My first time visiting this little gem in Old Town Tustin on a Saturday morning! Delicious biscuits and coffee. Seating indoor and outside patio. Great selection of food and drinks with efficient service. This building is a Tustin landmark as it was originally built as the local doctors office in Tustin!

Visited this establishment around 0700 during a weekday. Parking was easy as I was one of their first customers. I can imagine parking is difficult during busier times. Overall, very quaint, cute coffee shop with plenty of options and good vibes. Customer service- 10/10 Barbacoa biscuit- 6/10 was very flavorful, just a bit messy and not appealing to the eye. However, it did taste pretty good. Cold brew- 10/10

I live nearby and always frequent this place at least two or three times a month. The staff is always really welcoming and it's kid-friendly. They even offer complimentary lollipops to kids. The inside is nice and clean. My daughter loves to play their piano. Their Iced Vanilla Latte is my go-to. It's always consistently good. This morning, I tried their Hola Chilaquiles for the first time. A few friends had mentioned how much they enjoyed it. I regret not trying it sooner. We added Barbacoa and it was amazing! My kids got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pastry. There wasn't a crumb left.

What a great find in Old Town Tustin. hola Adios is located in the heart of Old Town Tustin. It's the perfect spot to grab either a coffee and a pastry or sit down for a heartier meal. I chose a coffee and pastry to go as I wanted to walk around old town. The coffee menu has all the classics plus several inventive and unique specialties. I chose the "Ceci" = cinnamon brown sugar vanilla oat latte. Soooo good. I added the strawberry Nutella strudel pastry (warmed up of course) and oh my gosh! It was heavenly. My barista was super friendly and both my drink and pastry were ready in no time. The building the coffee shop is in has a charming red exterior, a side patio, back patio, and indoor seating. Indoors, a lot of working professionals were seated in the spots but there was plenty of seating outside. Looking forward to coming again and bringing a friend.

Ordered an oat milk vanilla matcha latte and added chai cold foam on top of it. I enjoyed it while watching the servers walk around with yummy smelling food! Looks to me like they have a wide selection of drinks and toasts, and sandwiches. Parking is along main and in a nearby parking lot.

Hola Adios. Love them. Good food, good ambiance, good service. I was meeting someone here and the outdoor space was perfect. Pretty trees all around and cute wooden park benches. I've sat in the inside before and it was a great place to get work done on the laptop (had plug-in) I always get their Spanish Latte (Favorite by far) and Biscuit sandwich. The biscuit sandwich sounds ordinary but it is anything but. I would suggest some garlic salt or something similar but I'm one of those weirdos that brings my own Trader Joe's garlic salt grinders in my purse wherever I go, so I did so myself. There was an error made on my coffee order and management addressed it immediately and went like beyond, to rectify it. 10/10 for customer service When I was waiting for my other person to arrive, I loved observing that someone was always coming out to remove trash and wipe down the empty tables right away. How did an entity wiping down tables become such a commodity these days? Who wants to have to sit down at dirty tables? But I more times than not have to wipe down my own table when I go to a coffee shop so the fact that they were so on it, was a nice touch to see. Early mornings are not as busy but be prepared for busyness late morning and lunch bc the Farmers Market is going on at the same time. That means parking bottlenecks and longer lines, depending, but once you get settled, it's a great experience. The aesthetic, food and customer service is 10/10

It's a cute tucked away coffee shop in tustin that i would definitely recommend. I got their iced strawberry latte which was delicious so I can only imagine how good the rest of their menu items taste. It was on the pricier side of coffee shops I've been to I will say but the flavor is worth it IMO. I believe my total was $9? Staff were friendly and service was quick.

I ordered the Iced Spanish Latte and the Bacon and Friends biscuit sandwich and they were both 10/10! Usually I'm skeptical about biscuit sandwiches being dry, but this was made to perfection; bacon was crispy, eggs were fluffy. I always gravitate towards Spanish Latte's when I see them on menu's and this one definitely did not disappoint! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating; it seems like a nice place to do work. The staff were very attentive and prompt with the orders.

There's inside and outdoor seating. I love the scenery. Service was quick. Good portion size I couldn't even finish the whole thing. Def wanna try something else on the menu cuz this wasn't my favorite dish mainly because of the sogginess!

I have been WAITING to try this place and finally got a chance to try it! The service was friendly and fairly fast. Love that there's a outdoor seating area for doggos This place has the old town Tustin charm with the coziest drink menu and food options! Love how it has so many unique options to choose from. I tried the Brulee con leche (only served hot with whole milk) - so delicious! I'd love to try their other non seasonal drinks next time. This star of the show was this Huevos rancheros with barbacoa!! If you're wanting an authentic, filling breakfast or brunch food this is it!! I will definitely be back for it

I was craving a biscuit sandwich and decided to make a drive to Tustin while I was in SoCal just so I could try this place. I was easily able to find street parking. This place looks small and I guess in a way it is but there were plenty of sitting inside and I know there is seating outside as well. This place was definitely busy and the long got long after I arrived before noon on a Sunday. Even though there was a line I thought that the staff were fast and efficient. I think I waited maybe 5 minutes or less for my food. I ordered a jalapeño ham and cheese pastry and the bacon sandwich. And oh my god both were so good and the sandwich was definitely fresh and hot. 10/10 would recommend this place. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in SoCal.

A cute little coffee shop in Old Town Tustin! If it's not White Sparrow I'm visiting around the corner, it's Hola Adios. Solid mocha and savory quiche is delicious! The interior of the shop is a bit small, but cozy and cute. Quick service and friendly staff. Always a favorite place to stop in for coffee whenever I'm in the area. Parking is pretty easy, you can park on the street or in the lot nearby. Less than a 5 minute walk to the shop.

I have had this coffee shop on my radar for some time, finally got to go today. Aesthetically very very cute. Big Austin, TX vibes, if you've been there, you know what I mean. They're just missing some live music. They have two patios, one out back and a smaller one up front, as well as tables inside. It gets very crowded, so be prepared to wait. I waited a little over 15 min for my order of just 2 lattes. The service was friendly and pleasant. Very cozy feel inside and outside too. Lots of cute merch for sale. The coffee itself was ok. I didn't love their syrup options for the lattes, so I went with a go to of mine which is cardamom. It was kinda average. I also had a spinach, egg and cheese puff pastry which was really good, although I do wish it had been a little flakier.

I had their biscuit once on a weekend, it was delicious. I came again on a weekday and it was around 1030am and no biscuits. Was I too late or do they only make them on the weekends?

Hi, there! I'm not sure about the days on which they make said biscuits, but I know that sometimes the baked goods can sell out really quickly. It's possible they were just popular that day.… Read more

The location of…read morethis well-known Japanese/French bakery was unusual in that it's isolated in a corner of the El Camino Plaza. I had expected the business to be in a more high volume area, however a benefit of their corner spot was that the parking lot had plenty of spaces. There's no indoor seating, but outdoor tables were set up along the north and east perimeters of the building. I was by myself at this latest visit, and it was close to the end of the day so the inventory was quite depleted. There was no line at all which was not a surprise. The famous Strawberry Croissants and prepackaged items were on refrigerated display to the left when you walked in. As the service counter rounded a corner, there were more fresh baked goods on display before you reached a register. Across from the registers were shelves containing bags of fresh bread products. I bought a Strawberry Croissant, a Sticky Bun, a Ham and Cheese Croissant, and an Apple Croissant. The quality of the pastry dough was very good, and I could see why the Strawberry Croissant was a favorite with the customers. The croissants were light and flakey, and the powdered sugar added a delicate topping to the strawberry version. If I were to rate on just the Strawberry Croissant, then it would be five stars. My overall rating was downgraded because of the customer traffic flow. The lines can be optimized so that if you wanted to buy a six-pack of the Strawberry Croissants and/or anything prepackaged, then a separate queue should be arranged for those customers. The cafeteria trays were of limited use if you were not getting a large number of items. As you advanced in the queue, other products had to be requested from a worker behind the counter and then those were not placed on the tray. Ultimately, I think they can configure the operation to more efficiently handle the higher volume periods of the day.
