My coworker and I came in for coffee on our lunch break. I had to run to the ATM at CVS because I didn't realize they only take cash. And my iced caramel macchiato was definitely just an iced caramel latte. But it was soooo delicious I didn't care! So incredible. Went here for breakfast while staying in Little River. Worth the drive. Ordered Chilaquiles with green sauce and added chorizo which were like breakfast nachos. I wanted to sop up the green sauce with some tortillas afterwards. Also had the fruit crepes which were fantastic. Want to come back again tomorrow. Will not disappoint! read more

The food was very delicious and fresh tasting. The restaurant was well maintained and the bathroom spotless. The food was also delicious. Customer service was great and pleasant. Unfortunately, this particular day (maybe short staffed) we waited for 45 minutes for three breakfast burritos and one berry crepe. I'd recommend this place to anyone despite the long wait, I want to believe they haven't built their business understaffed. read more

Coming down the 1 from backpacking the Lost Coast and made a quick stop for breakfast here. Got the omelette and the molletes and both were awesome! Got two delicious cappuccinos, but then we saw all the locals having mochas, so we went back and ordered one of those. Also delicious! Delicious food, fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Most Mexican restaurants in Fort Bragg are lacking all of these but not Cafe Jaavy. Don't let the size of the restaurant fool you. My husband's carne asada burrito was enormous and my chicken tacos were perfection. read more

Great food, decent ambience for a hole in the wall kinda place. There were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 kids, and we ordered a diverse set of things from the menu. Various omelettes, burritos and french toast. Everyone was impressed. The preparation was fresh, the eggs were very well made, nice and soft. Hash browns and red potatoes were well cooked. The french toast was the only thing that had a luke warm response from folks. Their freshly squeezed orange juices were a hit and everyone ended up ordering seconds. They only accept cash so that was a bummer. Fortunately, there is a Chase close by. read more

Have been to Fort Bragg many times, but my first time trying Cafe Jaavy. Thank you Yelp! This will not be my last visit for sure. We enjoyed breakfast burritos, one with ham and no cheese or sour cream, one chorizo with all the cheesy yummies. Leftovers for tomorrow's breakfast for sure. This small Cafe tucked into the main drag of Fort Bragg was an absolute delight. The interior is set up to be comfortable for a small group (up to6 people) and had well stocked table condiments/coffee add-ins. The food was delicious, being raised on authentic Mexican food this place doesn't fall short of bringing a well rounded culinary experience. The chorizo was perfectly seasoned with just enough heat to compliment the well stocked local coffee. The staff was helpful and kind and maintained a clean kitchen, gender neutral restroom, and dinning area. Would come again soon! read more

We're on the road and looking for breakfast. Was great to have a change up from American food. Huevos Rancheros were amazing, crisp tortillas, perfect eggs, tasty sauce and side of beans. This place had friendly service and was pretty clean on the inside. The service was extremely slow. We waited over 30 mins for a burrito and some eggs. Make sure to bring cash because they are have not caught up to modern times with credit/debit capabilities. The food was bland so I definitely needed to add salsa and hot sauce to every bite. This is probably the best place you can get breakfast in Fort Bragg. The service was great and the food was delicious. The Huevos rancheros were great and so we're the berry crepes.
