoyed the vibes here. We pulled up today and got all our usual favs because this place just never disappoints. Between the four of us we ordered the Nourish Bowl, Turkey Pesto Sandwich, Breakfast Burrito, and the Morning Market Scramble -- and everything tasted super fresh and balanced like always. The nourish bowl is one of those bowls that actually fills you up (the pickled onions + seeds + avocado combo is fire).
