Love this place! The chef, silver, knows what he's doing! The service is lighting fast and the food is excellent especially the seafood chile rellano special. You have to try the house made horchata cheesecake it's the best!

We ordered the salmon chile rellano, ceviche and horchata cheese cake. Everything was fantastic and delicious! The interior was also very cute. The staff were very nice and fast.

Dinner with friends here while in town recently. We had reservations for 7:30 and were greeted while walking in and seated within the same moment. Heavy wood interior, a smaller place is intimate and cozy. Our server was kind and professional, brought our menus while greeting us, and took drink orders to get us going. Returning with our drinks, got our evenings entrees placed with no order pad for notes. I went with the Halibut over rice, and it was very good to excellent, a nice presentation and great flavors. A solid choice for a great meal if you like fresh seafood. My party tried a variety of dishes and each said their's was delicious as well. 4.5 Stars All in all a solid choice for a great meal rounded up for the staff 01196

Came here Wednesday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. We got sat by the windows which was nice, but there was a big plant between our table and another which obstructed your view and in the way of you need to get by. Our waitress was nice, but was gone quite a bit for how busy it wasn't. I got the NY Steak which was tender and juicy, but no flavor. The mashed potatoes were good, but still lumpy. And the veggies were what they were. My wife liked her fish & chips, but thought the batter was just okay. The fries did what they did, and the coleslaw was alright. This place is nice, but could use some adjustments in a couple areas. Overall, I'd probably go back to try another dish.

The server was so sweet and the muscles and clams were absolutely amazing! I will be thinking about them for a long time!

We were recommended to try this place while staying in Fort Bragg for the night, and it ended up being one of the most flavorful meals we had in the area. We started with the zucchini, which was lightly breaded, not too oily, and super flavorful. We also got the nachos -- the melted cheese on top was good, but the guac really stood out. Definitely a great dish to share. I ordered the Chicken Chile Verde Enchiladas, which were honestly more like tacos than enchiladas, but the verde salsa was really delicious. It came with a side of rice and beans, and the portions were huge. Prices were also pretty reasonable for how much food you get. The inside was really eclectic and fun -- every wall and table was decorated differently. It did smell pretty strongly of fish when we were there, but it didn't bother me too much. Even though they were busy, service was quick and attentive.

We had plenty of shrimp and fish&chips on this weekend and decided to get something a little different. Husband chose Mayan Fusion - what a great decision! The margaritas were nice and strong and the food was just delicious. Everything was brought out with a smile, our reservation was on time though the place was hopping, the ceviche was my favorite - oh I love ceviche, and this was lovely with the avocado on top. Everything was soo good - we couldn't eat it all so we brought the leftovers to the hotel with us and about an hour later we ate those, too! Oh, and the panucho! Order that! It was so good! We had so much food, yet I'm sad that I didn't notice the cioppino on the menu! Well, I guess we will have to return! YUM!

    Lydia Z.

Very amazing food, great ambiance, and lovely service. We were looking of restaurants that didn't offer too many creamy/fried/carby options and were happy with the menu here! Loved the steak, chips, and panucho. Flavors and textures were on point!

Service was absolutely AMAZING!! The staff were so sweet, friendly and personable. Our waiter made jokes and made sure we were taken care of at all times. They had live music and it really set the mood. The restaurant is pretty small but it's cozy. They also have beautiful art all around the room. Their drinks and calamari were top tier. Definitely delicious. As for the Clam Linguini, i was a bit disappointed. The sauce was too watery and lacked flavor. I wouldn't order it again. I highly recommend trying the spicy mayan chocolate ice cream. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream but this was amazing. It was rich and sweet but not too sweet. Definitely worth trying !

Though it took a while to get seated and the service was generally meh, the food defiantly beat my expectations. I got a thai burrito and aside from it having a bit too much rice, it was _so_ good and so different and unexpected. My wife liked her burrito bean bowl as well, and the white corn elote we started with was really good too.

I came here by myself for dinner. I was a little road weary after driving 4.5 hours. I was seated right away. The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the fish tacos. They were tasty.. they are served open faced on small corn tortillas with a side of black beans and spanish rice. I ordered my fish beer battered but was a little disappointed that the batter wasn't as puffy and crunchy as I was expecting. It was still a nice meal.

Outstanding service by our friendly, helpful and accommodating . Food was outstanding! Fried Calamari was tasty, not over cooked nor rubbery. The Panucho and Chili Rellano were delicious and full of flavor. Again, the service was impeccable. It's was quiet enough that you could converse and have a good conversation without yelling. The decor adds to ambiance.

Came with a wedding party for a group lunch at Princess Seafood Restaurant on Friday…read more I got the full crab roll with clam chowder and a cherry cider to wash it all down. The crab was sweet and delicious. They definitely did not skimp out on the amount of crab in the crab roll which was great. I liked the creamy and thickness of the clam chowder and was really glad that it wasn't too salty which is usually my fear. I really enjoyed the cherry cider as my beverage. It is refreshing, fruity, and light. It tastes like juice pretty much. Just a nice touch of sweetness and acidity to balance out the meal. I was grateful to the employees for getting our orders out in a timely fashion. There was a bit of a mix up with some of the orders but it happens with big parties and for the most part everything was correct! Overall, I had a great meal here and would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

If you're thinking this place feels like any other seafood place in a tourist town (malibu,…read moremonterey, etc), then prepare to have your viewpoints altered. While the checkered paper, fresh seafood, outdoor seating and walk up to order may all be part of the experience, this is probably the best seafood I've had in one of these beach towns. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, crab sandwich with chowder and blackened cod plate. The shrimp cocktail contains a surprising amount of shrimp for the price - and you can definitely taste how fresh the shrimp is! The crab sandwich was pretty good and light, but I feel like the blackened cod overshadowed everything. The cod was so flavorful, and you get 4-5 pieces. It's a cajun style seasoning where you can taste the spice - to a point it may be a little too spicy for people with low spice tolerance. The bread is buttered and the salad is fresh - you could not ask for a better meal. The clam chowder is a little different from most other places; they add some seasonings and spice to the chowder so it's not the traditional creamy, heavy soup you're expecting. It's like clam chowder premium, I prefer their version over a more traditional version. The view of the turquoise colored water is amazing from their indoor patio, as it's covered in windows. They also have an outdoor patio where you can take pictures of the color. The line to order was quick, but we saw that the line can get long with extended wait times depending on customer numbers. Water is self serve, and you also bus your own plates. When visiting Fort Bragg, you have to come to eat here, for the food, the view, and the service!

After a walk along the coast and an appetite has been acquired, it is a short walk to this small fancy restaurant just off of downtown. Upon entering, there is a small initimate bar, dining area and a patio out back for "al fresco" dining. By San Francisco Bay Area city standards, it is not fancy in the luxurious, posh sense, but here, seafood is the star! First up, Oysters Rockefeller appetizer. Frankly, they could have been prepared any which way - for the oyster fan, they were fresh and delicious! The salmon was good (although a bit overcooked, the waiter didn't ask how it should be cooked). The salmon came perched atop garlic mashed potatoes that were out of this world! The scallops were so fresh and tasty and perfectly paired with polenta and farm fresh asparagus! They also feature Northern California (as in North of the San Francisco Bay Area) wines and beers, something not readily found outside Mendocino County. There was no room for dessert, guaranteeing a trip back to get the full-on meal experience! The environment is convivial. On a late May early evening, there were graduation dinners out back on the patio, an intimate shared dinner with drinks going on in the bar, and ladies who dine in the corner. Another unique aspect of this restaurant is that it is very close (as in feet away) from the Mendocino Skunk train. Diners will experience the train horn, warning signals and small tremors caused by the train chugging by at any time during their meal. There are also people working out on pedal bikes (yes *on* the tracks) to get exercise on their tour of the redwoods in Mendocino! It added to the ambience as an "only in Fort Bragg" experience! We had a great meal and will be going back!

Kimchi Crab Cakes (2.75/5): I wanted to like these more than I did, but unfortunately I just thought the kimchi flavor was pretty lackluster and also tamped down the sweetness of the crab. The crab cakes are mostly crab, which is nice, but I'd skip this one. Grilled Oysters w/ Lemon Garlic Butter (4/5): Fresh oysters grilled to order, what's not to be happy about. The garlic was fresh and the oysters weren't fishy; all around solid option. Clam Chowder (4/5): A nice clam chowder. Nothing crazy and good amount of clams. Exactly what you'd expect. Crab Roll (4.25/5): Definitely my favorite item we tried! Super generous with the amount of crab with a bit of creamy mayo and slices of fresh tomato. The bread looks really pale, but it was actually a satisfying fresh, soft roll.
