Cutest little coffee shop I've been to in awhile! Lots of unique flavors to choose from! I will say, though as a mostly hot coffee drinker, they do not have as many options as they do for iced coffee or teas. I tried one of the barista favorites which was the rosemary Spanish latte, which was quite delicious! If they had more hot options, they would've earned a five star! Although most of their ice options can be made in hot, their specialties are in iced. Staff were helpful, but they did seem a little understaffed. There are seating options, indoors, and outdoors as well.

It was our first time here. Can't say enough about it. I love the location, and we found easy parking right outside. They have seating inside and out. The inside feels so cozy and honestly, it's really pretty. We were lucky enough to grab the last chicken pot pie pastry and jalapeño and cheese pastry. They were really good and perfectly warmed up. Our drinks were the pretty in pink, a strawberry cold foam topped latte and the petal to the metal, a cold brew topped with floral cold foam. The cold foams are great and almost the star of the drinks, but the coffee is good. Like good good. We waited all but 5 min for our drinks to be made, considering just one girl was behind the counter and she was kicking butt. Glad to add yet another great coffee stop to the list.

Visited this establishment around 0700 during a weekday. Parking was easy as I was one of their first customers. I can imagine parking is difficult during busier times. Overall, very quaint, cute coffee shop with plenty of options and good vibes. Customer service- 10/10 Barbacoa biscuit- 6/10 was very flavorful, just a bit messy and not appealing to the eye. However, it did taste pretty good. Cold brew- 10/10

Such a cute spot! From delicious coffee to delicious breakfast! I had the ceci's favorite, it's oat milk based but so yummy! It's a light smooth coffee, I recommend if you don't really like a strong coffee taste. Tried out their green chilaquiles with carnitas and they were flavorful! Despite the long lines, their service was great and quick. They also had plenty of outdoor seating!

What a great find in Old Town Tustin. hola Adios is located in the heart of Old Town Tustin. It's the perfect spot to grab either a coffee and a pastry or sit down for a heartier meal. I chose a coffee and pastry to go as I wanted to walk around old town. The coffee menu has all the classics plus several inventive and unique specialties. I chose the "Ceci" = cinnamon brown sugar vanilla oat latte. Soooo good. I added the strawberry Nutella strudel pastry (warmed up of course) and oh my gosh! It was heavenly. My barista was super friendly and both my drink and pastry were ready in no time. The building the coffee shop is in has a charming red exterior, a side patio, back patio, and indoor seating. Indoors, a lot of working professionals were seated in the spots but there was plenty of seating outside. Looking forward to coming again and bringing a friend.

Ordered an oat milk vanilla matcha latte and added chai cold foam on top of it. I enjoyed it while watching the servers walk around with yummy smelling food! Looks to me like they have a wide selection of drinks and toasts, and sandwiches. Parking is along main and in a nearby parking lot.

I live nearby and always frequent this place at least two or three times a month. The staff is always really welcoming and it's kid-friendly. They even offer complimentary lollipops to kids. The inside is nice and clean. My daughter loves to play their piano. Their Iced Vanilla Latte is my go-to. It's always consistently good. This morning, I tried their Hola Chilaquiles for the first time. A few friends had mentioned how much they enjoyed it. I regret not trying it sooner. We added Barbacoa and it was amazing! My kids got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pastry. There wasn't a crumb left.

I ordered the Iced Spanish Latte and the Bacon and Friends biscuit sandwich and they were both 10/10! Usually I'm skeptical about biscuit sandwiches being dry, but this was made to perfection; bacon was crispy, eggs were fluffy. I always gravitate towards Spanish Latte's when I see them on menu's and this one definitely did not disappoint! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating; it seems like a nice place to do work. The staff were very attentive and prompt with the orders.

It's a cute tucked away coffee shop in tustin that i would definitely recommend. I got their iced strawberry latte which was delicious so I can only imagine how good the rest of their menu items taste. It was on the pricier side of coffee shops I've been to I will say but the flavor is worth it IMO. I believe my total was $9? Staff were friendly and service was quick.

I was craving a biscuit sandwich and decided to make a drive to Tustin while I was in SoCal just so I could try this place. I was easily able to find street parking. This place looks small and I guess in a way it is but there were plenty of sitting inside and I know there is seating outside as well. This place was definitely busy and the long got long after I arrived before noon on a Sunday. Even though there was a line I thought that the staff were fast and efficient. I think I waited maybe 5 minutes or less for my food. I ordered a jalapeño ham and cheese pastry and the bacon sandwich. And oh my god both were so good and the sandwich was definitely fresh and hot. 10/10 would recommend this place. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in SoCal.

I have been WAITING to try this place and finally got a chance to try it! The service was friendly and fairly fast. Love that there's a outdoor seating area for doggos This place has the old town Tustin charm with the coziest drink menu and food options! Love how it has so many unique options to choose from. I tried the Brulee con leche (only served hot with whole milk) - so delicious! I'd love to try their other non seasonal drinks next time. This star of the show was this Huevos rancheros with barbacoa!! If you're wanting an authentic, filling breakfast or brunch food this is it!! I will definitely be back for it

Charming coffee shop with quick, super friendly service! I ordered Juan's special which was an iced maple oat cortado with cinnamon and my friend ordered Sherlock's - iced matcha with chai and oat, paired with maple cold foam and that was delicous! I would 1000% get Sherlock's next time. I had the chicken pot pie pastry with gravy and it was satisfying. Overall, a great experience at Hola Adios.

Our server was very warm and helpful. For two of us we ordered one heavier dish and 3 on the lighter side and I actually left pretty stuffed. The menu is always evolving so I'd love to return, but for this visit we started with the bread and ham butter. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ham butter imparted so much flavor. My favorite item that we ordered was the Galician Octopus. The thin slices were perfectly executed and the flavors underneath packed a punch. I would pass on the Gambas al Ajillo. While the shrimp were large, I found myself wishing that they had some char. The Summer Squash Salad was a perfect complement to the other dishes. I found the squash ribbons to be unique, the dressing to be light and fresh, and the inclusion of small bits of cheese to impart just the right amount of saltiness to the dish. Because we were celebrating my birthday, they gave us a complimentary slice of the basque cheesecake with a candle in it. Typically I'm not a big fan of this type of cheesecake, but theirs was wonderful and we ate the whole thing. I'm always appreciative when a restaurant does a little something extra for a special occasion. Extra props to our server because she noticed the gift that my friend brought for me and took it upon herself to inquire about the occasion and bring the dessert. It's those little touches that mean a lot.

Making reservations is recommended since the restaurant is small but making it wasn't too difficult. We were impressed by how cute it was. It had a dark European vibe which we loved. It's definitely intimate and great for small groups, not so much larger ones. We brought in our own wine to enjoy with a corkage free. We got seated right away and our nice waiter gave us great recommendations and answered our many questions. We ended up ordering a lot between all three of us but that's just how we roll. We started with their bread & ham butter, pork pate, and burrata. The pork pate didn't come with bread so we were glad our waiter recommended it. The pate was really good and was different. It was on the dense side but still spreadable and full of flavor. The burrata had peaches, cherries and pinenuts. It was different but in a good way and we also ate that with the bread. It was more bland and nice with the pate. For dinner we got their steak tartare, mushrooms, chicken, and pork. The steak tartare was on the saltier side which I didn't mind. It was actually a large portion and sat on some toast. The mushrooms were a hit. They were braised with an onsen egg on top to mix. The pork was exceptional. It was flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it for protein. My least favorite dish was the chicken, which was actually super tender and cooked just right. I just didn't like the sauce taste and I am not a fan of beans. We ended the night with some basque cheesecake which was not too sweet and delicious. What an incredible meal. The pricing we thought was good for the quality and what you get. Some of the portions were smaller but good for us. The pork did have a 40 minute wait to make which our waiter told us. Service was amazing and the food came out as it was made. The restaurant is small so reservations is recommended. They have limited parking and there is also street parking around.

The menu looked incredibly tempting, and the vibe was giving Long Beach hipster... in the best way. I was immediately into it. Before we even get to the food, let's talk about the drinks because they completely stole the show. The Berry Bloom Shrub Soda was bright, refreshing, and unlike anything I'd had before. The Horchata Signature Kyoto Iced Latte was absolutely phenomenal. If you've never had Kyoto-style coffee, it's a slow-drip cold brew that's brewed one drop at a time over many hours instead of being steeped all at once. The result is an incredibly smooth, naturally sweet coffee with almost no bitterness. Combined with their house-made horchata, it was easily one of the best coffee drinks I've had. I later grabbed a Black Strap Molasses Latte to go, and that was just as impressive. For brunch we ordered the Steak & Eggs, French Omelette, and Hokkaido Milk Bread French Toast. Every plate that came out looked like it belonged in a magazine. The Steak & Eggs was ok. Since it's flank steak, a couple of bites had some inedible gristle, but the chimichurri was bright and flavorful, and I'm so glad I substituted the crispy house potatoes over fries... they were great and fried to perfection. The French Omelette was good. I was excited for the caviar, but the flavor was mostly overshadowed by the aged cheddar. The real surprise was the toast points. They were unbelievable!! Somehow like the buttery layers of a croissant transformed into perfectly toasted bread. I could've eaten an entire basket of those alone. The Hokkaido Milk Bread French Toast was delicious as well. It leaned a little sweeter than I personally prefer, but the milk bread gave it an incredibly soft, rich texture that made it hard to stop eating. The staff was exceptional. I can stress enough how grateful I was for friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful staff throughout our meal. My only disappointment came after I got home. I impulse-purchased a jar of their orange marmalade because I couldn't wait to spread it on a warm croissant. Unfortunately, the lid was covered in rust, and the jar wasn't sealed. I'm not familiar with the canning process or safety requirements, so I wasn't comfortable taking the risk and ended up throwing it away. That was a real letdown. Even with that hiccup, I'd come back to try some other items on the menu. The Kyoto-style lattes and Berry Bloom Shrub Soda alone are worth the trip, and next time I'll probably explore more of the menu. Spending over $100 for brunch set my expectations pretty high, but the drinks, atmosphere, and service definitely made this a memorable stop. If anything, I'd just skip the packaged marmalade next time and head straight for another Kyoto latte.
