Was craving Lady M and guess who was so happy to find a place that sold mille crepe? Me. Ordered the Hokkaido Milk Mille Crepe and the Matcha Mille Crepe. The Hokkaido one is undeniably better. I cannot describe how delicious it was. The Matcha one wasn't bad, just not as good as the Lady M one. Also got the Strawberry Green Milk Tea half sweet and the Tiramisu Milk Tea with boba 30% sweet. The Strawberry is refreshing, but the Tiramisu is so good!!! Bonus points for allowing me to use my own cup. Eco-friendly always good. My boyfriend and I were craving some sweets and it's been a long time since I've had honey toast. We ordered the Strawberry Dreaming toast and we were told that it would take about 15 minutes. Unfortunately there isn't any indoor seating at the moment, but there were seats outside to wait and/or eat. The toast was nicely toasted and they give a good amount of everything (ice cream/fruits!). They also gave a liquid syrup but we weren't really a fan of it so we opted not to use it. Full transparency - I didn't get anything special. All I wanted was some type of fruity iced tea with no sugar. I ordered an iced peach green tea with basil seeds. It was fine, although I was surprised by how sweet it was even though I asked for no sugar. I wondered if the added sweetness came from the peach flavored syrup/jelly or pre-soaked basil seeds. Either way, it ended up being sweeter than I wanted it to be. I liked that Cafe LaTTea had a pretty extensive menu. They offered sandwiches and desserts, such as macarons and honey toasts. Everything on the drinks menu looked very interesting and appetizing. If I was in the mood for a sugar rush next time, I would definitely check out the specialty lattes (matcha, taro, etc.), affogatos (I love affogatos), or a silky milk tea (whatever that means). I went here on a whim because Philz was too busy. I wanted the creme brûlée latte but they told me they couldn't make it at the time I came. So I decided to go with a tiramisu coffee. It was around 9:23pm when we arrived on a Saturday night and there was a short wait to order your food. The place was also very packed inside, so we had trouble finding a table, but ended up sitting at the counter area. We ordered the Oreo Obsession to share since the dessert is big. Everything in the middle of the toast box was very good! Not too sweet and not too soft. It was a good balance and mix of everything from the amount of icecream to the amount of toast pieces inside the box with the fruits on top. We enjoyed the middle section a lot. However...the outside of the toast box was a different story. The outside of the box was very hard and dry. We ended up skipping that part of the box after taking a few bites. This brick toast was divine!!! This was a large and it had fresh fruit, matcha ice cream, whipped cream, a choco stick, red bean, and chocolate drizzle over in a giant piece of bread. Inside the 4 walls of bread are smaller bread cubes. Everything went well together and it is especially good when the ice cream soaks into the bread. Had some alone time with the wifey so we decided to check out this café. I went with the tried and true café latte and the wife went with an Earl Grey latte. We grabbed a table outside so we could do some people watching. I made my way back inside to grab the drinks and "very carefully" made my way back to the table. The earl grey in particular had a nice bear art that I did not want to ruin before presenting to the wife. I'd say while the bear art beat my leaf , the café latte was more delicious than the earl grey, which ended up a bit too sweet. The people watching was surprisingly more eventful than I thought. I mean this is Cupertino, not SF. But there were way more folks walking about than I expected. Overall a nice cafe I would recommend. Couple of negatives: there's a small fee for using credit if it's under $10(?). Also, it would've been nice for the staff to bring out the drinks or at least offer to. Their hours are very inconsistent, I showed up a few times around/between 8:30 - 9:30 PM, and they were closed already, even though their hours state that they are opened until 10 PM. Now back in my day, if there was a place that serves tea sitting next to a place that serves ice cream, there was no question that all the cool kids would be hanging out at the ice cream parlor. But I digress as I noticed all the youth of Asia (or as David Sedaris and I call them, euthanasia) congregated at this tea shop on Stevens Creek, not at Cream next door where the lone server looked awfully bored standing outside texting on his smartphone. Times have changed. I came here for a tea break before visiting my dad because I was feeling a bit parched after a long drive from Walnut Creek. I was taken aback by how full the awkward parking lot was, so apparently kids don't ride their bikes there, they drive their Prius hatchbacks. When I entered, it was populated with teens on their laptops as they sipped on their boba milk teas. I always love going here late at night and have some cappuccino. This place is best for togo since there are not many tables and always crowded. But if you are a little more patient, you can find one at the end. My favorite drink is macha and taro latte. I tried the brick toast a few times but most of the times, they were pretty hard, not really recommend it. There are not many parking space as well, so be prepare to go around finding a spot. This place is noisy but I dOnt understand why there are always many students studying here everytime I visit... Price & Portion: 7/10 It's around $5 for a drink, which is pretty standard. There's a $10 minimum to purchase with card, so try to order with someone else if you don't have any cash. This is one of my go-to boba places, and what I like most about it is it's consistency. Their drinks always have the perfect amount of sweetness and they always put in a good amount of boba. The boba itself isn't super flavorful, but it always has a good consistency and firmness. They have other dessert options besides their boba drinks including their brick toast, macaroons, and crepe cakes. I definitely recommend having a group of three if you get the brick toast, because it's pretty big. Their crepe cake slices are ok. They used to have regular cake slices which I think were better. The service here is the best. Everyone is really nice and they make your drinks quickly. It seems like a lot of people come here to study, but this place can get pretty loud and crowded, so I wouldn't normally recommend studying here unless it's just for a fun group study session. They also don't have many outlets. Cafe Lattea is open every day of the year until 11 pm, even if it's a holiday. read more

Yesterday night my hubby, sister and I came here for drinks only. My sister ordered rose milk tea with one free topping and cost less than $4. I ordered taro latte from their special latte menu cost less than $4.50. I don't really see taro latte is a common drink, so I decided to give it a try although I'm not taro fans. The taro latte has bear art on the top, it's pretty and delicate. The drink was surprisingly taste good, not too sweet and taro aroma when sipping. My hubby and I were enjoying it. The waiting line for order might be a little longer. And also no tables were available at that time. I guess that time is a dessert time, people all came out at the same time and get crowded.
