I wrote this review in February, pre-pandemic and it has been sitting around since then and so it may describe experiences which are no longer relevant. I stopped by here a couple of Sundays ago with my wife and her parents for some coffee. Cafe Bebida is located right on the Estrella Parkway and so was a stop of convenience for us in addition to the fact that my mother in law raves about their cappuccino. It is located inside the sales building for a home builder here and so in some respects it feels sort of weird, but in others it does not. So there is plenty of seating around that you can use but I do not think it's specific for the cafe itself. They had a nice set of display coolers which had all sorts of goodies in them including macaroons and behind those coolers and a counter is where they made the coffee. For my coffee on this day I decided to go with a large coconut milk latte. Cafe Bebida certainly had a nice choice of non diary milks and the price to upgrade wasn't bad. After a short wait, my coffee was ready and I grabbed it as we proceeded on our way. Whenever it had cooled a bit and I was able to taste it, I found it to be pretty good. The coconut milk here frothed up nicely and paired well with the coffee while not overshadowing it. Then the coffee itself was probably a medium roast and was nice and smooth and tasted good. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. I thought that the coffee that I had was good and would be interested in trying some of their macarons in the future. read more

Very nice and friendly place located in a beautiful setting. We had a egg and ham croissant and a slice of blueberry loaf. Both were very satisfying. The mocha was tasty also. Great place to visit after a walk. read more

My go to breakfast place. Their pastries are to die for and I love that they have more than just coffee on their menu. They have Red Bull infusions, which are amazing and the girls there are always so quick and nice. Great views and very cute vibe. read more

Went to pick up lunch and coffee here but the cashier made us feel like we were bothering her to do her job and she appeared miserable. The food looks great and we absolutely LOVE everything about Hope's Bakery where they get some pastries and bread so we'll make the longer drive and get our items from places that appreciate the business. Too bad, cute spot, great location & we want local businesses to thrive, but we don't want to feel like we are bothering businesses by coming into the building. Update: the coffee drink was excellent & my daughter loved the sandwich!! I saw other reviews were 5 stars and the staff was nice, wonder what happened for us? The woman who was the cashier was miserable she had to help us. Maybe we'll try again since it's obviously not the norm. Cafe Bebida is wonderful. Not only are the views beautiful, the food is, too! We love the new craft sandwiches using high quality ingredients and better that we can choose what we want in the sandwich. I also enjoy the cold brew, and the selection of dairy-alternatives. Café Bebida is the hidden gem of Estrella Mountain Ranch area. Their food, their beverages (especially their coffee), and their staff are all awesome. With these three items Bebida would rock anywhere; but, when you also include their setting they're definitely 5 plus stars. I love café Bebida! It's located in the new building at Casa Lucero. The staff is very friendly to my family and I when we come in for breakfast each weekend. I love the variety of food, drinks, and desserts. We like to sit outside to eat and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. You can tell that the owner of this place knows how to properly run a food establishment. They seem to really care about getting customer input on menu items and genuinely want us to enjoy the food and experience. read more

Amazing!! I'm a Starbucks barista and I thought the coffee was delicious! I got a large iced latte with oat milk and 2 toffee nut and white mocha, it was amazing! I also got a bacon and egg sandwich and was so surprised how fresh and delicious it was :) really amazing ambiance and plenty of places to sit. Outdoors is amazing too with views of the beautiful mountains and desert scenery, soft background music, a patch of grass to lay on or play with your dogs and kids, and several little water features. They have both indoor and outdoor bathrooms which are very clean and have a good sense of privacy and are also beautifully designed. I will definitely be coming here again! read more

First Visit Ordered Nitro Cold Brew - good but not as rich as Starbucks, but tasty. Banana Chocolate Gluten Free muffin - dry. Had one like that at cafe in Verrado that was gluten free but moist. Lemon Bar - delicious. Atmosphere - very nice, lots of seating, good for groups, friendly staff. I will definitely be back and try other drinks and desserts. They also have paninis. Can move up to 5 star for me after trying a great dessert. Hours are 8-5. Limited dirt parking. read more

Coffee is good. Pastries aren't good they don't offer to heat them up. I also asked for white sugar and they didn't have any even though it was early in the morning. Girl got a little irritated when I asked her for milk with my coffee instead of the half and half. Tables were dirty not cleaned. First time I went a few months ago it was great but the last 2 times were not good at all. They seem so irritated when you ask for anything. read more

Didn't know this place existed and so glad I found out. My mom is staying with us for a week and we needed a place just to go get some coffee and talk and this is an incredible atmosphere. Great vibe!!! Neither of us tried anything out of the ordinary but several customers were obviously more creative and I learned alot about the possibilities. My chia tea latte w/sprinkles is about as good as I have ever had anywhere including downtown Seattle. I will stop in often. read more

Bebida is my home away from home. Great drinks (no matter what you get), great food, and THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF! The sandwiches are outstanding (roasti is a personal favorite). The salads are great, too. They also have gelato and pastries! There's inside seating and a bunch of outdoor seating for small groups or larger gatherings.
