Great service caught me at Enchanted Coffee Some coffee shops serve great coffee. Others leave you thinking about the experience long after you've left. Enchanted Coffee did exactly that. I stopped by around 12:40 p.m. on a weekday, and the café was already bustling with customers. Luckily, I found the perfect outdoor seat where I could enjoy the sunshine without sitting directly in it. Inside was clean and welcoming, with mostly high-top seating, a communal island, and a small corner with traditional tables. Being on the shorter side, I knew the patio was my best option. During my visit, I also noticed guests enjoying the café with their dogs, adding to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Whenever I visit a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm looking for more than great food. I'm paying attention to the experience. Customer service is where I believe businesses either shine or fall flat, and it's often what determines whether I'll return. I ordered the Lox Bagel along with a lavender oat milk matcha. I asked if I could add a single shot of espresso, but Elizabeth explained they pull two shots at a time. I laughed and told her, "I don't want you to dump it," so I happily took the double shot. She also let me know the bagel would likely take 20-25 minutes because only two employees were working. I appreciated her honesty and told her to take her time. Instead, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Lox Bagel came on an everything bagel which was my choice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and capers. They serve it whole, allowing you to slice it yourself. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the combination of creamy cream cheese, fresh vegetables, salty capers, and rich salmon created a bite that was balanced and incredibly satisfying. The dirty lavender matcha paired beautifully with it. As more customers continued to pour in, I couldn't help but watch how the staff handled the growing crowd. People patiently waited in line, squeezed into available seats, grabbed drinks to go, and somehow everything continued flowing smoothly. Even with only two employees working, the service never lost its warmth. Enchanted Coffee captivated me with more than its coffee. It was the hospitality, the honesty, and the overall experience that won me over. Needless to say, they've earned themselves a new weekly customer. We spent the later afternoon reading here yesterday since we dropped off our friend in Anaheim where he was staying and then had a concert in Santa Ana last night anyway. Lots of seating--we chose the counter top at the window for the best natural lighting. The shades were so cool, allowing partial light through the slats or full light if you drew them higher. Clean bathroom (one single stall room). Very friendly young ladies greeted us and took our orders. Over the course of the 2.5 hrs we enjoyed being there, we had two beverages and a scone each: iced vanilla matcha, iced americano, chilled canned kombuchas (hibiscus ginger and bloom which was lavendar). The scones were dense and sweet and delicious. After 5 p.m. pastries are 25% off! Highly recommend! read more

Really enjoyed getting coffee here...was in need of a wake up before hitting the gym right infront of the shop. Very convenient & tiny walk distance. The parking is great and big, the place is on the corner so 2 side views of the parking lots and shops. Very clean, spacious, well organized and the staff is very friendly with smile and greet you upon arrival. Decent and great choices of the menu. There are foods and bake goods available. Drinks are make to order and based on the level of sweet & type of milk you like. I got matcha latte iced. Very nicely make and refreshing, just what I needed. Menu: Their menu is fairly priced, a bagel with cream cheese is $6 and the yuzu espresso tonic is $7.50. Their drinks are good quality and size. Service: their service can be a little slow at times but often when it is crowded they prioritize getting your drinks out. I've never waited more than 10 minutes here. Ambiance & parking: there's plenty of seating inside with some outlets. I often see people working or chatting. It can get a little loud on the weekends and crowded. There's plenty of parking in front of the cafe, they share a plaza with a gym and some restaurants. I've never had any issues finding parking! read more

Coffee shop located in a pretty large strip mall that's technically in Santa Ana, but it's in that area where it connects Santa Ana, Orange, and Tustin. The space is bright and clean. The people are helpful and friendly. And the drinks are really good here. I was in the area and needed a place to post up to get a little bit of work done and I found this place. This place has tables, has plenty of outlets, and Wi-Fi. For the drink, I think I got the New London. It was tasty and it provided me with that little pick me up that I was craving for, lol. This cafe has always been something I've driven past but never stopped by but today was the day I decided to try it. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as the restaurant I had ate from previously called Ondo. The area looks like a great place to study at with a good amount of seating throughout the cafe. I ordered the horchata con matcha and my partner ordered the strawberry matcha. The horchata con matcha blew us away and we'll definitely order it again. But the strawberry matcha was a miss for us as it would've tasted better if it had strawberry or jam? The service was good! We ordered our drinks and it was ready within 5 minutes. I had an unsatisfying meal nearby so I came to Enchanted Coffee to cleanse my palette. This coffee stop has a lot of inside and outside seating, and at least inside I saw a lot of outlets for the students who are looking for a good spot to study. They might have been shorthanded when I came because it took a really long time before they took my order. The same person was taking orders and making drinks. While I was waiting I noticed they carry my favorite brand of kombucha, the Fermensch Kombucha, and they had plenty of flavors. I recommend the yuzu and the hibiscus ginger. I might have gotten the kombucha if I wasn't already craving coffee. I ended up getting an Iced Miel ($6.50). They didn't ask me about size so I'm assuming it's just one size, and the size is pretty small. As for the Iced Miel, I really enjoyed the coffee. This is one of their signature latte sweetened with amber honey and cinnamon. I enjoyed it but wish there was more of it. And there was a lot of ice in the already small cup. I would come back when I'm in the area with time to spare. Not sure I would want to come here if I was in a hurry. read more

We stopped by this cute coffee shop on our way to Corona for my coffee addiction. This coffee shop has been on my list to try for a few months and it did not disappoint. I couldn't decide on a drink, so I followed the staff's recommendation and ordered the Honey Oat Latte, while my daughter chose the Horchata con Matcha. The barista informs me all locations are different and that she doesn't know which one has this menu. I then head to the Brea one and they state "we don't know when the shops will have the menu". I stopped by Enchanted Coffee across from my job and grabbed a vanilla latte with an extra shot and their lox bagel. The coffee? That's what saved this visit. Even with the extra espresso, it wasn't harsh or bitter just smooth, strong, and actually enjoyable. I'd come back for that alone! The lox itself was really good too. Fresh, flavorful, everything you want inside a sandwich. But the bagel It was so stale and chewy that it honestly ruined the whole thing. Not just "a little tough" like I had to stop eating it. I ended up just picking at the inside and leaving the bread behind, which is disappointing because the flavors were there. Also, they go heavy on the cream cheese, which didn't help with how dense everything felt. The atmosphere was pleasant , you can chill there and work on your computer and simply chat I'd definitely come back for the coffee, no question. But I'd skip the bagel unless they fix the texture, because that alone made it not worth it. read more

I ordered their new London latte and their horchata con matcha. Both were really good but my favorite had to be the horchata con matcha. Nice smooth, roasted coffee flavor without being too creamy or sweet, with notes of chocolate. I admit, im addicted to their signature drink and it's not even funny. It's like crack and I constantly want it, ~New London drink from the specialty menu. Boy we were not disappointed. So glad we decided to get this famous signature drink of Enchanted. It's made from New Orleans bean and of course. A coffee drink is best with cold cream topped. Literally the icing to a drink and sprinkled with expresso powder. The drink isn't strong n not sweet at all. Perfectly made, I was in in Love at 1st sip. Highly recommended. Received the drink in a timely manner. Baristas are really nice and informative. They have soft serve matcha from Kyoto at this location. I'll have to come back here for this. Needed a quick pick-me-up on the way home on a Sunday evening and found Enchanted Coffee open later than other coffee shops thank goodness. I was greeted by a large, clean, open space with natural light from the sunset filling the room from all the large windows. Other customers also having their coffee while sitting with their computers. I ordered a strawberry matcha with almond milk ($6.75 + $1) and was surprised there was no clear indication that it had strawberry. Not sure if a syrup is used or a puree with no strawberry chunks/seeds but you can still taste the strawberry flavor throughout the drink. Overall creaminess of the drink was very light but definitely because I opt for almond milk so it's usually expected. I snagged the last strawberry croissant and that thing is HUGE! I enjoyed the strawberry cream filling inside. Unfortunate though that the dipped part would just completely flake off every time I tried to take a bite so I had to eat that separately. Kind of pricey after adding that almond milk plus tip and the 2 items coming out to almost $20 but that's just the economy we live in right now lol. read more

Modern coffee shop with some great drinks and food options! It's right across my gym and I typically meet with my colleagues here to collaborate. A lot of seating options with access to outlets, perfect for doing work or studying. The food does take a while to come out, but it's fresh and hot each time. Drinks come out pretty fast though even when it's busy, and the service is always polite. A lot of parking available! I personally have tried the: matcha latte, strawberry matcha, lavender matcha, and yuzu matcha-ade. My friends normally get coffee and enjoy it, and also highly recommend the horchata latte. My own gripe with the drinks is that the strawberry matcha is just flavored with a basic syrup, and doesn't actually have any strawberry puree. Yuzu matcha-ade is super bubbly and has a fun sour kick, I enjoyed it a lot but believe it's seasonal. I've gotten the chicken pesto sandwich a few times and it was wonderful each time. The chicken is seasoned well, the bread is the perfect amount of crisp, and the pesto is surprisingly light. Other downside is that the drinks/food are a bit on the pricier side for the portion size. Overall my current favorite spot to go to after a gym session in order to get some work done and treat myself to a nice drink/sandwich. read more

When I get my hair done I have to stop by here for my coffee fix! The coffee tastes great and the foam is not as sweet it is a great balance! The service is great, staff is friendly, and quick. I'm not a fan of the lid i think they should switch it to a different one because the foam doesn't flow with the coffee when you take a sip.
