What an amazing experience. Before you even get into the front door the ambiance is relaxing, classic feeling as almost you have arrived home. The staff are pleasant and present to help with all your needs. I have been to quite a few expensive fancy places to eat, and it's just something different and more personal with these folks. Not something you get when you walk into a 5 star restaurant now a days. The food is great, while I'm not a fan of tomato to where I order bisque, I'm glad I did. The after taste is fantastic and would order it again. Steak was alright, but it's just a steak. If you are in the area for what ever reason, you need to come here. Don't miss out

Inside or out, you will not be disappointed. The owners are present, welcoming, and genuinely invested in every detail. They go above and beyond to create an elevated, elegant experience--delivered with warmth and grace, never with fanfare or horn-tooting. I especially love the Turkish chandelier and the ambiance in that room, but each dining room is it's own special experience and the food and libations are curated and I have yet to have anything less than stellar. If you are fortunate to attend a wine dinner or other special event you will not be sorry. Call ahead for a truly bespoke experience.

Tucked into a pocket in Cocoa village, lies the charming and welcoming Cafe Margaux with a whimsical fountain and outside area covered by umbrellas along with a inside dining area showcasing a stunning interior and multiple rooms sit in. The service was perfection. The staff was kind, hospitable and happy to recommend detailed descriptions of their offerings. Truly masters of their art. We started with a bottle of wine, their endless bread and butter service and their Wagyu meatballs, Crab cakes and Famous Tomato soup. All exceeded expectations. The soup alone makes me dream of my next visit. Their house salads came with a choice of dressings; we tried the vinaigrette and blue cheese. Both were divine and very fresh. For the entrée;, we both chose the beef tenderloin cubes, served on a skewer with a beautiful presentation and show by our server. Mash potatoes were creamy, the gravy had a wonderful rich cognac flavor, and the vegetables were soft, flavorful and firm. For dessert, we had a delicious cappuccino, and tried the pecan pie and chocolate cake with homemade whip and sprinkles! As fine dining as this was, the kid in me rejoiced at the site of the sprinkles! From beginning to end, this was an extraordinary experience. For anyone looking for a special occasion or just an evening to spoil themselves, Café Margaux is the way to!

Melange of seafood, salmon, swordfish, and Mahi Mahi with rainbow carrots over a potato blend. Rich, bold flavors!!!

We started with the New England Clam Chowder, and it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor -- the kind that instantly transports you straight to the coast. The calamari as an appetizer was hands down the tenderest I've ever had -- perfectly cooked, light, and addictive. The raw oyster selection was amazing--delicious, meaty, sweet, and not gritty at all. But the star of the meal was the Connecticut Lobster Roll: warm, buttery lobster piled high and paired with a refreshing tropical slaw that balanced everything beautifully. Absolute perfection. Add in a Dr Pepper oyster shooter and their signature oyster shooter, and it was a full-on flavor experience. What truly elevated the visit was Sophie, our server -- an absolute gem herself! Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Service like that is rare and so appreciated. This place truly earns its hidden gem title. Marker 24 is in a residential area and accessible by land, as this restaurant is on a waterfront, and most diners pull up in the little boats. There is indoor and outdoor dining; we saw a few people outdoors but it was chilly when we were there, so we opted for indoor seating. A few stalls for parking across the street, parking stalls divided by little fish painted on the ground, which was a cute touch. Happy hour was spectacular, with buy-one-get-one-free drinks and the food prices were super reasonable to us (coming from Hawaii, where everything is super expensive). My husband ordered a Spicy Mahi Sandwich with Potato Chips (instead of fries, that's how it came) for $20 and I got a roasted mushroom flat-bread pizza for $15.00 and our appetizer was the smoked fish dip for $15.00 which came highly recommended, and we did love it, but when we saw the crackers, we were laughing. We were expecting bread or flatbread, but that's just fine, being a waterfront casual restaurant. Total bill = $70.62 without tip. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. After dinner we took a stroll out to the back of the restaurant onto the pier and watched the sun go down. If we lived in the area, we would visit frequently!

We orginally ordered yams, after 15/20 of waiting we were told there weren't any left and what would we like to replace it with, but luckily they discovered they had enough for at least one serving. The peel & eat shrimp is literally too salty to eat. Following this dinner we had full blown headaches and suspect it was from this salty dish that we could not finish. The catfish was cooked well, and seasoned well, yet also salty along with the collard greens. The mac was good and balanced, the bite with some catfish was perfect. I was happy they did bring out the yams because they were made perfectly, soft, not too sweet and complimented every part of the meal. The smothered porkchops, a bit too smothered for our liking in a salty gravy. Trying to eat the porkchop itself was a challenge not worth much because you may be getting fatty piece. My wife, being the kind person she is, decided to try dessert. She has been looking for real banana pudding, what they had left was red velvet cake. It was pretty good, not much to say on it honestly I was beyond done. That said, we will not be returning. I really wanted a po boy, but its not worth getting a headache over due to high sodium
