One room inside. They have another room too.

The food was great, but the place is so noisy that we had to yell to talk among ourselves. We had seven of us around a table. The poor acoustics is the reason why I dropped one star. I dropped another star because there is only limited street parking. They don't have their own lot. Besides all that, the service was good, and the waitress was pleasant and friendly. They even allowed split checks for each of us. We all enjoyed our entrees. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This is a small pizzeria. The owner Nick is such a sweet man. It's like going to your grandfathers for a great Italian dinner. Look past the small interior and bare walls. He is knowledgeable with gluten free and I never have a meal that disappoints. It is also BYOB so you can bring a bottle of wine with you. I was here on a Wednesday night which is pasta night. With pasta night you get a small salad and a dessert. There aren't any gluten free desserts. Nick does have gluten free rolls for dinner.

We had a last minute change of plans and were so happy to get a reservation for brunch after church…read moreon Easter Sunday and to finally check this place out. Thought we were going to be outside on the enclosed patio and knew it was going to be raining so we were thrilled to be seated inside by the fireplace instead. Price fixe was $65 pp so a bit steep but the bottomless drink options definitely helped. We enjoyed everything we ate and the service, restroom cleanliness and atmosphere were all on point. Will def return!

2 words: osso buco! If I had to base my review on this dish and the service I would give five out…read moreof five stars based on service and quality, however... Came here with my parents for their birthdays and was blown away by a single bite that I had of my dad's dish! It's a special and it's incredible! I was not overly impressed by the flatbread I got, I've had far better for cheaper than other places that are not Italian. My mom got the meatball and it was decent Went back on Father's Day and it was a decent meal. We all wanted to order the osso buco, but sadly it wasn't a special :( My parents got the fish special in two different styles.. The fish was fresh and delicious, but the proportions in the size of fish varied greatly. My dad got a small piece of fish at my mom received a larger one. I feel like if you're presenting the same dish consistency is king.. I don't even remember what I ordered. I believe it was an ok burger, hat's how unmemorable the dish was. My parents love the food but I was not blown away on either occasion for the $300-400 bills I paid. The ambience is not high-end, but I like that. I like when I go into a restaurant and I feel like I'm walking into somebody's home. The servers/service was great both times and Jamie on the front end is fantastic and makes you feel like family!

Anyone can impress for one dinner but when the second visit is better than the first you know…read moreyou've found a special spot. Chef Mike and team provide exceptional food and service with a personal touch usually reserved only for socialites in Manhattan. For our second dinner visit we doubled our party to 8 and dug a little deeper into the menu. Cocktails and Wine were nicely crafted and presented with skill. For starters we chose orders of Fried Calamari w/tomato sauce, fresh Potato Pancakes w/applesauce and the big pretzel. While you would expect perfect potato pancakes at a German inspired restaurant the quality of the Calamari might surprise. Perfect batter and cook with a tasty sauce. The table varied up the mains which upped the challenge for the kitchen but all dishes were served perfectly prepared and together. 4 chose the signature Sauerbraten with fresh red cabbage. The meat was fork tender and perfectly sauced. The Twin Grilled Pork Chops, Tomahawk for 2 and Roast Lamb followed and equally impressed. Of note was the char on the pork which contrasts well with the sauce. Personal note; I tend to be very skeptical ordering lamb but had faith in Chef Mike. Might have been the best Roast Rack of Lamb I've ever eaten! The flavor on the crust was bold, meat temperature was a perfect mid-rare and the sauce had a surprise sweetness that balanced the plate. For dessert three fresh Apple Strudel w/strawberries and vanilla ice cream brought it all home. Note: last visit we made note of the dining room decor and in fairness I should do the same. Great Job brightening up the room and setting beautiful white table covers w/valentine red runners. The room looked crisp and inviting. Pine Grove Inn is a bit off the regular path in Patchogue but absolutely worth a little drive. I'm looking forward to seeing this restaurant full on our next visit even if we have to fill it with our friends.

This place has been here forever or so it seems. I remember going here many, many years ago but…read morehaven't been back until last week & I have to say I very pleasantly surprised. I was there with a group for lunch followed by bingo. We paid one price which included a drink, either alcoholic or not, a lunch entree and coffee & cake. The bartender was very friendly and made really good sangria and I'm not usually a fan but his was not too sweet. There was bread on the table which was refilled on request. The wait staff made sure there was also two pitchers of water which I appreciate. I got the fried trio which consisted of 2 baked clams, 2 nice sized shrimp and pile of calamari. All three were nice and crisp and tasty. One of the other people at my table got the chicken Caesar salad which was huge and they enjoyed it very much. From what I could tell everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was friendly & professional I will certainly go back at another time to try some of the regular menu items and I would recommend it for lunch or dinner
