    Turkey Superfood Sandwich
    Mitchell N.

Service is always friendly. This sandwich is just bland. I got it with sour dough and it crumbled as I ate it. Definitely a bummer. Also my pickle was mush. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My protein shake was superb![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But for sandwich's I will most likely stay away.

My office building is near here, I'm usually remote but come into the office occasionally. We order lunch here at times! Since it's in the middle of many office buildings, I'm sure they get a lot of lunch orders. Their food is usually good, a vast sandwich/salad menu, so something for everyone. I'm a big fan or the honey mustard chipotle chicken sandwich!! The honey mustard chipotle sauce is delish, the bacon adds a nice salty bite, and I love that it's toasted crispy. It's a little messy but I still enjoyed it! Sometimes, our orders do get mixed up which is a bit inconvenient, but I'm sure it's hard to keep track during a big lunch rush.

Avocado Toast (2 slices), Iced Latte

I used to order delivery from Cafe 160 back in 2020 and was in the area for a training so I thought to stop by to check it out. I thought I beat a hectic lunch rush while I ordered first, but somehow my order of avocado toast fell through and everyone in the line received their order before me. I do like their breakfast bowls here and the seasoning on the avocado toast is one of my favorite breakfast items. My coffee was ready, but I did have to stand in front of the counter awkwardly to remind them about my food. Once they realized, they made the order very quickly. I ordered two slices of toast, however, to my dismay, one of them was not toasted. It was a bit sad to eat and I ended up having to leave soon right after, so I did not check. I'd continue to order for delivery purposes only because I'm not the hugest fan of their layout and ordering system.

Love cafe 160's localization of ingredients. The salted caramel latte is a nice way to start of your morning. I truly like their spartan scramble , it's a hearty breakfast for one who has an early start in the day

Sizable, tasty sandwiches. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious coffee drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All in all the good experience. Maybe a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

    Chicken Pesto Sandwich (grilled)

Awkward experience here but willing to try it again. We walked in and waited at the counter for the employees to ask us for our order name. (They were in the middle of doing something) but what was annoying was a group of three people showed up behind us and the employees asked for their names while we stood there waiting.. I thought that was a little awkward, but nonetheless, I was excited to try my iced chai latte and chicken pesto sandwich. Both were very underwhelming. The iced chai was watered down and I could tell before I drank from it. And the sandwich was awkwardly very small and the taste wasn't all there. The positives are our order was on time, they have online ordering, affordable items, and many options on the menu that I'm willing to try in the future.

    Spicy Thai chicken bowl

Great deli if your in the balboa/areo area. Tasty healthy and quick. It's perfect for lunch to go if you have to get back to the office. I got the spicy Thai chicken bowl with no tomato's. Definitely a solid sized bowl with lots of chicken. Gave it a quick mix and went to town. It was great and full of flavor, the peppers and peanuts were my favorite part. I'm definitely coming back to try a sandwich or another bowl. Any bowl you can get as a burrito as well. Nice variety and they serve breakfast as well. Good little spot if your office is in the area.

My coworkers usually walk here since it's near by work and also to get a little exercise in as well. You need to have the address in hand to find the business since it's behind a building. Parking is good since it's shared with other businesses around the area. Once you walk inside it is small and the menu is straight forward and the employees are quick to help. I ended up ordering the Chicken Pesto and a tea. I was a little surprised by the price and they did have military discount, so that was a plus. Once I received my sandwich it was small for the price and I understand that it was toasted but I don't like a sandwich that cuts up the roof of my mouth. Wasn't to found of the flavor either, the taste was bland and like I stated before it was small for the price.

Quaint spot. Quaint choices too! Got myself one of the coco wraps with tofu. Pretty good. Wait times are not too bad, order online to get that speedier. Place is hidden but inside they got a cool table made from a huge wooden door. Good for healthyness. However the Chai I got was not really good haha. Stick to the food, you'll like this spot.

Such a cute cafe. Used to love to come here and completely forgot about it after I moved but I'm back! Love the iced salted caramel latte and their food is bomb too.

Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for again to visit but was worth a one time stop. It's in a plaza/main audience is for the business workers there. The americano was okay. They gave me an extra cup of ice because it was hot (asked for ice) so pretty watery but that's fine enough. Not too noisy and there are outlets to plug into. Both indoor and outdoor seating. They have vegan protein powder for smoothies which is nice to see. Sort of hard to find/only a tiny sign.

Golden latte with a shot of espresso (made this low carb, hold the honey, add stevia drops)

Yum. I searched for 'organic' on Google maps and came up with this place. This is our second visit, and love the menu, service attitude, product freshness, local suppliers. It's got little tables and its in an office park. Park anywhere around the garage (not 'reserved' sign), monthly parking passes suspended.

Covid #10 review Always friendly, fast and great variety of healthy breakfast and lunch. I got an Italian stallion sandwich, a mint mocha and protein smoothue called " pb hemp protein repair". Available for takeout. Looks like they support all covid safety measures. Support small businesses. They even emailed us looking for donations. I decided to come and get takeout. When you support Cafe 160, you are also supporting 12 other small businesses, who are their suppliers. See my photo of the chalkboard list.

Easy does it has simple but delicious beverage options including coffee, matcha, hojicha, pastries and open face bagels. All delicious. But in addition to that, they also sell plenty of packaged goods like a copious amount of high quality take home coffee beans from some really amazing roasters, matcha and hojicha powder, snacks (like shiso sour cream popcorn), spreads, and tin fish. The shop itself is huge with plenty of seating and tables, making this a great coffee date spot or remote work location. Their branding is really cute and unique which adds to the overall vibe. OVERVIEW Come for the equally balanced, delicious coffee AND matcha drinks; the spacious work setting; the side entertainment (like a free bookshelf + camp chairs outside), and incredible ownership. Be prepared for hard parking during peak hours (lunchtime) and possible lack of seats (especially during schooltime). DRINKS It is RARE to find a shop whose matcha is on par with its coffee; normally, one is better than the other. Easy Does It, or EDI as we affectionately call it, is pro at BOTH. With coffee served from Provecho, matcha from Nami and hojicha from Paru??? You just hit a trifecta of GOOD good. Our Typical Order: 1) Iced Earl Grey Latte - omg, I LOVE the earthiness that the earl grey syrup brings to the matcha. Matcha, to me, is either too grassy or too sweet; the earl grey syrup makes it a perfectly earthy balance. 2) Honey Cinnamon Latte - how good could a standard coffee shop latte be, you ask? They have the HCL at almost every shop, and it's not usually standout. EDI, again, blew expectations wide open. Their HCL is balanced: sweet without being saccharine; and you can actually taste the cinnamon. 3) Hojicha Latte, Hot - omg, there was a time when I ordered almost one of these A DAY. Again, another sleeper - if you like the taste of coffee but can't take the caffeine (for a late night drink, perhaps), a hojicha is a good choice. It has that grounded taste that coffee gives, and the hot version of it is like a HUG for your mouth and stomach. They also have cool inventive flavors like the Matcha Cloud, the Coconut Cream Cloud (which is a coffee cloud on top of coconut water, I hear it's refreshing), so you'll never get tired of the drinks they have here. I also want to mention that they do serve wine and beer, too... so there's something for everyone! FOOD Spend any time in a coffee shop and know... you're gonna get hungry! Thankfully, EDI has open-faced bagel sandwiches AND pastries here, all of which look mighty tasty; all of which I cannot partake in, since I am gluten free. But ohhh, gluten warriors unite! Thanks to the partnership that is Jacob of Made for Mei Mei Mochi (aka the protein mochi) and Easy Does It, you'll have your PICK of 5 different flavors of homemade, chewy, ooey, DELICIOUS MOCHI -- SANS added sugars and preservatives you normally find in the store. I'm telling you, I don't normally like mochi (it tends to be so sweet) but I love the texture. And Made for Mei Mei hits it all! Flavors include: 1) chocolate hazelnut -- which tastes like Ferrer Rocher, yum 2) ube 3) green tea / red bean 4) black sesame 5) pb&j (yes, he's stocked peanut butter & jelly, a fan-demanded flavor) My favorites are #1 and #4; sometimes I go for #2 and #5 to mix it up. Either way, I spend WAY too much on these tiny li'l treats I might as well become an early investor. AMBIENCE This place is perfect for computer work as light doesn't directly fill the whole space. I like a li'l shade when I'm staring at a bright computer screen. There are two rooms: front and back; the back is a li'l darker and more chill vibes than the front. I also appreciate that they have a free bookshelf (just replenish it with your own!), plus a few magazines scattered around (for decoration, but I still browse). I miss when coffee shops had analog media, especially for when we don't want to be glued to our screens. EXTRA CREDIT Easy Does It also offers their shop as space for community events. From mahjong with No Ambition Tile Club to wine and jazz nights IN SUM THANK YOU Easy Does It ~ Grace, Nancy, the sister I haven't met, Eugenia, and the entire team ~ for creating a lovely third space where I can work, enjoy my snacks / drinks, meet friends and co-work, and have a great conversation. You make it so easy to feel welcomed, and I'll forever be grateful for you :)

They use oat milk only. No substitutions allowed. After mobile ordering, drinks take 20-30 minutes as part of their take it slow vibe. Matcha $8 is from Paru tea and was very good. Hojicha $8 was too milky and didn't have a strong enough flavor. When you are done you walk to the register by the door and wait to be checked out. If they are making a drink you wait until they are finished. I wasn't really a fan. Staff were brusque. Music was too loud to converse.
